Detailed Description
The following further describes embodiments of the present invention by way of examples, with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
In embodiment 1 shown in fig. 1 and 2, a safe and easily-opened metal packaging container comprises a container body 25 and a twist cover, wherein a cylindrical container opening 26 is formed in the packaging container, an external thread is formed on the outer wall of the container opening, the twist cover comprises a cover top 1 and a cover wall 2 formed by downward extending of the outer edge of the cover top, a sealing gasket 3 is arranged on the lower surface of the cover top, an inner sealing ring 14 abutted to the inner wall of a container opening edge 13 and an outer sealing ring 15 abutted to the outer wall of the container opening edge are integrally extended downwards from the outer peripheral part of the sealing gasket, and a sealing groove 16 with a downward opening is formed between the inner sealing ring and the outer sealing ring. The container body is integrally formed by a single-layer metal material, the opening edge part of the container opening is formed by four layers of metal materials in a winding mode, the top of the opening edge part is arc-shaped, and the groove bottom of the sealing groove is matched with the top of the opening edge part in shape. Lid wall middle part be equipped with the internal thread of external screw thread adaptation, the lower part of lid wall is equipped with two bulge loops 4 that are parallel to each other and encircle the lid wall, constitutes annular groove 5 between two bulge loops, and annular groove's tank bottom department is equipped with the long banding incision 6 of a plurality of along lid wall circumference, the incision runs through the lid wall, the lid wall of incision below constitutes theftproof ring 7, and the lid wall between the adjacent incision constitutes the bridge 8, the theftproof ring is connected through the lid wall of bridge and incision top, the bridge be the equal width structure that the slope set up to the one end that is close to the lid top of bridge is the benchmark, and the one end that the bridge is connected with the theftproof ring is to the right side skew (see fig. 3). An upper acute angle 9 is formed between the right side of the upper end of the bridge and the notch on the right side of the bridge, a lower acute angle 11 is formed between the left side of the lower end of the bridge and the notch on the left side of the bridge, and the included angle between the central line of the bridge and the horizontal plane is 60 degrees; the upper part of the cover wall is provided with a plurality of internal pressure release openings 24 which are punched inwards along the circumferential direction of the cover wall, and the cover wall at the lower side of the internal pressure release openings is bent inwards to form an inwards inclined plane structure.
Example 2
In embodiment 2 shown in fig. 4, the bridge is formed with an upper pre-split opening 10 at the connection part of the upper acute angle, the upper pre-split opening extends along the circumferential direction of the cover wall and the opening of the upper pre-split opening is communicated with the cut, and the length of the upper pre-split opening in the circumferential direction of the cover wall is 15% of the width of the bridge; the bridge is formed with a lower pre-split 12 at the junction with the lower acute angle, the lower pre-split extending in the circumferential direction of the lid wall and having its opening communicating with the cut, the length of the lower pre-split in the circumferential direction of the lid wall being 70% of the length of the upper pre-split, the rest being the same as in embodiment 1.
Example 3
In embodiment 3 shown in fig. 5, the top surface of the sealing gasket corresponding to the upper and lower parts of the sealing groove is provided with a material accommodating groove 17, the bottom surface of the material accommodating groove is arc-shaped, the center line of the cross section of the material accommodating groove coincides with the center line of the cross section of the sealing groove, the opening width of the material accommodating groove is 60% of the width of the sealing groove, and the depth of the material accommodating groove is 45% of the opening width of the material accommodating groove; the lower end of the outer side surface of the inner sealing ring is provided with a guide arc-shaped edge 19, and the upper edge of the guide arc-shaped edge is connected with the lower edge of the interference ring. In this embodiment, the height of the cross section of the inner seal ring is greater than that of the cross section of the outer seal ring, an interference ring 18 (the left part of the dotted line in the drawing) is convexly arranged at the lower part of the outer side surface of the inner seal ring, the distance between the interference ring and the groove bottom of the seal groove is greater than the axial moving distance of the cap top when the twist-off cap opening bridge is broken, and the rest is the same as that in embodiment 1 or embodiment 2.
Example 4
In embodiment 4 shown in fig. 6, an annular tapered wall 20 with a small top and a large bottom is formed on the cover wall close to the cover top, the upper section of the tapered wall is tightly attached to the outer sealing ring to form an outer sealing ring squeezing portion 21, when the cover is unscrewed to cover the container opening, the pressure of the outer sealing ring on the outer wall of the rim portion of the container opening is greater than the pressure of the inner sealing ring on the inner wall of the rim portion of the container opening, and the apex angle of the tapered wall is 30 degrees. The inner side surface of the inner sealing ring is in transitional connection with the lower surface of the sealing gasket through a compression-resistant arc surface 22, and the radius of the compression-resistant arc surface is 1.1 times of the height of the cross section of the inner sealing ring. A decompression groove 23 extending along the sealing groove is arranged on one side, close to the inner sealing ring, of the groove bottom of the sealing groove, the opening width of the decompression groove is 18% of the width of the groove bottom of the sealing groove, and the depth of the decompression groove is 23% of the width of the groove bottom of the sealing groove; the center line of the cross section of the pressure reducing groove is parallel to the center line of the cross section of the sealing groove, the inner side groove wall of the pressure reducing groove and the inner side groove wall at the groove bottom of the sealing groove are on the same cylindrical surface, and the groove bottom of the pressure reducing groove is arc-shaped. When the container opening is sealed by the packaging container, the inner side surface of the outer sealing ring is tightly attached to the outer wall of the opening edge part of the container, the outer side surface of the inner sealing ring is tightly attached to the inner wall of the opening edge part of the container, the groove bottom of the sealing groove is tightly attached to the top surface of the opening edge part of the container, the cross sectional area of the material containing groove is reduced, the groove bottom of the material containing groove is close to the lower surface of the cover top (see figure 8), and the rest is the same as.
The bridging frame connecting the cover body and the anti-theft ring is designed to be in inclined connection (a diamond structure), the inclined direction is that the upper part is towards the left, the lower part is towards the right, the anti-theft ring is clamped after rotating for a small angle when the container is opened, the cover body continues to rotate anticlockwise, the upper pre-splitting opening at the upper end is firstly torn after the bridging frame is straightened, the length of the splitting opening is lengthened (shown in figure 10), the cover body continues to rotate anticlockwise, the upper end of the bridging frame is inclined towards the right, the length of the upper pre-splitting opening is further lengthened (shown in figure 11) until the upper end of the bridging frame is completely broken, the notches at the two sides of the bridging. The bridge breaking process is a gradual change process, and the twisting-off force of the bridge breaking process is obviously smaller than that of the conventional scheme, so that the bridge breaking process has a buffering function. Secondly, two convex rings which are parallel to each other and surround the cover wall are arranged between the lower part of the cover body and the anti-theft ring, an annular groove is formed between the two convex rings, and the cut for separating the anti-theft ring and the bridging frame between the adjacent cuts are arranged at the groove bottom of the annular groove, so that the cut and the bridging frame are both positioned at the concave part of the groove and are not easy to contact with the palm of an operator when the cover is turned and twisted, the palm can be prevented from being injured by sharp pricks after the anti-theft ring is broken (namely the bridging frame is broken), and the safety of the packaging container in the opening process is improved. In addition, the metal packaging container is provided with an inner sealing ring and an outer sealing ring at the container mouth matching part at the periphery of the sealing gasket, a sealing groove for being sleeved in the container mouth is formed between the two sealing rings, so that after the container mouth enters the sealing groove, the inner side surface of the outer sealing ring clings to the outer wall of the container mouth to form outer sealing, the outer side surface of the inner sealing ring clings to the inner wall of the container mouth to form inner sealing, and the groove bottom of the sealing groove clings to the upper edge of the container mouth to form upper sealing (see figure 8, the overlapping part in the figure is a compression part of the sealing gasket during actual matching), so that the container is well. The top surface of the sealing gasket above the sealing groove is provided with a material containing groove which is arranged on the contact surface of the sealing gasket and the cover body, when the cover is turned to cover the container opening, downward pressure F1 is generated when the cover is covered, and reaction force F2 (shown in figure 9) generated by interference of the sealing gasket is generated, and part of the reaction force can be absorbed by the material containing groove in a deformed way, so that the reaction force can not be completely acted on the container, thereby greatly lightening the bearing pressure of the container, and greatly reducing the problems of container collapse, container anti-theft ring neck deformation and the like caused in the process of covering the packaging container. Meanwhile, the interference ring is convexly arranged at the lower part of the outer side surface of the inner sealing ring, the interference ring is of an annular belt structure protruding on the outer side surface of the inner sealing ring, the interference ring can play a role of strengthening sealing when the outer side surface of the inner sealing ring is tightly attached to the inner wall of the container opening, because the distance between the interference ring and the bottom of the sealing groove is larger than the axial moving distance of the cover top when the anti-theft ring is opened by twisting the cover and broken, namely, in the initial stage of the rotation opening of the twisting cover, when the twisting cover moves a certain distance in the axial direction but the anti-theft ring is not broken, the interference ring is always tightly attached to the inner wall of the container opening (see fig. 7, the state shown in fig. 7 is the leakage critical state of the container), the sealing between the inner sealing ring and the inner wall of the container opening before the anti-theft.
In addition to the above embodiments, the technical features or technical data of the present invention may be reselected and combined to form new embodiments within the scope of the claims and the specification of the present invention, which are all realized by those skilled in the art without creative efforts, and thus, the embodiments of the present invention not described in detail should be regarded as specific embodiments of the present invention and are within the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A secure and easy-open metal packaging container according to claim 1, wherein the angle between the centre line of said bridge and the horizontal plane is 45 to 75 degrees; the bridge is provided with an upper pre-splitting opening (10) at the connecting part of the upper acute angle, the upper pre-splitting opening extends along the circumferential direction of the cover wall, the opening of the upper pre-splitting opening is communicated with the notch, and the length of the upper pre-splitting opening in the circumferential direction of the cover wall is 10-20% of the width of the bridge.

A security and easy-open metal packaging container according to claim 2, characterized in that the bridge bridges in connection with the lower acute angle are formed with a lower pre-breach (12) extending in circumferential direction of the lid wall and having its opening communicating with the cut, the length of the lower pre-breach in circumferential direction of the lid wall being 50-70% of the length of the upper pre-breach.

The metal packaging container of claim 1, wherein an inner sealing ring (14) for abutting against the inner wall of the container opening edge portion (13) and an outer sealing ring (15) for abutting against the outer wall of the container opening edge portion are integrally extended downward from the outer peripheral portion of the sealing gasket, and a sealing groove (16) with a downward opening is formed between the inner sealing ring and the outer sealing ring.

The metal packaging container of claim 4, wherein the container body is integrally formed by a single layer of metal material, the mouth edge portion of the container mouth is formed by four layers of metal material by rolling, the top of the mouth edge portion is in a circular arc shape, and the bottom of the sealing groove is matched with the top of the mouth edge portion in shape.

The safe and easy-to-open metal packaging container according to claim 4, wherein a material containing groove (17) is arranged on the top surface of the sealing gasket corresponding to the upper part and the lower part of the sealing groove, the bottom surface of the material containing groove is arc-shaped, the center line of the cross section of the material containing groove coincides with the center line of the cross section of the sealing groove, the opening width of the material containing groove is 50% to 70% of the width of the sealing groove, and the depth of the material containing groove is 30% to 60% of the opening width of the material containing groove; when the safe and easily-opened metal packaging container is used for sealing the container opening, the inner side surface of the outer sealing ring is tightly attached to the outer wall of the opening edge part of the container, the outer side surface of the inner sealing ring is tightly attached to the inner wall of the opening edge part of the container, the groove bottom of the sealing groove is tightly attached to the top surface of the opening edge part of the container, the cross-sectional area of the material containing groove is reduced, and the groove bottom of the material containing groove.

The safe and easy-to-open metal packing container of claim 4, wherein the height of the cross section of the inner sealing ring is greater than that of the cross section of the outer sealing ring, an interference ring (18) is convexly arranged at the lower part of the outer side surface of the inner sealing ring, and the distance between the interference ring and the bottom of the sealing groove is greater than the axial moving distance of the cap top when the twist-off cap opening bridge is broken; the lower extreme of the lateral surface of interior sealing ring is equipped with direction arc limit (19), the last edge on direction arc limit is connected with the lower limb of interference ring.

A safe and easy-to-open metal packing container according to claim 9, wherein a decompression groove (23) is provided on the bottom of the sealing groove at a side close to the inner sealing ring, extending along the sealing groove, and has an opening width of 10% to 25% of the bottom width of the sealing groove and a depth of 15% to 30% of the bottom width of the sealing groove; the center line of the cross section of the pressure reducing groove is parallel to the center line of the cross section of the sealing groove, the inner side groove wall of the pressure reducing groove and the inner side groove wall at the groove bottom of the sealing groove are on the same cylindrical surface, and the groove bottom of the pressure reducing groove is arc-shaped.
