Abstract
本发明涉及一种实现上行链路数据接收的早期确认和新的传输调度的数据发送方法、确认信号发送方法、用户设备和基站。用于用户设备的数据发送方法,包括:从基站接收调度信息;以初始重发次数向基站发送第一上行链路数据;在第一搜索空间中监控是否从基站接收上行链路数据的第一确认信号,同时在第二搜索空间中监控是否从基站接收上行链路数据的第二确认信号,其中,在第一搜索空间接收第一确认信号的情况下,停止重发第一上行链路数据,并且在第二搜索空间接收第二确认信号的情况下,停止重发第一上行链路数据,并且开始向基站发送第二上行链路数据。
