In embodiment 1 shown in fig. 1, a twist-off cap with strong adaptability and high sealing performance is used for sealing the opening of a container, the twist-off cap comprises a cap top 1 and a cylindrical cap wall 2 formed by downward extending of the outer edge of the cap top, a sealing gasket 3 is arranged on the lower surface of the cap top, two inner sealing rings 4 and two outer sealing rings 5 which are concentrically arranged are integrally extended downwards on the outer peripheral part of the sealing gasket, an outer wall 6 of each inner sealing ring and an inner wall 7 of each outer sealing ring are obliquely arranged (see fig. 2), a V-shaped groove 8 with a downward opening is formed between each inner sealing ring and each outer sealing ring, the opening angle alpha of the V-shaped groove is 28 degrees, the included angles between the inner wall and the outer wall and the center line of the V-shaped groove are equal, an arc-shaped bottom 9 is formed at the bottom of the V-shaped groove close to the cap top, the width of the arc-shaped bottom is smaller than the wall thickness of the opening 10 of the container, when the sealing gasket of the twist-off cap closes the opening of the container, the arcuate base of the V-shaped groove forms with the container mouth an isolation chamber 26 (the space between the arcuate base and the container mouth, see fig. 15, 17, 19 and 21) that isolates the outer seal between the inner wall of the outer seal ring and the outer wall of the container mouth from the inner seal between the outer wall of the inner seal ring and the inner wall of the container mouth. In this embodiment, the height of the cross section of the inner sealing ring is greater than that of the cross section of the outer sealing ring, the inner wall 14 of the inner sealing ring and the outer wall 15 of the outer sealing ring are both perpendicular to the cover top, and arc-shaped guide surfaces 16 are arranged between the lower ends of the inner sealing ring and the outer sealing ring and the groove wall of the V-shaped groove. The lower part of the cover wall is provided with a plurality of strip-shaped notches 11 along the circumferential direction of the cover wall, the notches penetrate through the cover wall, the cover wall below the notches forms an anti-theft ring 12 for twisting the cover, the cover wall between adjacent notches forms a bridging 13, and the anti-theft ring is connected with the cover wall above the notches through the bridging. The upper part of the cover wall is provided with a plurality of internal pressure release openings 23 which are punched inwards along the circumferential direction of the cover wall, and the cover wall at the lower side of the internal pressure release openings is bent inwards to form an inwards inclined plane structure.
Example 2
In embodiment 2 shown in fig. 3, the height of the cross section of the inner seal ring is the same as that of the cross section of the outer seal ring, the inner wall of the inner seal ring and the outer wall of the outer seal ring are both perpendicular to the cap top, arc-shaped guide surfaces are arranged between the lower ends of the inner and outer seal rings and the groove wall of the V-shaped groove, the opening angle α of the V-shaped groove is 42 degrees, the groove walls on both sides of the V-shaped groove are of a symmetrical structure, and the rest is the same as that in embodiment 1.
Example 3
In embodiment 3 shown in fig. 4, a small-top and large-bottom annular tapered wall 17 is formed on the cap wall close to the cap top, an upper section of the tapered wall is tightly attached to the outer sealing ring to form an outer sealing ring pressing part 18, when the cap is unscrewed to cap the container opening, the pressure of the outer sealing ring on the outer wall of the container opening is greater than the pressure of the inner sealing ring on the inner wall of the container opening, the apex angle of the tapered wall is 20 to 40 degrees (30 degrees in this embodiment), and the rest is the same as that in embodiment 1 or embodiment 2.
Example 4
In the embodiment 4 shown in fig. 5 and 6, the bridge is an equi-width structure which is obliquely arranged, and one end of the bridge, which is close to the cover top, is taken as a reference, and the end of the bridge, which is connected with the anti-theft ring, is deviated towards the right side; an upper acute angle 19 is formed between the right side of the upper end of the bridge and the cut on the right side of the bridge, and a lower acute angle 20 is formed between the left side of the lower end of the bridge and the cut on the left side of the bridge. The included angle between the central line of the bridge and the horizontal plane is 45-75 degrees (55 degrees in the embodiment); the lower part of the cover wall is provided with two mutually parallel convex rings 24 which surround the cover wall, an annular groove 25 is formed between the two convex rings, and the notch and the bridging are arranged at the groove bottom of the annular groove, and the rest is the same as that of the embodiment 1, the embodiment 2 or the embodiment 3.
Example 5
In embodiment 5 shown in fig. 7, the bridge is formed with an upper pre-split 21 at the connection part of the upper acute angle, the upper pre-split extends along the circumferential direction of the cover wall and the opening of the upper pre-split is communicated with the notch, and the length of the upper pre-split in the circumferential direction of the cover wall is 15% of the width of the bridge; the bridge bridges the junction with the lower acute angle forming a lower pre-split 22 extending in the circumferential direction of the lid wall and having its opening communicating with the cut, the length of the lower pre-split in the circumferential direction of the lid wall being 60% of the length of the upper pre-split, the rest being the same as in example 4.
According to the twist-off cap, the inner sealing ring and the outer sealing ring are arranged at the matching part of the periphery of the sealing gasket and the container opening, and the V-shaped groove for being sleeved in the container opening is formed between the two sealing rings, so that after the container opening enters the V-shaped groove, the inner wall of the outer sealing ring is tightly attached to the outer wall of the container opening to form outer sealing, and the outer wall of the inner sealing ring is tightly attached to the inner wall of the container opening to form inner sealing, so that the container opening can be well sealed (see figure 15).
When the container opening is lower (the container opening is lower by 0.3mm in the figure), the sealing structure (see fig. 17) of the invention has more sealing compression amount (the sealing compression area of the invention is 0.1 square mm, and the sealing compression area of the U-shaped pad is 0.03 square mm) compared with the U-shaped pad (see fig. 16) structure with better sealing performance in the prior art, thereby having better sealing performance.
When the container mouth is lower by 0.5 mm, compared with the U-shaped pad (see fig. 18) structure with better sealing performance in the prior art, the sealing structure (see fig. 19) of the invention has a small amount of contact surfaces between the two sides of the V-shaped groove and the container mouth, and the U-shaped pad only has a small amount of contact between one side of the U-shaped pad and the container mouth.
When the single side of the container opening is 0.15 mm larger, compared with the U-shaped gasket (shown in figure 20) structure with better sealing performance in the prior art, the sealing structure (shown in figure 21) of the invention has a small contact surface between the inner side of the V-shaped groove and the container opening, and the outer sealing compression amount is increased; and the sealing between the inner side of the U-shaped gasket and the container opening fails, and the outside sealing compression amount is increased. The case where the container mouth is enlarged on one side means that the container mouth is enlarged in diameter or the container mouth is displaced to one side.
When the sealing gasket seals the container opening, compared with the structure of the U-shaped gasket (shown in figure 22) with better sealing performance in the prior art, the sealing structure (shown in figure 23) of the invention has smaller container opening (when the single side is smaller by 0.2 mm), and the resistance of the V-shaped groove entering the container opening is smaller as can be seen from the figure; and the U-shaped groove of the U-shaped pad has larger resistance. For the situation that the mouth of the container is bigger (when one side is bigger by 0.2 mm), the sealing structure (see fig. 25) of the invention is compared with the structure of the U-shaped pad (see fig. 24) with better sealing performance in the prior art, and as can be seen from the figure, the left side and the right side of the V-shaped groove of the invention have guiding function to the mouth of the container, and the mouth of the container can easily enter the V-shaped groove; the U-shaped gasket only has a guiding function on one side, and the phenomenon of 'cover tilting' is easy to occur when the sealing gasket seals the container opening.
In conclusion, compared with the sealing gasket structure in the prior art, the sealing gasket structure has better sealing performance and sealing guide performance, can adapt to container openings with various structures, has good adaptability, and solves the problems of poor sealing performance and poor guide performance of the sealing gasket for the twist-off cover in the prior art. Meanwhile, the width of the arc-shaped bottom of the V-shaped groove is smaller than the wall thickness of the container opening, so when the cover is turned to close the container opening, an isolation cavity is formed between the arc-shaped bottom of the V-shaped groove and the container opening, the isolation cavity isolates the outer seal between the inner wall of the outer sealing ring and the outer wall of the container opening from the inner seal between the outer wall of the inner sealing ring and the inner wall of the container opening, and the sealing effect between the sealing gasket and the container opening can be further improved.
On the other hand, the bridge connecting the cover body and the anti-theft ring is designed to be in inclined connection (a diamond structure), the inclined direction is that the upper part is towards the left and the lower part is towards the right, the anti-theft ring is clamped after rotating a small angle when the twist cover is opened, the cover body continues to rotate anticlockwise, the upper pre-split port at the upper end is firstly torn after the bridge is straightened, the length of the split port is lengthened (shown in figure 8), the cover body continues to rotate anticlockwise, the upper end of the bridge is inclined towards the right, the length of the upper pre-split port is further lengthened (shown in figure 9) until the upper end of the bridge is completely broken, the cuts at two sides of the bridge are communicated, and the broken residual sections of the bridge are all left at one side of the anti-theft ring (shown in figure 10). The bridge breaking process is a gradual change process, and the twisting-off force of the bridge breaking process is obviously smaller than that of the conventional scheme, so that the bridge breaking process has a buffering function. Secondly, two convex rings which are parallel to each other and surround the cover wall are arranged between the lower part of the cover body and the anti-theft ring, an annular groove is formed between the two convex rings, and the cut for separating the anti-theft ring and the bridging between the adjacent cuts are arranged at the groove bottom of the annular groove, so that the cut and the bridging are both positioned at the concave part of the groove and are not easy to contact with the palm of an operator when the cover is turned and twisted, the palm and the sharp prick after the anti-theft ring is broken (namely the bridging is broken) can be avoided, and the safety of the twisted cover in the opening process is improved.
In addition to the above embodiments, the technical features or technical data of the present invention may be reselected and combined to form new embodiments within the scope of the claims and the specification of the present invention, which are all realized by those skilled in the art without creative efforts, and thus, the embodiments of the present invention not described in detail should be regarded as specific embodiments of the present invention and are within the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (6)

1. The twist cover with strong adaptability and high sealing performance is used for sealing the opening of a container and is characterized by comprising a cover top (1) and a cylindrical cover wall (2) formed by downward extension of the outer edge of the cover top, a sealing gasket (3) is arranged on the lower surface of the cover top, two concentric inner sealing rings (4) and two concentric outer sealing rings (5) are integrally extended downwards from the periphery of the sealing gasket, the outer wall (6) of each inner sealing ring and the inner wall (7) of each outer sealing ring are obliquely arranged, a V-shaped groove (8) with a downward opening is formed between each inner sealing ring and each outer sealing ring, the opening angle alpha of each V-shaped groove is 28-42 degrees, the included angles between the inner wall and the outer wall and the center line of the V-shaped groove are equal, an arc-shaped bottom (9) is formed at the bottom of the V-shaped groove close to the cover top, and the width of the arc-shaped bottom is smaller than the wall thickness of the opening (10) of the container; the lower part of the cover wall is provided with a plurality of strip-shaped notches (11) along the circumferential direction of the cover wall, the notches penetrate through the cover wall, the cover wall below the notches forms an anti-theft ring (12) for twisting the cover, the cover wall between adjacent notches forms a bridge (13), and the anti-theft ring is connected with the cover wall above the notches through the bridge; when the sealing gasket of the twist-off cover seals the opening of the container, an isolation cavity (26) is formed between the arc-shaped bottom of the V-shaped groove and the opening of the container, and the isolation cavity isolates the outer seal between the inner wall of the outer sealing ring and the outer wall of the container opening from the inner seal between the outer wall of the inner sealing ring and the inner wall of the container opening; the bridge is an obliquely arranged equal-width structure, and one end of the bridge, which is close to the cover top, is used as a reference, and the end of the bridge, which is connected with the anti-theft ring, deviates to the right side; an upper acute angle (19) is formed between the right side of the upper end of the bridge and the cut on the right side of the bridge, and a lower acute angle (20) is formed between the left side of the lower end of the bridge and the cut on the left side of the bridge; the included angle between the central line of the bridge and the horizontal plane is 45-75 degrees; an upper pre-split (21) is formed at the connecting part of the bridging and the upper acute angle, the upper pre-split extends along the circumferential direction of the cover wall, the opening of the upper pre-split is communicated with the notch, and the length of the upper pre-split in the circumferential direction of the cover wall is 10-20% of the width of the bridging; the bridge and the connection part of the lower acute angle are provided with a lower pre-splitting opening (22), the lower pre-splitting opening extends along the circumferential direction of the cover wall, the opening of the lower pre-splitting opening is communicated with the notch, and the length of the lower pre-splitting opening in the circumferential direction of the cover wall is 50-70% of the length of the upper pre-splitting opening.

The twist cap with strong adaptability and high sealing performance as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the height of the cross section of the inner sealing ring is greater than that of the cross section of the outer sealing ring, the inner wall (14) of the inner sealing ring and the outer wall (15) of the outer sealing ring are both perpendicular to the cap top, and arc-shaped guide surfaces (16) are arranged between the lower ends of the inner sealing ring and the outer sealing ring and the wall of the V-shaped groove.

The twist cap with strong adaptability and high sealing performance as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cross section of the inner sealing ring has the same height as that of the outer sealing ring, the inner wall of the inner sealing ring and the outer wall of the outer sealing ring are both perpendicular to the cap top, arc-shaped guide surfaces are arranged between the lower ends of the inner sealing ring and the outer sealing ring and the wall of the V-shaped groove, and the two side walls of the V-shaped groove are of symmetrical structures.

The twist cap with strong adaptability and high sealing performance as claimed in claim 1, wherein an annular tapered wall (17) with a small top and a large bottom is formed on the cap wall close to the cap top, the upper section of the tapered wall is tightly attached to the outer sealing ring to form an outer sealing ring pressing part (18), when the twist cap is used for sealing the container opening, the pressure of the outer sealing ring on the outer wall of the container opening is greater than that of the inner sealing ring on the inner wall of the container opening, and the vertex angle of the tapered wall is 20-40 degrees.

The twist-off cover with strong adaptability and high sealability as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper portion of the cover wall is provided with a plurality of inwardly punched internal pressure relief ports (23) along the circumferential direction of the cover wall, and the cover wall of the lower side of the internal pressure relief ports is bent inwardly to form an inwardly inclined slope structure.
