In the embodiment 1 shown in fig. 1 and 2, a twist-open cap with a container groove is used for leak-proof sealing of a container mouth, the twist-open cap comprises a cap top 1 and a cylindrical cap wall 2 formed by downward extending the outer edge of the cap top, a plurality of inward punched internal pressure release openings 16 are formed in the upper part of the cap wall along the circumferential direction of the cap wall, an anti-theft ring 3 is arranged at the lower part of the cap wall, a sealing gasket 4 is arranged on the lower surface of the cap top, an inner sealing ring 6 for abutting the inner wall of the container mouth 5 and an outer sealing ring 7 for abutting the outer wall of the container mouth are integrally extended downwards at the outer circumferential part of the sealing gasket, the height of the cross section of the inner sealing ring is larger than the height of the cross section of the outer sealing ring, an interference ring 10 (the left part of a dotted line in the figure) is convexly arranged at the lower part of the outer side surface of the inner sealing ring, and the distance between the interference ring and the bottom of the sealing groove is larger than the axial moving distance of the cap top when the twist-open cap breaks the anti-theft ring (namely the leakage angle of the twist-open cap is larger than the breaking angle of the anti-theft ring of the twist-open cap). The lower end of the outer side surface of the inner sealing ring is provided with a guide arc edge 15, and the upper edge of the guide arc edge is connected with the lower edge of the interference ring. A sealing groove 8 with a downward opening is formed between the inner sealing ring and the outer sealing ring, a containing groove 9 with a circular arc bottom surface is arranged on the top surface of the sealing gasket corresponding to the upper part and the lower part of the sealing groove, the center line of the cross section of the containing groove is overlapped with the center line of the cross section of the sealing groove, the width of the opening of the containing groove is 55% of the width of the sealing groove, and the depth of the containing groove is 35% of the width of the opening of the containing groove. When the cover is turned open and the container mouth is covered by the twist-open cover with the containing groove, the inner side surface of the outer sealing ring is clung to the outer wall of the container mouth, the outer side surface of the inner sealing ring is clung to the inner wall of the container mouth, the groove bottom of the sealing groove is clung to the upper edge of the mouth of the container, the cross section area of the containing groove is reduced, and the groove bottom of the containing groove is clung to the lower surface of the cover top.
Example 2
In the embodiment 2 shown in fig. 3, an annular conical wall 11 with a small upper part and a large lower part is formed on the cover wall close to the cover top, the vertex angle of the conical wall is 33 degrees, the upper section of the conical wall is tightly attached to the outer sealing ring to form an outer sealing ring extrusion part 12, and when the cover is twisted to cover the container mouth, the outer sealing ring is extruded by the conical wall extrusion part formed by deformation of the cover wall, so that the pressure of the outer sealing ring to the outer wall of the container mouth is higher than the pressure of the inner sealing ring to the inner wall of the container mouth. The inner side surface of the inner sealing ring is in transitional connection with the lower surface of the sealing gasket through a compression-resistant cambered surface 13, and the radius of the compression-resistant cambered surface is 1 time of the height of the cross section of the inner sealing ring. In this embodiment, the width of the opening of the material containing groove is 75% of the width of the sealing groove, and the depth of the material containing groove is 65% of the width of the opening.
In the embodiment 2, a decompression groove 14 extending along the sealing groove is arranged on one side of the groove bottom of the sealing groove, which is close to the inner sealing ring, wherein the opening width of the decompression groove is 18% of the groove bottom width of the sealing groove, and the depth of the decompression groove is 23% of the groove bottom width of the sealing groove; the center line of the cross section of the decompression groove is parallel to the center line of the cross section of the sealing groove, the inner side groove wall of the decompression groove and the inner side groove wall at the bottom of the sealing groove are on the same cylindrical surface, the bottom of the decompression groove is arc-shaped, and the rest is the same as the embodiment 1.
Example 3
In the embodiment 3 shown in fig. 6, the anti-theft ring is connected with the upper side of the cover wall through a bridge 17, two convex rings 18 are arranged at the lower part of the cover wall, an annular groove 19 is formed between the two convex rings, a plurality of strip-shaped cuts 20 are arranged in the annular groove along the circumferential direction of the cover wall, the cuts penetrate through the cover wall, the cover wall between the adjacent cuts forms the bridge, and the cuts and the bridge between the adjacent cuts are arranged at the bottom of the annular groove; the bridge is provided with a notch 21, the notch is arranged along the circumference of the periphery of the cover wall, the width of the notch is smaller than the width of the notch, the notch on the bridge is one, the cross section of the notch is right triangle, the right-angle side of the notch is level with the upper side edge of the notch, the depth of the notch is 52% of the thickness of the cover wall, the width of the notch is 1.15 times of the depth of the notch, and the rest is the same as the embodiment 1 or the embodiment 2.
The container mouth matching part with the containing groove is provided with the inner sealing ring and the outer sealing ring, and a sealing groove for sleeving the container mouth is formed between the two sealing rings, so that after the container mouth enters the sealing groove, the inner side surface of the outer sealing ring is tightly attached to the outer wall of the container mouth to form outer sealing, the outer side surface of the inner sealing ring is tightly attached to the inner wall of the container mouth to form inner sealing, the bottom of the sealing groove is tightly attached to the upper edge of the container mouth to form upper sealing (see fig. 5, the overlapping part in the drawing is a compression part of the sealing gasket in actual matching), and the twisting cover can well seal the container; the top surface of the sealing gasket above the sealing groove is provided with the containing groove, the containing groove is arranged on the surface of the sealing gasket, which is contacted with the cover body, when the cover is turned open to cover the container, the cover is provided with downward pressure F1, the counter force F2 (see figure 7) generated by interference of the sealing gasket can be partially absorbed by the deformation of the containing groove, so that the part of the counter force can not be fully acted on the container, thereby greatly reducing the bearing of the container, and greatly reducing the problems of container collapse, container anti-theft ring neck deformation and the like caused by the twisting of the cover in the cover sealing process. Meanwhile, the lower part of the outer side surface of the inner sealing ring is convexly provided with the interference ring, the interference ring is of a raised annular belt structure on the outer side surface of the inner sealing ring, the interference ring can play a role in strengthening sealing when the outer side surface of the inner sealing ring is clung to the inner wall of the container mouth, and the distance between the interference ring and the bottom of the sealing groove is larger than the axial moving distance of the cap top when the anti-theft ring is opened by twisting the cap, namely, in the initial stage of opening by twisting the cap, when the cap moves a certain distance in the axial direction but the anti-theft ring is not broken, the interference ring is clung to the inner wall of the container mouth all the time (see fig. 4, the state shown in fig. 4 is the leakage critical state of the container), so that the sealing between the inner sealing ring and the inner wall of the container mouth before the anti-theft ring is broken is ensured, and the problem that the appearance of the cap is intact and the anti-theft function of the container is lack or the product is unconsciously damaged, thereby causing serious influence on the product production enterprises can be avoided.
In addition to the above embodiments, the technical features or technical data of the present invention may be rearranged and combined within the scope of the claims and the description of the present invention to constitute new embodiments, which may be implemented without inventive effort by those skilled in the art, and thus, embodiments of the present invention not described in detail should be considered as embodiments of the present invention within the scope of the protection of the present invention.
Claims (7)
1. The twist-open cover with the container mouth is used for leak-proof sealing of the container mouth and is characterized by comprising a cover top (1) and a cylindrical cover wall (2) formed by downwards extending the outer edge of the cover top, wherein an anti-theft ring (3) is arranged at the lower part of the cover wall, a sealing gasket (4) is arranged on the lower surface of the cover top, an inner sealing ring (6) used for being abutted to the inner wall of the container mouth (5) and an outer sealing ring (7) used for being abutted to the outer wall of the container mouth are downwards integrally extended at the outer periphery of the sealing gasket, an opening downwards sealing groove (8) is formed between the inner sealing ring and the outer sealing ring, a container mouth (9) is arranged on the top surface of the sealing gasket corresponding to the upper part and the lower part of the sealing groove, when the twist-open cover with the container mouth is used for sealing the container mouth, the inner side surface of the outer sealing ring is tightly attached to the outer wall of the container mouth, the bottom of the sealing groove is tightly attached to the upper edge of the container mouth, the cross-sectional area of the container mouth is reduced, and the bottom of the container mouth is tightly attached to the lower surface of the cover top; an annular conical wall (11) with a small upper part and a large lower part is formed on the cover wall close to the cover top, the upper section of the conical wall clings to the outer sealing ring to form an outer sealing ring extrusion part (12), when the cover is twisted to cover the container mouth, the pressure of the outer sealing ring on the outer wall of the container mouth is higher than the pressure of the inner sealing ring on the inner wall of the container mouth, and the vertex angle of the conical wall is 25-48 degrees; the inner side surface of the inner sealing ring is in transitional connection with the lower surface of the sealing gasket through a compression-resistant cambered surface (13), and the radius of the compression-resistant cambered surface is 0.7 to 1.3 times of the height of the cross section of the inner sealing ring; a decompression groove (14) extending along the sealing groove is arranged on one side, close to the inner sealing ring, of the groove bottom of the sealing groove, the opening width of the decompression groove is 10-25% of the groove bottom width of the sealing groove, and the depth of the decompression groove is 15-30% of the groove bottom width of the sealing groove; the central line of the cross section of the decompression groove is parallel to the central line of the cross section of the sealing groove, the inner side groove wall of the decompression groove and the inner side groove wall at the bottom of the sealing groove are on the same cylindrical surface, and the bottom of the decompression groove is arc-shaped.

The twist-off cover with a receiving slot of claim 1, wherein the bottom surface of the receiving slot is arc-shaped, the center line of the cross section of the receiving slot coincides with the center line of the cross section of the sealing slot, the width of the opening of the receiving slot is 55% to 75% of the width of the sealing slot, and the depth of the receiving slot is 35% to 65% of the width of the opening of the receiving slot.

The twist-off cover with containing groove according to claim 1, characterized in that the height of the cross section of the inner sealing ring is larger than the height of the cross section of the outer sealing ring, the lower part of the outer side surface of the inner sealing ring is convexly provided with an interference ring (10), and the distance between the interference ring and the bottom of the sealing groove is larger than the axial moving distance of the cover top when the twist-off cover is opened and the anti-theft ring is broken.
4. The twist-off cover with holding tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower end of the outer side surface of the inner sealing ring is provided with a guiding arc edge (15), and the upper edge of the guiding arc edge is connected with the lower edge of the interference ring.
5. The twist-off cap with receiving slot of claim 1 wherein the upper portion of the cap wall is provided with a plurality of inwardly die-cut internal pressure relief ports (16) circumferentially of the cap wall.
6. The twist-off cover with a receiving slot according to any one of claims 1-5, characterized in that the anti-theft ring is connected with the upper side of the cover wall by means of a bridge (17), the lower part of the cover wall is provided with two protruding rings (18), an annular groove (19) is formed between the two protruding rings, a plurality of elongated slits (20) are arranged in the annular groove along the circumferential direction of the cover wall, the slits penetrate the cover wall, the cover wall between adjacent slits forms the bridge, and the bridge between the slits and the adjacent slits is arranged at the bottom of the annular groove.
7. The twist-up cover with receiving slot of claim 6, wherein the bridge is provided with a notch (21), the notch is arranged along the circumference of the periphery of the cover wall, the width of the notch is smaller than the width of the notch, the notch on the bridge is one, the cross section of the notch is right triangle, the right-angle side of the notch is level with the upper side of the notch, the depth of the notch is 40% to 60% of the thickness of the cover wall, and the width of the notch is 0.8 to 1.5 times of the depth of the notch.
