A spine three-dimensional linkage health care instrument is characterized by comprising a health care instrument bed support (1), a horizontal moving plate (2) arranged on the bed support (1), a first mechanical device for driving the horizontal moving plate (2) to horizontally move along a longitudinal axis of the horizontal moving plate, an angulation lifting plate (3) connected to the bed support (1), a second mechanical device for driving the angulation lifting plate (3) to angulate up and down, a third mechanical device for driving the angulation lifting plate (3) to rotationally move along the longitudinal axis of the angulation lifting plate, a transverse shearing plate (4) arranged on the angulation lifting plate (3), and a fourth mechanical device for driving the transverse shearing plate (4) to rotate; the first mechanical device enables the horizontal moving plate (2) to do reciprocating motion along a longitudinal sliding guide rail (101), the second mechanical device enables the angled lifting plate (3) to do up-and-down reciprocating angle conversion along a transverse shaft (303), the third mechanical device enables the angled lifting plate (3) to do reciprocating rotation motion along a longitudinal shaft (304), and the fourth mechanical device enables the transverse shearing plate (4) to do reciprocating rotation along a shearing plate rotating shaft (402); the third mechanical device and the fourth mechanical device are driven by the same motor (5) to synchronously coordinate, and the motor (5) is fixedly connected with the angled lifting plate (3); the actions can realize three-dimensional linkage or linkage of two groups of actions under the control of the controller.

The spine three-dimensional linkage health care instrument according to claim 1, characterized in that longitudinal sliding guide rails (101) are arranged on two sides of the bottom surface of the horizontal moving plate (2), and the health care instrument bed frame (1) is fit with the horizontal moving plate (2) through the longitudinal sliding guide rails (101); the first mechanical device adopts a motor to control and drive the horizontal moving plate (2) to reciprocate horizontally along the longitudinal axis of the horizontal moving plate.
