Abstract

本发明公开了一种带折边的装饰保温一体化板，包括保温板本体，所述保温板本体由从上到下依次设置的铝板、保温岩棉及薄毡粘接而成，所述保温板本体的左右两侧分别设有企口公插与企口母槽，所述保温板本体在前后侧设有从顶部向下延伸的折边，所述折边与铝板一体化设置。本发明的有益效果：该保温板的内部填充岩棉，表层采用铝板，使其具有良好的保温、装饰效果；同时由于保温板的两侧边设有折边，增加边部强度，稳固性好，结构更牢固。

一种带折边的装饰保温一体化板
技术领域
本发明涉及板材保温领域，具体来说涉及一种带折边的装饰保温一体化板。
背景技术
随着社会的发展，人们的节能环保意识越来越高，对节能环保材料的关注度也在升温，建筑材料市场中环保材料非常受消费者的亲睐。建筑保温材料的研制与应用越来越受到世界各国的普遍重视。在现有建筑中的内外墙及采暖地面等保温工程中，普遍采用安装保温板的方式，但是现有平口的保温板其边部强度往往较差，结构稳固性达不到要求，为了解决上述技术问题有必要研发出一种的新的能够提高边部强度的保温板。
发明内容
针对相关技术中的问题，本发明提出一种带折边的装饰保温一体化板，解决现有保温板存在的边部稳定性差及装饰、保温效果不佳的问题。
为了实现上述技术目的，本发明的技术方案是这样的：
一种带折边的装饰保温一体化板，包括保温板本体，所述保温板本体由从上到下依次设置的铝板、保温岩棉及薄毡粘接而成，所述保温板本体的左右两侧分别设有企口公插与企口母槽，所述保温板本体在前后侧均设有从顶部向下延伸的折边，所述折边与铝板一体化设置。
进一步的，所述保温岩棉与铝板及薄毡之间采用改性聚氨酯粘接。
进一步的，所述折边的长度不超过保温板本体的厚度。
本发明的有益效果：该保温板的内部填充岩棉，表层采用铝板，使其具有良好的保温、装饰效果；同时由于保温板的两侧边设有折边，增大施工时打胶面积，密封性好，结构更牢固。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1-4所示，一种带折边的装饰保温一体化板，包括保温板本体6，所述保温板本体6由从上到下依次设置的铝板1、保温岩棉2及薄毡3粘接而成，所述保温板本体6的左右两侧分别设有企口公插7与企口母槽8，所述保温板本体6在前后侧均设有从顶部向下延伸的折边5，所述折边7与铝板1一体化设置。
在本实施例中，所述保温岩棉2与铝板1及薄毡3之间采用改性聚氨酯4粘接，改性聚氨酯4采用在线发泡。
在本实施例中，所述折边5的长度不超过保温板本体的6厚度。
在安装时，将两块相邻保温板拼装后打胶，进行加固；该保温板的内部填充岩棉，表层采用铝板，使其具有良好的保温、装饰效果；同时由于保温板的两侧边设有折边，在两块保温板之间的打胶接面积增大，便于施工的时候打硅酮密封胶，密封性更好；同时粘结牢固，有效的增加了边部强度。

1.一种带折边的装饰保温一体化板，其特征在于，包括保温板本体（6），所述保温板本体（6）由从上到下依次设置的铝板（1）、保温岩棉（2）及薄毡（3）粘接而成，所述保温板本体（6）的左右两侧分别设有企口公插（7）与企口母槽（8），所述保温板本体（6）在前后侧均设有从顶部向下延伸的折边（5），所述折边（7）与铝板（1）一体化设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带折边的装饰保温一体化板，其特征在于，所述保温岩棉（2）与铝板（1）及薄毡（3）之间采用改性聚氨酯（4）粘接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带折边的装饰保温一体化板，其特征在于，所述折边（5）的长度不超过保温板本体（6）的厚度。
