Description

Lumbar disc herniation traction frame
Technical Field
The invention relates to a lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion traction frame capable of simultaneously implementing two physiotherapy, which can effectively treat lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion diseases and belongs to the technical field of medical devices.
Background
Lumbar disc herniation is a common lumbar disorder that is induced for a number of reasons, such as poor sitting and standing postures, long-term bending over or heavy physical labor, long-term table work, frequent low head viewing of the cell phone, and the like. At present, the methods for treating the lumbar disc herniation mainly comprise drug treatment, physical treatment and operation treatment. Because of the greater limitations and risks associated with drug and surgical treatments, physical therapy is favored.
Physiotherapy includes traction and massage. Traction therapy generally requires the patient to lie on a traction table and is treated by applying tension to the lumbar vertebrae and surrounding muscles, and has the disadvantage of a large traction table floor space and a large limitation in the place of use. Massage is a targeted massage to the affected part, but the cost of manual massage is high and the curative effect is greatly affected by human factors, which has a certain risk. The massage bed is used for treatment, so that the treatment cost can be effectively reduced, and the treatment risk is reduced, but because of different heights of different patients, the waist massage device arranged on the fixed position of the bed body is generally difficult to align with the waist of the patient, thereby seriously affecting the treatment effect.
Clinical experience shows that better treatment effect can be obtained by adopting the combined therapy of traction and massage, but the existing lumbar disc herniation medical device has single function and can only provide one therapy, and only the traction bed and the massage bed can be used alternately for treatment in order to implement the combined therapy, so that the treatment time is prolonged, the treatment efficiency is reduced, and the curative effect is greatly reduced, so that the design of the lumbar disc herniation medical device capable of implementing two physical therapies simultaneously is necessary.

Detailed Description
Lumbar disc herniation is one of the most common diseases in orthopaedics, seriously affects the life quality of patients, and can obtain good curative effect by applying the traction frame for treating light and medium herniation. Referring to fig. 1, the lumbar disc herniation traction frame is to treat lumbar disc herniation by utilizing traction force and reverse traction force to act on lumbar vertebrae and traction in opposite directions. Lumbar traction can increase lumbar intervertebral space, mainly lumbar 3, 4, 5, sacral 1 space. The study shows that the lumbar vertebra clearance is widened by 1.5-2.5 mm after traction compared with the lumbar vertebra clearance before traction, the internal negative pressure can be formed by the widening of the lumbar vertebra clearance, and the tension of the posterior longitudinal ligament is beneficial to the restoration of the protruding nucleus pulposus part or the change of the relationship between the protruding nucleus pulposus part and nerve roots. The enlargement of the intervertebral space and the pulling-apart of the articular process joint restore the intervertebral foramen to the normal shape, thereby relieving the extrusion of the nerve root. The traction can also make lumbar vertebra have sufficient rest, reduce the stimulation of movement, be beneficial to the absorption and the resolution of tissue congestion and edema, and can also relieve muscle spasm and relieve intervertebral pressure. The invention adopts the vertical traction frame, and is different from the traditional horizontal traction frame, and the traction of the standing position of the patient is more in line with biomechanics and ergonomics.

The lumbar traction mechanism comprises a traction rack 4, a traction motor 5, a traction gear 6, a lifting block 29 and a vertical guide rail 31. The gap between the two ilium pressure plates 10 can be adjusted and locked by a synchronous adjusting mechanism consisting of the lower synchronous gear 7, the lower shaft brake 28 and the lower rotating shaft 30.
The lumbar vertebra massage device is used for correcting and massaging lumbar vertebra of a patient and comprises an arc-shaped plate 11, an electromagnetic massager 12, a guide sleeve 13, a horizontal ejector rod 14, a jacking gear 15, a height-adjusting rack 22, a height-adjusting gear 23, a height-adjusting motor 24, a jacking motor 25, a jacking rack 26, a sliding bracket 27 and an abdomen stop block 33. Wherein, the arc 11 is located the waist rear of patient, is equipped with electromagnetic massage ware 12 on it, and electromagnetic massage ware 12's massage head sets up two and is listed as, and every is listed as the massage head and is arranged according to human lumbar vertebrae physiology curve, and two are listed as the massage head and are located the both sides of patient's lumbar vertebrae respectively, in order to adapt to different patients, the position of massage head can finely tune. When the jacking motor 25 rotates, the horizontal ejector rod 14 can be driven to slide along the guide sleeve 13 through the jacking gear 15 and the jacking rack 26, so that the arc-shaped plate 11 and the electromagnetic massager 12 are driven to move in the horizontal direction. The height-adjusting motor 24 can drive the sliding bracket 27 to move up and down along the vertical guide rail 31 through the height-adjusting gear 23 and the height-adjusting rack 22, so as to drive the electromagnetic massager 12 to move up and down. Thus by controlling the elevation motor 24 and the overhead motor 25, the electromagnetic massager 12 can be aligned with the lumbar of the patient. The abdomen stopper 33 is used for limiting the waist and abdomen of the patient and preventing the patient from being greatly displaced under the pushing of the electromagnetic massager 12.
The function of the lifting platform 3 is to lift the patient to a proper height, and after the armpit supporting plate 16 supports the patient, the patient moves downwards, so that the feet of the patient are suspended, and the body is in a natural sagging state.

1. the distance between the two ilium pressure plates 10 and the distance between the two axillary support plates 16 are both adjusted to the maximum.
2. The patient stands on the lifting table 3, the abdomen is opposite to the abdomen stop block 33, the lifting cylinder 2 is started, the lifting table 3 is lifted, and when the armpit of the patient is higher than the armpit supporting plate 16, the lifting table 3 is stopped.
3. The two armpit plates 16 are moved into the two armpits of the patient, the heights and the distances between the two ilium pressure plates 10 are adjusted simultaneously, so that the two ilium pressure plates are higher than the ilium of the patient and are respectively clung to the two sides of the patient, and then the upper shaft brake 18 and the lower shaft brake 28 are utilized to lock the upper shaft 19 and the lower shaft 30, so that the distance between the two ilium pressure plates 10 and the distance between the two armpit plates 16 are not changed any more.
4. The lifting table 3 descends to suspend the feet of the patient and the body is hung on the two armpit supporting plates 16.
5. The traction motor 5 is started, the traction motor 5 drives the lifting block 29 to move downwards through the traction gear 6 and the traction rack 4, and simultaneously drives the two ilium pressing plates 10 to move downwards, so that downward force is applied to ilium of a patient, and the lumbar vertebra is subjected to proper stretching force.
6. The electromagnetic vibrator 9 is started to change the stretching force applied to the lumbar vertebra within a certain range, so that the treatment effect is enhanced.
