本发明公开一种低表面张力低气味厨具清洗剂,所用原料及质量百分比如下:N‑烷基全氟己基磺酰亚胺羧酸钠1.0~1.4%、N‑全氟丁基磺酰基‑N‑全氟己基磺酰基亚胺磺酸钠0.6~1.0%、8‑12碳醇聚氧乙烯醚5~7%、8‑10碳烷基糖苷3~5%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3~5%、葡萄糖酸钠2~4%、两性咪唑啉6~8%、碳酸钠3~5%、萜烯4~6%及去离子水余量。表面张力低(20~22达因/厘米),泡沫丰富细腻持久,不仅可充分与污垢发生反应、去污力强且容易清洗;低气味(日本气味检测仪XP329型检测数值145~150),即使家庭厨房密闭且温度超过40度,亦没有感觉气味大,更没有因有气味而无法继续清洗操作的现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种厨具清洗剂及制备方法,尤其是一种低表面张力低气味厨具清洗剂及制备方法。
背景技术
目前,市售的厨具清洗剂一般含有大量短碳链的溶剂和强碱,不仅表面张力高而且有较大的刺鼻气味。表面张力高(30-40达因/厘米)的结果使其泡沫不够丰富,不能长时间与厨具表面顽渍接触而迅速流淌下来,直接影响去污效果;刺鼻异味(日本气味检测仪XP329型检测数值为230以上),在大多空间狭小且比较封闭的家庭厨房内难以迅速消除,为此强烈刺激人的呼吸道,有时则无法继续清洗操作。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有技术所存在的上述技术问题,提供一种低表面张力低气味厨具清洗剂及制备方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种低表面张力低气味厨具清洗剂,其特征在于所用原料及质量百分比如下:N-烷基全氟己基磺酰亚胺羧酸钠1.0~1.4%、N-全氟丁基磺酰基-N-全氟己基磺酰基亚胺磺酸钠0.6~1.0%、8-12碳醇聚氧乙烯醚5~7%、8-10碳烷基糖苷3~5%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3~5%、葡萄糖酸钠2~4%、两性咪唑啉6~8%、碳酸钠3~5%、萜烯 4~6%及去离子水余量。
上述低表面张力低气味厨具清洗剂的制备方法,依次按照如下步骤进行:
a. 将称量的去离子水投入搅拌釜中;
b. 将碳酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠及十二烷基苯磺酸钠投入搅拌釜中搅拌15分钟;
c. 将8-12碳醇聚氧乙烯醚投入到搅拌釜中,继续搅拌12分钟;
d.将两性咪唑啉、萜烯及8-10碳烷基糖苷投入罐中,搅拌至澄清透明;
e.将N-烷基全氟己基磺酰亚胺羧酸钠、N-全氟丁基磺酰基-N-全氟己基磺酰
基亚胺磺酸钠投入搅拌釜中,搅拌30分钟即可。
本发明表面张力低(20~22达因/厘米),使用原液清洗厨具,泡沫丰富细腻持久,不仅可充分与污垢发生反应、去污力强且容易清洗;低气味(日本气味检测仪XP329型检测数值145~150),即使家庭厨房密闭且温度超过40度,亦没有感觉气味大,更没有因有气味而无法继续清洗操作的现象。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
所用原料及质量百分比如下:N-烷基全氟己基磺酰亚胺羧酸钠1.2%、N-全氟丁基磺酰基-N-全氟己基磺酰基亚胺磺酸钠0.8 %、8-12碳醇聚氧乙烯醚6%、8-10碳烷基糖苷4%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠4%、葡萄糖酸钠3%、两性咪唑啉7%、碳酸钠4%、萜烯(馏程170~190℃)5%及去离子水余量。
制备方法依次按照如下步骤进行:
a. 将称量的去离子水投入搅拌釜中;
b. 将碳酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠及十二烷基苯磺酸钠投入搅拌釜中搅拌15分钟;
c. 将8-12碳醇聚氧乙烯醚投入到搅拌釜中,继续搅拌12分钟;
d. 将两性咪唑啉、萜烯及8-10碳烷基糖苷投入罐中,搅拌至澄清透明;
e. 将N-烷基全氟己基磺酰亚胺羧酸钠、N-全氟丁基磺酰基-N-全氟己基磺酰基亚胺磺酸钠投入搅拌釜中,搅拌30分钟即可。
原料来源:
所有原料均为外购,其中N-烷基全氟己基磺酰亚胺羧酸钠、N-全氟丁基磺酰基-N-全氟己基磺酰基亚胺磺酸钠、8-12碳醇聚氧乙烯醚购于购于南京古田化工有限公司;8-10碳烷基糖苷购于巴斯夫(中国)有限公司;十二烷基苯磺酸钠购于江苏清婷洗涤用品有限公司、葡萄糖酸钠、两性咪唑啉、萜烯(馏程170~190℃)购于慧山科技有限公司,碳酸钠购于大连化工厂。
实施例2:
所用原料及质量百分比如下:N-烷基全氟己基磺酰亚胺羧酸钠1.0%、N-全氟丁基磺酰基-N-全氟己基磺酰基亚胺磺酸钠1.0%、8-12碳醇聚氧乙烯醚5%、8-10碳烷基糖苷5%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3%、葡萄糖酸钠4%、两性咪唑啉6%、碳酸钠5%、萜烯(馏程170~190℃) 4%及去离子水余量。
制备方法及原料来源同实施例1。
实施例3:
所用原料及质量百分比如下:N-烷基全氟己基磺酰亚胺羧酸钠1.4%、N-全氟丁基磺酰基-N-全氟己基磺酰基亚胺磺酸钠0.6%、8-12碳醇聚氧乙烯醚7%、8-10碳烷基糖苷3%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%、葡萄糖酸钠2%、两性咪唑啉8%、碳酸钠3%、萜烯(馏程170~190℃)6%及去离子水余量。
制备方法及原料来源同实施例1。
采用上海梭伦科技的全自动表面/界面张力仪(型号A201)用白金环法表面/界面张力测试法分别测试本发明实施例1、2、3表面张力;采用日本气味检测仪(型号XP329),检测原理为氧化铟传导方式,分别测试本发明实施例1、2、3气味,结果如表1所示。

Claims (2)

1.一种低表面张力低气味厨具清洗剂,其特征在于所用原料及质量百分比如下:N-烷基全氟己基磺酰亚胺羧酸钠1.0~1.4%、N-全氟丁基磺酰基-N-全氟己基磺酰基亚胺磺酸钠0.6~1.0%、8-12碳醇聚氧乙烯醚5~7%、8-10碳烷基糖苷3~5%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3~5%、葡萄糖酸钠2~4%、两性咪唑啉6~8%、碳酸钠3~5%、萜烯 4~6%及去离子水余量。
2.一种如权利要求1所述低表面张力低气味厨具清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于依次按照如下步骤进行:
a. 将称量的去离子水投入搅拌釜中;
b. 将碳酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠及十二烷基苯磺酸钠投入搅拌釜中搅拌15分钟;
c.将8-12碳醇聚氧乙烯醚投入到搅拌釜中,继续搅拌12分钟;
d.将两性咪唑啉、萜烯及8-10碳烷基糖苷投入罐中,搅拌至澄清透明;
e.将N-烷基全氟己基磺酰亚胺羧酸钠、N-全氟丁基磺酰基-N-全氟己基磺酰基亚胺磺酸钠投入搅拌釜中,搅拌30分钟即可。
