Abstract
本发明提出一种新风盾构管,包括外壁和内壁,其特征在于,所述外壁和内壁的材料由如下重量份的组分组成:外壁,嵌段共聚聚丙烯(PPB)100份,色母1‑2份;内壁,高密度聚乙烯50-70份,聚烯烃弹性体(POE)30-50份,加工助剂1-2份,色母0.5-1份,通过改进现有新风盾构管的材料配方,本发明的新型新风盾构管具有高环刚度、弯曲性好、粘结性强等特点,普适于家装、工程新风系统安装。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于新风盾构管内外壁的配方设计及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对室内的空气质量的要求也不断提高,新风系统应运而生。我国目前新风盾构管基本靠国外进口,在国内基本属于空白状况。但市场对新风盾构管的需求在逐年增加,高品质、高质量的产品占据市场的需求越来越大,新配方、新工艺的开发越来越急迫。
传统的新风盾构管弯曲性差、环刚度低,不能适应市场的需求。
发明内容
为了克服传统的新风盾构管弯曲性差、环刚度低的缺点,本发明提出一种新风盾构管,包括外壁和内壁,其特征在于,所述外壁和内壁的材料由如下重量份的组分组成:外壁
嵌段共聚聚丙烯(PPB) 100份
色母 1-2份
内壁
优选地,所述嵌段共聚聚丙烯(PPB)的熔指在0.4-0.5g/10min。所述聚烯烃弹性体(POE)为乙烯-辛烯共聚物,熔指在9-10g/10min,密度在0.852-0.880g/cm3。所述高密度聚乙烯的熔指在0.3-0.5g/10min,密度在0.941-0.960g/cm3。所述加工助剂为聚环氧乙烷,为1,1,2,3,3,3-六氟-1-丙烯与1,1-二氟乙烯的聚合物。
本发明还提出了上述新风盾构管的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将各个组分在150-170℃的密炼机中共混塑化成团;
(2)将塑化后的料团转移至长径比为32-40的双螺杆共混造粒机中,170-190℃下挤出拉条切粒,70℃热风干燥,即得到半成品;
(3)半成品经过单螺杆共挤机挤出冷却成型,内外壁温度分别为200℃、220℃即可得到成品。
本发明的新风盾构管具有以下特点:1.采用嵌段共聚聚丙烯(PPB)作外壁料,管材的环刚度提高了200%,弯曲性能有了很大的提高;2.内壁采用了聚烯烃弹性体(POE),增加了管材的韧性,提高了施工性能;3.内壁增加了加工助剂,改善了材料的黏模性,大大降低了能耗,提升了加工性能。
通过改进现有新风盾构管的材料配方,本发明的新型新风盾构管具有高环刚度、弯曲性好、粘结性强等特点,普适于家装、工程新风系统安装。
具体实施方式
实施例1
新风盾构管,外壁和内壁的材料由如下重量份的组分组成:
外壁
嵌段共聚聚丙烯为燕山石化4402 100份
色母 2份
内壁
内外壁原料通过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,温度为170℃,冷却切割干燥后,经过单螺杆共挤机挤出成型,内外壁温度分别为200℃、220℃。
对比例
新风盾构管,外壁和内壁的材料由如下重量份的组分组成:
外壁
高密度聚乙烯 75份
低密度聚乙烯 25份
色母 2份
内壁
其中,高密度聚乙烯为金山石化5502,熔指为0.42g/10min;低密度聚乙烯为伊朗石化218W,熔指为2.7g/10min;内外壁原料通过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,温度为170℃,冷却切割干燥后,经过单螺杆共挤机挤出成型,内外壁温度分别为200℃、220℃;环刚度采用GB/T9647-2003标准进行检测,结果见下表1。

以上实施例与对比例相比,实施例的环刚度比对比例环刚度大、弯曲性好、加工性能优异、质轻、能耗低,综合性能优良,与传统新风盾构管相比,性能优异,优势明显。

2.根据权利要求1所述的新风盾构管,其特征在于,所述嵌段共聚聚丙烯(PPB)的熔指在0.4-0.5g/10min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新风盾构管,其特征在于,所述聚烯烃弹性体(POE)为乙烯-辛烯共聚物,熔指在9-10g/10min,密度在0.852-0.880g/cm3。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新风盾构管,其特征在于,所述高密度聚乙烯的熔指在0.3-0.5g/10min,密度在0.941-0.960g/cm3。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新风盾构管,其特征在于,所述加工助剂为聚环氧乙烷,为1,1,2,3,3,3-六氟-1-丙烯与1,1-二氟乙烯的聚合物。
6.根据权利要求1-5之一所述的新风盾构管的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将各个组分在150-170℃的密炼机中共混塑化成团;
