Background
Lumbar disc herniation is a common lumbar disorder that is induced for a number of reasons, such as poor sitting and standing postures, long-term bending over or heavy physical labor, long-term table work, frequent low head viewing of the cell phone, and the like. At present, the methods for treating the lumbar disc herniation mainly comprise drug treatment, physical treatment and operation treatment. Because of the greater limitations and risks associated with drug and surgical treatments, physical therapy is favored.
Physiotherapy includes traction and massage. Traction therapy generally requires the patient to lie on a traction table and is treated by applying tension to the lumbar vertebrae and surrounding muscles, and has the disadvantage of a large traction table floor space and a large limitation in the place of use. Detailed Description
Lumbar disc herniation is one of the most common diseases in orthopaedics, seriously affects the life quality of patients, and can obtain good curative effect by applying the traction frame for treating light and medium herniation. Referring to fig. 1, the lumbar disc herniation traction frame is to treat lumbar disc herniation by utilizing traction force and reverse traction force to act on lumbar vertebrae and traction in opposite directions. Lumbar traction can increase lumbar intervertebral space, mainly lumbar 3, 4, 5, sacral 1 space. The study shows that the lumbar vertebra clearance is widened by 1.5-2.5 mm after traction compared with the lumbar vertebra clearance before traction, the internal negative pressure can be formed by the widening of the lumbar vertebra clearance, and the tension of the posterior longitudinal ligament is beneficial to the restoration of the protruding nucleus pulposus part or the change of the relationship between the protruding nucleus pulposus part and nerve roots. The enlargement of the intervertebral space and the pulling-apart of the articular process joint restore the intervertebral foramen to the normal shape, thereby relieving the extrusion of the nerve root. The traction can also make lumbar vertebra have sufficient rest, reduce the stimulation of movement, be beneficial to the absorption and the resolution of tissue congestion and edema, and can also relieve muscle spasm and relieve intervertebral pressure. The invention adopts the vertical traction frame, and is different from the traditional horizontal traction frame, and the traction of the standing position of the patient is more in line with biomechanics and ergonomics.
