the power supply supplies power to all the electric elements, wherein the model of the infrared sensor 101 is MLX90621, the model of the gravity detection element 201 is a gravity sensor, the model of the gravity detection element is 5108C-060-AX, the models of the rotating motor 21 and the driving motor 73 are DLGM13-N10VA, the model of the temperature sensor 52 is TS105, the controller 53 is an STM32 single chip microcomputer, the model of the water pump 810 is BYZKW25-6-13, and the model of the humidity sensor 82 is QFM 2160.
The method for treating the excrement by using the device mainly comprises the following steps:
(1) placing the livestock and poultry manure to be treated on a conveying belt, starting a driving motor 73, driving a driving rotating wheel 70 to rotate by the driving motor 73, and simultaneously driving a driven rotating wheel 71 to rotate by the driving rotating wheel 70, so that the livestock and poultry manure to be treated on the conveying belt is conveyed to a feeding port 10, at the moment, a controller 53 controls two automatic opening and closing plates 100 to be opened, and the manure enters an arc-shaped fractional tank 20 positioned right below the feeding port 10 through the feeding port 10;
(2) when the excrement falls into the arc-shaped component grooves 20, the gravity detection element 201 detects a gravity signal and sends the signal to the controller 53, the controller 53 controls the rotation motor 21 to start, the rotation motor 21 drives the component rotary table 2 to rotate, meanwhile, the sealing strip 200 at the opening of each arc-shaped component groove 20 slides in the annular sliding groove 110, and when the opening of the arc-shaped component groove 20 rotates to the bottom end of the spherical cavity 11, the excrement in the arc-shaped component groove uniformly falls into the excrement discharge plate 3 through each inclined branch pipe 6 and finally falls through the plurality of excrement discharge ports 30;
(3) when the excrement and sewage fall down from the plurality of excrement outlets 30, the hydraulic rods 40 at the excrement and sewage treatment fastening discs 4 at the lowest ends are started and extended to be elongated, so that the two opposite excrement and sewage treatment fastening discs 4 at the lowest ends are abutted, the excrement and sewage fall onto the two mutually abutted excrement and sewage treatment fastening discs 4, the box doors 14 are opened, earthworms are put on the excrement and sewage treatment fastening discs 4, the opening of the light II 51 is controlled by the controller 53 to prevent the earthworms from entering the collecting box 42 from the collecting port 41, then the hydraulic rods 40 at the two opposite excrement and sewage treatment fastening discs 4 are respectively started from bottom to top in sequence, the step of adding the excrement and the earthworms is repeated, and after the excrement and sewage are scattered on all the excrement and sewage treatment fastening discs 4 and the earthworms are placed, the ecological treatment is carried out on the excrement and sewage by the earthworms;
(4) after a period of treatment, detecting the humidity in the box body 1 through the humidity sensor 82, when the humidity is low and cannot meet the survival demand of the earthworms, starting the water suction pump 810, spraying water in the water storage tank 80 onto the excrement through the plurality of atomizing nozzles 81 by the water suction pump 810, when the humidity is high, enabling the water in the excrement to flow to the water absorption cotton layer 440 through the water control net 43 at the bottom end for adsorption, and observing the excrement treatment condition and the earthworm survival condition in the box body 1 through the transparent observation window 15;
(5) after the excrement is treated, the controller 53 controls the electromagnetic valve 130, starts the hydraulic rod 40 at the lowest excrement treatment fastening disc 4 to compress, dumps the wormcast which is treated and generated on the lowest excrement treatment fastening disc 4, repeats the dumping operation on the wormcast on each opposite excrement treatment fastening disc 4 from bottom to top, and finally spills all the wormcast out of the discharge port 13 for later use;
(6) repeating the steps, when all the livestock and poultry feces are treated, controlling the light I50 to be opened through the controller 53, enabling the earthworms to move into the relatively dark collecting box 42 through the collecting port 41 under the action of the light, and taking down the collecting box 42 after all the earthworms are collected, and collecting the earthworms for later use.

1. the control element (5) comprises a first light (50) arranged in the feces treatment cavity (12), a second light (51) arranged in the collection box (42), a temperature sensor (52) used for detecting the temperature in the box body (1), and a controller (53) electrically connected with each electric element; the power supply supplies power to each electric element.

The device for ecologically treating the livestock and poultry manure by using the earthworms as claimed in claim 1, wherein two opposite automatic opening and closing plates (100) are arranged at the feeding port (10), an infrared sensor (101) is arranged inside the feeding port (10), and a gravity detection element (201) is arranged at the bottom end of the arc-shaped component groove (20).

The device for ecologically treating the feces of the livestock and poultry by using the earthworms according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of inclined branch pipes (6) are arranged on a connecting pipe at the joint of the feces outlet disc (3) and the lower end of the spherical cavity (11) along the circumferential direction, and the inclined branch pipes (6) are respectively and uniformly distributed at the upper end of the feces outlet disc (3) and are communicated with the interior of the feces outlet disc (3).

The device for ecologically treating livestock and poultry manure by using earthworms according to claim 1, further comprising a feeding element (7), wherein the feeding element (7) comprises a driving rotating wheel (70) arranged at the upper end of the feeding port (10), a driven rotating wheel (71) connected with the driving rotating wheel (70) through a conveying belt, a carrier roller (72) arranged below the conveying belt and used for supporting the conveying belt, and a driving motor (73) for driving the driving rotating wheel (70) to rotate.

The device for ecologically treating livestock and poultry manure by using earthworms as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a humidifying element (8), wherein the humidifying element (8) comprises a water storage tank (80) arranged outside the box body (1), a fastening disc (4) side wall uniformly arranged on the manure, a plurality of atomizing nozzles (81) connected with the water storage tank (80) through connecting pipes and provided with water suction pumps (810) at the connecting parts, and a humidity sensor (82) electrically connected with the controller (53) and used for detecting the humidity of the manure.

The device for ecologically treating the livestock and poultry manure by using the earthworms as claimed in claim 1, wherein a transparent observation window (15) is arranged on the side wall of the box body (1), and a shading cover plate (150) is hinged at the transparent observation window (15).

The device for ecologically treating the livestock and poultry manure by using the earthworms as claimed in claim 1, wherein the width of the manure treatment fastening disc (4) is equal to the width of the box body (1), two manure treatment fastening discs (4) which are adjacent up and down are abutted to form a cavity structure, and a plurality of vent holes (45) are arranged on the bottom surface of each manure treatment fastening disc (4).

(1) placing the livestock and poultry manure to be treated on a conveying belt, starting a driving motor (73), driving a driving rotating wheel (70) to rotate by the driving motor (73), and simultaneously driving a driven rotating wheel (71) to rotate by the driving rotating wheel (70), so that the livestock and poultry manure to be treated on the conveying belt is conveyed to a feeding port (10), at the moment, a controller (53) controls two automatic opening and closing plates (100) to be opened, and the manure enters an arc-shaped dividing groove (20) positioned at the right lower end of the feeding port (10) through the feeding port (10);
(2) when the excrement falls into the arc-shaped component grooves (20), the gravity detection element (201) detects a gravity signal and sends the signal to the controller (53), the controller (53) controls the rotating motor (21) to start, the rotating motor (21) drives the component turntable (2) to rotate, meanwhile, the sealing strip (200) at the opening of each arc-shaped component groove (20) slides in the annular sliding groove (110), and when the opening of each arc-shaped component groove (20) rotates to the bottom end of the spherical cavity (11), the excrement inside the arc-shaped component groove uniformly falls into the excrement discharge tray (3) through each inclined branch pipe (6) and finally falls through the plurality of excrement discharge ports (30);
(3) when the excrement falls down from a plurality of excrement outlets (30), a hydraulic rod (40) at the excrement treatment fastening disc (4) at the lowest end is started and extended to be elongated, so that two opposite excrement treatment fastening discs (4) at the lowest end are abutted, the excrement falls onto the two mutually abutted excrement treatment fastening discs (4), a box door (14) is opened, earthworms are thrown onto the excrement treatment fastening discs (4), the controller (53) controls the light II (51) to be opened to prevent earthworms from entering the collection box (42) from the collection port (41), then the hydraulic rods (40) at the two opposite fecal sewage treatment buckling discs (4) are respectively started from bottom to top in sequence, the step of adding the fecal sewage and the earthworms is repeated, after all the excrement treatment buckling discs (4) are sprayed with excrement and earthworms and placed, the ecological treatment is carried out on the excrement by the earthworms;
(4) after the treatment is carried out for a period of time, the humidity in the box body (1) is detected through the humidity sensor (82), when the humidity is low and cannot meet the survival demand of the earthworms, the water suction pump (810) is started, water in the water storage tank (80) is sprayed onto the excrement through the plurality of atomizing nozzles (81) by the water suction pump (810), when the humidity is high, the water in the excrement flows to the water absorption cotton layer (440) through the water control net (43) at the bottom end to be absorbed, and the excrement treatment condition and the earthworm survival condition in the box body (1) are observed through the transparent observation window (15);
(5) after the excrement is treated, the controller (53) controls the electromagnetic valve (130), starts the hydraulic rod (40) at the position of the excrement treatment fastening disc (4) at the lowest end to compress, so as to dump wormcast generated after the treatment on the excrement treatment fastening disc (4) at the lowest end, repeats the dumping operation on the wormcast on each oppositely-arranged excrement treatment fastening disc (4) from bottom to top, and finally spills all wormcast out of the discharge hole (13) for later use;
(6) and repeating the steps, when all the livestock and poultry feces are treated, controlling the first light (50) to be turned on through the controller (53), enabling the earthworms to move into the relatively dark collecting box (42) through the collecting port (41) under the action of the light, and taking down the collecting box (42) after all the earthworms are collected, and collecting the earthworms for later use.
