Example 2
In embodiment 2 shown in fig. 3, the bridge is formed with an upper pre-split opening 10 at the connection part of the upper acute angle, the upper pre-split opening extends along the circumferential direction of the cover wall and the opening of the upper pre-split opening is communicated with the cut, and the length of the upper pre-split opening in the circumferential direction of the cover wall is 15% of the width of the bridge; the bridge is formed with a lower pre-split 12 at the junction with the lower acute angle, the lower pre-split extending in the circumferential direction of the lid wall and having its opening communicating with the cut, the length of the lower pre-split in the circumferential direction of the lid wall being 70% of the length of the upper pre-split, the rest being the same as in embodiment 1.
Example 3
In embodiment 3 shown in fig. 4, the top surface of the sealing gasket corresponding to the upper and lower parts of the sealing groove is provided with a material accommodating groove 17, the bottom surface of the material accommodating groove is arc-shaped, the center line of the cross section of the material accommodating groove coincides with the center line of the cross section of the sealing groove, the opening width of the material accommodating groove is 60% of the width of the sealing groove, and the depth of the material accommodating groove is 45% of the opening width of the material accommodating groove; the lower end of the outer side surface of the inner sealing ring is provided with a guide arc-shaped edge 19, and the upper edge of the guide arc-shaped edge is connected with the lower edge of the interference ring. In this embodiment, the height of the cross section of the inner seal ring is greater than that of the cross section of the outer seal ring, an interference ring 18 (the left part of the dotted line in the drawing) is convexly arranged at the lower part of the outer side surface of the inner seal ring, the distance between the interference ring and the groove bottom of the seal groove is greater than the axial moving distance of the cap top when the twist-off cap opening bridge is broken, and the rest is the same as that in embodiment 1 or embodiment 2.
Example 4
In embodiment 4 shown in fig. 5, an annular tapered wall 20 with a small top and a large bottom is formed on the cap wall close to the cap top, the upper section of the tapered wall is tightly attached to the outer sealing ring to form an outer sealing ring pressing part 21, when the cap is unscrewed to seal the container opening, the pressure of the outer sealing ring on the outer wall of the container opening is greater than the pressure of the inner sealing ring on the inner wall of the container opening, and the vertex angle of the tapered wall is 30 degrees. The inner side surface of the inner sealing ring is in transitional connection with the lower surface of the sealing gasket through a compression-resistant arc surface 22, and the radius of the compression-resistant arc surface is 1.1 times of the height of the cross section of the inner sealing ring. A decompression groove 23 extending along the sealing groove is arranged on one side, close to the inner sealing ring, of the groove bottom of the sealing groove, the opening width of the decompression groove is 18% of the width of the groove bottom of the sealing groove, and the depth of the decompression groove is 23% of the width of the groove bottom of the sealing groove; the center line of the cross section of the pressure reducing groove is parallel to the center line of the cross section of the sealing groove, the inner side groove wall of the pressure reducing groove and the inner side groove wall at the groove bottom of the sealing groove are on the same cylindrical surface, and the groove bottom of the pressure reducing groove is arc-shaped. When the cover is turned over to seal the container opening, the inner side face of the outer sealing ring is tightly attached to the outer wall of the container opening, the outer side face of the inner sealing ring is tightly attached to the inner wall of the container opening, the groove bottom of the sealing groove is tightly attached to the upper edge of the opening of the container, the cross sectional area of the material containing groove is reduced, the groove bottom of the material containing groove is tightly attached to the lower surface of the cover top (see figure 7), and the rest is the same as that in embodiment.
The bridge connecting the cover body and the anti-theft ring is designed to be in inclined connection (a diamond structure), the inclined direction is that the upper part is towards the left, the lower part is towards the right, the anti-theft ring is clamped after rotating for a small angle when the twist cover is opened, the cover body continues to rotate anticlockwise, the upper pre-split at the upper end is firstly torn after the bridge is straightened, the length of the split is lengthened (shown in figure 9), the cover body continues to rotate anticlockwise, the upper end of the bridge is inclined towards the right, the length of the upper pre-split is further lengthened (shown in figure 10) until the upper end of the bridge is completely broken, the cuts at two sides of the bridge are communicated, and the broken residual sections. The bridge breaking process is a gradual change process, and the twisting-off force of the bridge breaking process is obviously smaller than that of the conventional scheme, so that the bridge breaking process has a buffering function. In addition, the safe and easily-opened twist-off cover is provided with an inner sealing ring and an outer sealing ring at the container mouth matching part at the periphery of the sealing gasket, a sealing groove for being sleeved in the container mouth is formed between the two sealing rings, so that after the container mouth enters the sealing groove, the inner side surface of the outer sealing ring clings to the outer wall of the container mouth to form outer sealing, the outer side surface of the inner sealing ring clings to the inner wall of the container mouth to form inner sealing, and the groove bottom of the sealing groove clings to the upper edge of the container mouth to form upper sealing (see figure 7, the overlapping part in the figure is the compression part of the sealing gasket in actual matching), so that the. The top surface of the sealing gasket above the sealing groove is provided with a material containing groove which is arranged on the contact surface of the sealing gasket and the cover body, when the cover is turned over to cover the container opening, downward pressure F1 is generated when the cover is covered, and reaction force F2 (shown in figure 8) generated by interference of the sealing gasket is generated, and part of the reaction force can be absorbed by the material containing groove in a deformed way, so that the reaction force can not be completely acted on the container, the bearing pressure of the container is greatly reduced, and the problems of container collapse, container anti-theft ring neck deformation and the like caused in the cover closing process of the cover are greatly reduced. Meanwhile, the interference ring is convexly arranged at the lower part of the outer side surface of the inner sealing ring, the interference ring is of an annular belt structure protruding on the outer side surface of the inner sealing ring, the interference ring can play a role of strengthening sealing when the outer side surface of the inner sealing ring is tightly attached to the inner wall of the container opening, because the distance between the interference ring and the bottom of the sealing groove is larger than the axial moving distance of the cover top when the anti-theft ring is opened by twisting the cover and broken, namely, in the initial stage of the rotation opening of the twisting cover, when the twisting cover moves a certain distance in the axial direction but the anti-theft ring is not broken, the interference ring is always tightly attached to the inner wall of the container opening (see fig. 6, the state shown in fig. 6 is the leakage critical state of the container), the sealing between the inner sealing ring and the inner wall of the container opening before the anti-theft.

Claims (10)

1. A safe and easy-to-open twist-off cap for sealing the mouth of a container, characterized in that the twist-off cap comprises a cap top (1) and a cylindrical cap wall (2) formed by extending the outer edge of the cap top downwards, the lower surface of the cover top is provided with a sealing gasket (3), the lower part of the cover wall is provided with two convex rings (4) which are parallel to each other and surround the cover wall, an annular groove (5) is formed between the two convex rings, the groove bottom of the annular groove is provided with a plurality of strip-shaped notches (6) along the circumferential direction of the cover wall, the cut penetrates through the cover wall, the cover wall below the cut forms an anti-theft ring (7), the cover wall between the adjacent cuts forms a bridge (8), the anti-theft ring is connected with the cover wall above the notch through a bridge which is an obliquely arranged equal-width structure, taking one end of the bridge close to the cover top as a reference, and enabling one end of the bridge connected with the anti-theft ring to deviate towards the right side; an upper acute angle (9) is formed between the right side of the upper end of the bridge and the cut on the right side of the bridge, and a lower acute angle (11) is formed between the left side of the lower end of the bridge and the cut on the left side of the bridge.

The safe and easy-to-open twist cap as claimed in claim 1, wherein the angle between the center line of the bridge and the horizontal plane is 45 to 75 degrees; the bridge is provided with an upper pre-splitting opening (10) at the connecting part of the upper acute angle, the upper pre-splitting opening extends along the circumferential direction of the cover wall, the opening of the upper pre-splitting opening is communicated with the notch, and the length of the upper pre-splitting opening in the circumferential direction of the cover wall is 10-20% of the width of the bridge.

A secure easy open twist-off cap according to claim 2, characterized in that the bridge bridges in connection with the lower acute angle are formed with a lower pre-split (12) extending in the circumferential direction of the cap wall and having its opening communicating with the cut, the length of the lower pre-split in the circumferential direction of the cap wall being 50-70% of the length of the upper pre-split.

The safe and easy-to-open twist-off cap according to claim 1, characterized in that an inner sealing ring (14) for abutting against the inner wall of the container opening (13) and an outer sealing ring (15) for abutting against the outer wall of the container opening are integrally extended downward from the outer peripheral portion of the sealing gasket, and a sealing groove (16) with a downward opening is formed between the inner sealing ring and the outer sealing ring.

The safe and easy-to-open twist-off cap as claimed in claim 4, wherein the top surface of the sealing gasket corresponding to the upper and lower parts of the sealing groove is provided with a material containing groove (17), the bottom surface of the material containing groove is arc-shaped, the center line of the cross section of the material containing groove coincides with the center line of the cross section of the sealing groove, the opening width of the material containing groove is 50% to 70% of the width of the sealing groove, and the depth of the material containing groove is 30% to 60% of the opening width of the material containing groove; when the container opening is covered by the twist-off cover which is safe and easy to open, the inner side surface of the outer sealing ring is tightly attached to the outer wall of the container opening, the outer side surface of the inner sealing ring is tightly attached to the inner wall of the container opening, the groove bottom of the sealing groove is tightly attached to the upper edge of the opening of the container, the cross-sectional area of the container groove is reduced, and the groove bottom of the container groove is tightly attached to.

The safe and easy-to-open twist-off cap as claimed in claim 4, wherein the height of the cross section of the inner sealing ring is greater than that of the cross section of the outer sealing ring, an interference ring (18) is convexly arranged at the lower part of the outer side surface of the inner sealing ring, and the distance between the interference ring and the groove bottom of the sealing groove is greater than the axial moving distance of the cap top when the opening bridge of the twist-off cap is broken; the lower extreme of the lateral surface of interior sealing ring is equipped with direction arc limit (19), the last edge on direction arc limit is connected with the lower limb of interference ring.

The twist-on cap of claim 1, wherein the cap wall near the cap top is formed with an annular tapered wall (20) with a small top and a large bottom, the upper section of the tapered wall clings to the outer sealing ring to form an outer sealing ring pressing part (21), when the twist-on cap is used for sealing the container opening, the pressure of the outer sealing ring on the outer wall of the container opening is greater than that of the inner sealing ring on the inner wall of the container opening, and the vertex angle of the tapered wall is 20-40 degrees.

The safe and easy-to-open twist-off cap according to claim 8, wherein a decompression groove (23) is provided on the groove bottom of the sealing groove on a side close to the inner sealing ring, extending along the sealing groove, and has an opening width of 10% to 25% of the groove bottom width of the sealing groove and a depth of 15% to 30% of the groove bottom width of the sealing groove; the center line of the cross section of the pressure reducing groove is parallel to the center line of the cross section of the sealing groove, the inner side groove wall of the pressure reducing groove and the inner side groove wall at the groove bottom of the sealing groove are on the same cylindrical surface, and the groove bottom of the pressure reducing groove is arc-shaped.

A safe and easy-to-open twist-off cap as set forth in claim 1, wherein the upper portion of the cap wall is provided with a plurality of inwardly punched internal pressure relief openings (24) along the circumferential direction of the cap wall, and the cap wall at the lower side of the internal pressure relief openings is bent inwardly to form an inwardly inclined ramp structure.
