本发明提供了一种用于免授权的上行链路的信息传输方法及装置,由用户终端执行的方法包括:发送用户终端的接入信息;接收基站对所述接入信息的响应信息,所述响应信息包括基站对所述接入信息的确收信息;在接收到所述接入信息的响应信息后,发送业务信息,所述业务信息包括数据信息。
