The bridge of this embodiment is provided with a notch 22 (see fig. 6), the notch is arranged along the circumferential direction of the periphery of the cover wall, the notch on the bridge is one, the cross section of the notch is triangular, the bottom side of the triangular is flush with the lower side of the punching opening, the maximum depth of the notch is 51% of the thickness of the cover wall, and the width of the notch is 1 time of the depth of the notch. The upper part of the cover wall is provided with a plurality of internal pressure release openings 16 which are punched inwards along the circumferential direction of the cover wall, and the cover wall at the lower side of the internal pressure release openings is bent inwards to form an inwards inclined plane structure.
Example 2
In embodiment 2 shown in fig. 2, the top surface of the sealing gasket vertically corresponding to the sealing groove is provided with a material accommodating groove 9, the bottom surface of the material accommodating groove is arc-shaped, the central line of the cross section of the material accommodating groove coincides with the central line of the cross section of the sealing groove, the opening width of the material accommodating groove is 55% of the width of the sealing groove, and the depth of the material accommodating groove is 35% of the opening width of the material accommodating groove. In this embodiment, the height of the cross section of the inner sealing ring is greater than that of the cross section of the outer sealing ring, an interference ring 10 (the left part of the dotted line in the figure) is convexly arranged on the lower part of the outer side surface of the inner sealing ring, and the distance between the interference ring and the bottom of the sealing groove bottom is greater than the axial moving distance of the cap top when the opening bridge of the unscrewing cap is broken (namely, the leakage angle of the unscrewing cap is greater than the breaking angle of the anti-theft ring of the unscrewing cap). The lower extreme of the lateral surface of interior sealing ring is equipped with direction arc limit 15, the last edge on direction arc limit is connected with the lower limb of interference ring. When the cover is screwed to seal the container opening (see figure 5), the inner side surface of the outer sealing ring is tightly attached to the outer wall of the container opening, the outer side surface of the inner sealing ring is tightly attached to the inner wall of the container opening, the groove bottom of the sealing groove is tightly attached to the upper edge of the opening of the container, the cross-sectional area of the container groove is reduced, and the groove bottom of the container groove is close to the lower surface of the cover top. The depth of the concave pit in this embodiment is 1.5 mm, the diameter of the safety button is 35 mm, and the height of the arch of the safety button is 1 mm, and the rest is the same as that in embodiment 1.
Example 3
In the embodiment 3 shown in fig. 3, the inner side surface of the inner seal ring and the lower surface of the seal are transitionally connected by a compression-resistant arc surface 13, the radius of which is 1 time the height of the cross section of the inner seal ring. A decompression groove 14 extending along the sealing groove is arranged on one side, close to the inner sealing ring, of the groove bottom of the sealing groove, the opening width of the decompression groove is 17% of the width of the groove bottom of the sealing groove, and the depth of the decompression groove is 22% of the width of the groove bottom of the sealing groove; the center line of the cross section of the pressure reducing groove is parallel to the center line of the cross section of the sealing groove, the inner side groove wall of the pressure reducing groove and the inner side groove wall at the groove bottom of the sealing groove are on the same cylindrical surface, and the groove bottom of the pressure reducing groove is arc-shaped. The opening width of the material accommodating groove in this embodiment is 75% of the sealing groove width, and the depth of the material accommodating groove is 65% of the opening width of the material accommodating groove, and the rest is the same as that in embodiment 1 or embodiment 2.
The top of the unscrewing cover is provided with a pit, the bottom of the pit is provided with an upward arc-shaped arch structure, the arch structure can be sunken to form a downward concave surface (see figure 8) under the action of external atmospheric pressure when negative pressure is generated inside after products are vacuumized or heat-sealed and cooled, and the concave surface is always present in the shelf life of the products. When the sealing failure of the container causes the air to flow into the container or the food in the container is deteriorated to generate gas, so that when the internal and external air pressure is the same or the internal air pressure is greater than the external atmospheric pressure, the arch structure can bounce and restore to the original state to form the structural characteristic that the safety button arches upwards, at the moment, the consumer is reminded of paying attention, the commodity possibly has quality safety problems, and is not suitable for purchase or eating. In addition, two convex rings which are parallel to each other and surround the cover wall are arranged between the upper part of the unscrewing cover and the anti-theft ring, an annular groove is formed between the two convex rings, and the cutting seams for separating the anti-theft ring and the bridging bridges between the adjacent cutting seams are arranged at the groove bottom of the annular groove, so that the cutting seams and the bridging bridges are positioned at the concave parts of the groove when the unscrewing cover is rotated and are not easy to contact with the palm of an operator, and the palm can be prevented from being injured by sharp after the anti-theft ring is broken (namely the bridging bridges are broken). On the other hand, the cover wall on the upper side of the U-shaped cutting seam is inclined inwards to form a punching opening (used for replacing a notch in the traditional process) penetrating through the cover wall, so that a spike formed during bridging fracture can be extruded by the cover wall on the upper side of the U-shaped cutting seam when the unscrewing cover rotates, and the spike loses the sharpness to a certain extent (or the direction of the spike is consistent with the rotating direction through extrusion), so that the possibility of damaging the palm of an operator is greatly reduced. Therefore, the problem that an operator is easily injured in the process of opening the cover of the unscrewing cover in the prior art is solved, and the safety of the unscrewing cover in the using process is greatly improved. In addition, the container mouth matching part on the periphery of the sealing gasket of the unscrewing cover is provided with an inner sealing ring and an outer sealing ring, a sealing groove for being sleeved in the container mouth is formed between the two sealing rings, so that after the container mouth enters the sealing groove, the inner side surface of the outer sealing ring clings to the outer wall of the container mouth to form outer sealing, the outer side surface of the inner sealing ring clings to the inner wall of the container mouth to form inner sealing, and the groove bottom of the sealing groove clings to the upper edge of the container mouth to form upper sealing (see figure 5, the overlapping part in the figure is a compression part of the sealing gasket during actual matching), so that the unscrewing cover can well seal the container; the top surface of the sealing gasket above the sealing groove is provided with the material containing groove which is arranged on the surface of the sealing gasket, which is in contact with the cover body, when the container opening is unscrewed and the cover is closed, downward pressure F1 is generated when the cover is closed, and the reaction force F2 (shown in figure 7) generated by interference of the sealing gasket is generated, and part of the reaction force can be absorbed by the material containing groove due to deformation, so that the reaction force can not be completely acted on the container, the pressure bearing of the container is greatly reduced, and the problems of container collapse, container anti-theft ring neck deformation and the like caused in the process of closing the cover by unscrewing the cover are greatly reduced. Meanwhile, the interference ring is convexly arranged at the lower part of the outer side surface of the inner sealing ring, the interference ring is of an annular belt structure protruding on the outer side surface of the inner sealing ring, the interference ring can play a role of strengthening sealing when the outer side surface of the inner sealing ring is tightly attached to the inner wall of the container opening, because the distance between the interference ring and the bottom of the sealing groove is larger than the axial moving distance of the cover top when the anti-theft ring is opened by unscrewing the cover, namely, in the initial stage of the rotation opening of the unscrewing cover, when the unscrewing cover moves a certain distance in the axial direction but the anti-theft ring is not broken, the interference ring is always tightly attached to the inner wall of the container opening (see fig. 4, the state shown in fig. 4 is the leakage critical state of the container), the sealing between the inner sealing ring and the inner wall of the container opening before the anti-theft ring is broken is ensured, and therefore, the situation that the rotation (or loosening) of the unscrewing cover is caused to a certain extent when the unscrewing cover is touched in the process of carrying and storing products, namely, the compression amount of the sealing gasket is reduced before the bridging is not broken, and the quality guarantee period of the products is greatly shortened can be avoided.
In addition to the above embodiments, the technical features or technical data of the present invention may be reselected and combined to form new embodiments within the scope of the claims and the specification of the present invention, which are all realized by those skilled in the art without creative efforts, and thus, the embodiments of the present invention not described in detail should be regarded as specific embodiments of the present invention and are within the protection scope of the present invention.

1. The twist-off type unscrewing cap with the safety structure is used for sealing the opening of a container and is characterized in that the unscrewing cap comprises a cap top (1) and a cylindrical cap wall (2) formed by downward extending of the outer edge of the cap top, a sealing gasket (4) is arranged on the lower surface of the cap top, a pit (23) is formed in the cap top, the bottom surface of the pit is upwards arched to form a safety button (24), two mutually parallel convex rings (18) surrounding the cap wall are arranged on the lower portion of the cap wall, an annular groove (19) is formed between the two convex rings, a plurality of U-shaped cutting seams (20) are arranged at the groove bottom of the annular groove along the circumferential direction of the cap wall, the cap wall on the upper side of each U-shaped cutting seam is inwards inclined to form a stamping opening (21) penetrating through the cap wall, a bridging frame (17) is formed by the cap wall between the adjacent stamping openings, an anti-theft ring (3) is formed by the cap wall below the stamping opening, and the anti-theft ring is connected with the cap wall above the stamping opening through the bridging frame;
the bridge is provided with a notch (22) which is arranged along the circumferential direction of the periphery of the cover wall, the notch on the bridge is a single notch, the cross section of the notch is triangular, the bottom edge of the triangle is flush with the lower side edge of the punching opening, the maximum depth of the notch is 40-60% of the thickness of the cover wall, and the width of the notch is 0.7-1.3 times of the depth of the notch;
an inner sealing ring (6) which is used for being abutted against the inner wall of the container opening (5) and an outer sealing ring (7) which is abutted against the outer wall of the container opening extend downwards integrally from the outer peripheral part of the sealing gasket, and a sealing groove (8) with a downward opening is formed between the inner sealing ring and the outer sealing ring;
a material containing groove (9) is arranged on the top surface of the sealing gasket vertically corresponding to the sealing groove, the bottom surface of the material containing groove is arc-shaped, the central line of the cross section of the material containing groove is overlapped with the central line of the cross section of the sealing groove, the opening width of the material containing groove is 55-75% of the width of the sealing groove, and the depth of the material containing groove is 35-65% of the opening width of the material containing groove; when the cover is screwed to seal the container opening, the inner side surface of the outer sealing ring is tightly attached to the outer wall of the container opening, the outer side surface of the inner sealing ring is tightly attached to the inner wall of the container opening, the bottom of the sealing groove is tightly attached to the upper edge of the opening of the container, the cross-sectional area of the material containing groove is reduced, and the bottom of the material containing groove is tightly attached to the lower surface of the cover top;
the height of the cross section of the inner sealing ring is larger than that of the cross section of the outer sealing ring, an interference ring (10) is convexly arranged on the lower portion of the outer side face of the inner sealing ring, and the distance between the interference ring and the bottom of the sealing groove is larger than the axial moving distance of the cover top when the unscrewing cover opens the bridging and is broken.

The twist-off lid with safety structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the recess and the safety button are both circular, the diameter of the safety button is 10 mm to 35 mm, and the height of the arch of the safety button is 0.3 mm to 1 mm and lower than the depth of the recess; the number of the U-shaped cutting seams is 6-12, and the U-shaped cutting seams are uniformly distributed on the peripheral surface of the unscrewing cover.

The twist-off type unscrewing cap with a safety structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein a cap wall close to the cap top is formed with an annular tapered wall (11) with a small upper part and a large lower part, the upper section of the tapered wall clings to the outer sealing ring to form an outer sealing ring squeezing part (12), when the cap is unscrewed to close the container mouth, the pressure of the outer sealing ring on the outer wall of the container mouth is greater than that of the inner sealing ring on the inner wall of the container mouth, and the apex angle of the tapered wall is 26-49 degrees; the number of the U-shaped cutting seams is 6-12, and the U-shaped cutting seams are uniformly arranged on the peripheral surface of the unscrewing cover.

The twist-off type unscrewing cap with a safety structure as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the inner side face of the inner sealing ring and the lower surface of the sealing gasket are transitionally connected by a compression-resistant arc face (13), the radius of which is 0.7 to 1.3 times the height of the cross-section of the inner sealing ring; the lower part of the annular conical wall is provided with a plurality of internal pressure release ports (16) which are punched inwards along the circumferential direction of the cover wall, and the cover wall at the lower side edge of the internal pressure release ports is bent inwards to form an inwards inclined plane structure.

The twist-off type screw-on cap with safety structure according to claim 4, wherein a decompression groove (14) extending along the sealing groove is provided on the groove bottom of the sealing groove on the side close to the inner sealing ring, the opening width of the decompression groove is 11% to 24% of the width of the groove bottom of the sealing groove, and the depth of the decompression groove is 16% to 29% of the width of the groove bottom of the sealing groove; the center line of the cross section of the pressure reducing groove is parallel to the center line of the cross section of the sealing groove, the inner side groove wall of the pressure reducing groove and the inner side groove wall at the groove bottom of the sealing groove are on the same cylindrical surface, and the groove bottom of the pressure reducing groove is arc-shaped.
6. The twist-off unscrewing cap with safety feature as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the lower end of the outer side of the inner sealing ring is provided with a guiding arc-shaped edge (15), the upper edge of which is connected to the lower edge of the interference ring.
