Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
In the conventional elevator landing apparatus, the upper frame protrudes to the landing side from the landing door, and therefore, an installation space for the sound source can be secured in the upper portion of the hanger case.
However, in the elevator landing apparatus in which the architrave and the landing doors are disposed on the same plane, the sound source is provided on the back surface of the architrave because the installation space for the sound source cannot be secured in the upper portion of the hanger case. Further, the sound source is attached to the back surface of the lintel plate via the fixing member. The fixing member is fixed to the back surface of the header board using an adhesive. In this case, the area of the adhesive fixture and the header board is small, and therefore, the adhesive strain is concentrated on the adhesive portion. Accordingly, the bonding strain caused by the adhesive fixation of the fixing member is locally generated on the design surface which is the front surface of the header board, which is not preferable in design.
Further, by providing the inner panel on the back surface side of the header plate and attaching the sound source to the inner panel, it is possible to eliminate the occurrence of local bonding strain on the design surface of the header plate. However, since an inner side plate for mounting a sound source is required, the header plate becomes a two-layer structure of the design plate and the inner side plate. This causes a new problem of an increase in the work load during the conveyance and installation of the landing device.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an elevator landing device capable of suppressing occurrence of local joining strain in a design surface of an architrave and reducing a work load during transportation and installation.
Means for solving the problems
An elevator landing device according to the present invention includes: a pair of vertical columns which are provided at the doorway of the landing so as to be separated in the width direction of the doorway with the longitudinal direction being the vertical direction; a lintel plate that is erected between upper portions of the pair of vertical columns and has a surface facing the floor standing side as a design surface; a door device provided on a hoistway side of the header plate so as to face a lower side of the header plate; a landing door that is attached to the door device and opens and closes the doorway; and a car arrival notifier, the design surface of the lintel plate being in the same plane as a surface of the landing door on the landing side. The car arrival annunciator is attached to a reinforcing member that increases the rigidity of the lintel plate, and the reinforcing member is provided on a surface of the lintel plate opposite to the design surface.
Effects of the invention
According to the present invention, the car arrival annunciator is not directly mounted on the surface of the lintel plate on the side opposite to the design surface. Therefore, local adhesion strain due to the fixed car reaching the annunciator does not occur on the design surface of the lintel plate. This suppresses a reduction in design of the header plate due to the installation of the car arrival annunciator. Further, a new installation member for installing the car arrival notification device is not required, and the lintel plate can be formed in one layer. This reduces the work load during transportation and installation of the landing device.

Detailed Description
Embodiment 1.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of an elevator landing device according to embodiment 1 of the present invention, as viewed from the side of a landing. Fig. 2 is a main part sectional view showing an elevator landing device according to embodiment 1 of the present invention.
In fig. 1 and 2, a doorway 3 is formed in a landing wall 4 so as to communicate from the landing 1 to the hoistway 2. The pair of vertical columns 6 are provided in the doorway 3 so as to be separated in the width direction of the doorway 3 with the longitudinal direction being the vertical direction. A pair of vertical pillars 6 are fixed to the landing wall 4. The architrave 7 is formed in a U-shape including a base portion 7a, an upper bending piece 7b, and a lower bending piece 7c, for example. The lintel plate 7 configured as described above is produced by, for example, bending the opposite long sides of a rectangular decorative plate at right angles in the same direction. This improves the rigidity of the architrave 7 compared with the case of using a flat plate. The architrave 7 is erected between the upper portions of the pair of vertical columns 6 so that the upper-side bent pieces 7b and the lower-side bent pieces 7c face the hoistway 2. Thereby, the lintel plate 7 closes the upper side of the doorway 3, i.e., the landing ceiling 9 side. The upper bending piece 7b of the lintel plate 7 is located above the landing ceiling 9. The front surface of the base portion 7a of the lintel plate 7 on the landing 1 side serves as a design surface.
A reinforcing member 8 for ensuring the rigidity of the header plate 7 is disposed on the surface of the base portion 7a of the header plate 7 on the side of the hoistway 2, that is, on the back surface. The reinforcing member 8 is manufactured by bending a rectangular flat plate-like steel plate in an L-shape. The reinforcing member 8 is attached to the back surface of the base 7a so as to be separated in the vertical direction. The reinforcing members 8 are provided over substantially the entire width of the base portion 7a so that the L-shaped first side is adhesively fixed to the back surface of the base portion 7a and the L-shaped second side is horizontal. Here, the area of the bonding base portion 7a and the reinforcing member 8 is relatively large over substantially the entire region in the width direction of the base portion 7a, and thus the bonding strain is dispersed. This prevents local adhesion strain from occurring on the design surface of the base portion 7a, and thus reduces the reduction in design of the header board 7. Since the reinforcing member 8 is provided over substantially the entire width of the base portion 7a, the rigidity of the header plate 7 is improved.
The door device 10 is provided on the hoistway 2 side of the lintel plate 7 so as to face the lower side of the lintel plate 7. Although not shown, the door device 10 includes a landing door frame, a landing door rail, a landing door hanger, and the like. The landing door frame is fixed to the hoistway wall 5, and is disposed on the hoistway 2 side on the lower side of the lintel plate 7 so as to extend in the width direction of the doorway 3. The landing door rail is fixed to the landing 1 side of the landing door frame and is disposed so as to extend in the width direction of the doorway 3. The landing door hanger is mounted on the landing door guide rail.
The landing door 11 is fixed to a landing door hanger and suspended from a landing door rail. This allows the landing door 11 to be guided by the landing door guide rail, thereby opening and closing the doorway 3. The landing 1 side surface of the landing door 11 is flush with the design surface of the lintel plate 7.
The car arrival annunciator 12 is attached to an L-shaped fixture 13. The fixing member 13 is adhesively fixed or screw-fixed to the second side of the reinforcing member 8. Thereby, the car arrival annunciator 12 is attached to the reinforcing member 8 via the anchor 13. The car arrival notifier 12 is located above the door device 10 on the back surface side of the base portion 7a of the lintel plate 7.
A fire-proof iron plate 14 as a fire-proof cover is fixed to the hoistway wall 5 and closes the upper space of the doorway 3. Although not shown, the fireproof iron plates are fixed to the hoistway wall 5, and close both spaces in the width direction of the doorway 3, and further close a lower space of the doorway 3. The inspection opening 15 is formed in a portion of the fire-proof iron plate 14 that closes the upper space of the doorway 3, the portion facing the car arrival annunciator 12. The cover 16 is detachably attached to the fireproof iron plate 14 and closes the inspection opening 15.
The landing device configured as described above can notify the passengers at the landing 1 of the information of the car arrival by using sound or the like by the car arrival notifier 12. The landing device can notify the information of the opening/closing of the landing door 11 to the passengers at the landing 1 by using sound or the like through the car arrival notifier 12. When performing maintenance of the car arrival annunciator 12, the operator removes the cover 16 and performs maintenance of the car arrival annunciator 12 through the inspection opening 15.
According to embodiment 1, since the landing door 11 has the landing 1-side surface flush with the design surface of the architrave 7, the door device 10 is disposed close to the architrave 7. Further, the fire-proof iron plate 14 is provided on the upper side of the door device 10. The car arrival annunciator 12 is provided above the door device 10 on the back surface of the base portion 7a of the lintel plate 7, and avoids interference with the door device 10.
The car arrival annunciator 12 is attached to the reinforcing member 8 for rigidity assurance provided on the back surface of the base portion 7a of the lintel plate 7 via a fixing member 13. The local adhesive strain due to the attachment of the fixing member 13 is generated not on the design surface of the base portion 7a but on the reinforcing member 8. Accordingly, there is no local joining strain on the design surface of the base portion 7a of the architrave 7, and the design of the architrave 7 is ensured. Since the reinforcing member 8 for securing the rigidity of the lintel plate 7 also serves as a member for installing the car arrival annunciator 12, it is not necessary to form the lintel plate 7 into a two-layer structure. Therefore, since the lintel plate 7 having a one-layer structure can be used, the working load during transportation and installation of the landing device is reduced.
Embodiment 2.
Fig. 3 is a main part cross-sectional view showing an elevator landing device according to embodiment 2 of the present invention.
In fig. 3, the car arrival annunciator 12 is attached to the fire-proof iron plate 14 via a fixing member 17. The fixing member 17 is formed in a crank shape by bending opposite sides of a rectangular flat plate at right angles in opposite directions. A car arrival notifier 12 is provided between the lintel plate 7 and the fireproof iron plate 14 opposite the inspection opening 15.
The other structure is configured in the same manner as in embodiment 1.
In embodiment 2, the car arrival annunciator 12 is provided on the firewall 14 and not on the lintel plate 7 side. Thus, the design surface of the base portion 7a of the architrave 7 does not generate local engagement strain with the installation of the car arrival annunciator 12, and the design of the architrave 7 is ensured. Since the lintel plate 7 does not need to have a two-stage structure and the lintel plate 7 having a one-stage structure can be used, the working load during transportation and installation of the landing device is reduced. Further, since the car arrival annunciator 12 is not provided on the architrave 7, the configuration of embodiment 2 can also be applied to a specification in which the length of the base portion 7a of the architrave 7 in the vertical direction is short.
Embodiment 3.
Fig. 4 is a main part sectional view showing an elevator landing device according to embodiment 3 of the present invention.
In fig. 4, the car arrival annunciator 12 is attached to the upper side bending piece 7b of the architrave 7 via a fixing member 13, and is provided above the architrave 7. The inspection opening 15 is formed in the fire-proof iron plate 14 so as to face the car arrival annunciator 12.
The other structure is configured in the same manner as in embodiment 1.
In embodiment 3, the car arrival annunciator 12 is provided on the upper side bending piece 7b and not on the base portion 7a of the architrave 7. Further, since the car arrival annunciator 12 is provided above the architrave 7, the configuration of embodiment 3 can also be applied to a specification in which the length of the base portion 7a of the architrave 7 in the vertical direction is short.
