Abstract
本发明公开了一种粘接用聚氨酯胶水,由下列重量配比的原料制备制成:三氧化二钒10‑15份、偶氮二酰胺15‑20份、多异氰酸酯15‑20份、环氧树脂20‑40份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯5‑10份、过氧化苯甲酰4‑10份、二氟四氯乙烷15‑22份、醋酸丁酯4‑10份、苯甲酸钠10‑20份、甲基纤维素2‑8份、硬脂酸6‑12份、过氯乙烯树脂15‑20份、聚酯多元醇10‑14份、端羟基硅油0.7‑1.4份、亲水扩链剂2‑4份、助溶剂8‑14份、扩链剂0.8‑1.2份、扩链剂0.2‑1.6份、三乙胺中和剂1.5‑3份、水适量、水性附着力促进剂8‑12份。其制备简单,聚酯比聚醚的强度要好,所得的聚氨酯胶水具有更好的粘接强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及胶水制备领域,尤其涉及一种粘接用聚氨酯胶水。
背景技术
胶水是连接两种材料的中间体,多以水剂出现,属精细化工类,种类繁多,主要以粘料、物理形态、硬化方法和被粘物材质来进行分类。常见的有瞬间胶(常见的1203瞬干胶-氰基丙烯酸乙酯强力瞬间接着剂是一种)、环氧树脂粘结类、厌氧胶水、UV胶水(紫外线光固化类)、热熔胶、压敏胶、乳胶类等。目前使用的胶水功能比较单一,使用窄,在某些特定领域无法使用。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种粘接用聚氨酯胶水,其制备简单,聚酯比聚醚的强度要好,所得的聚氨酯胶水具有更好的粘接强度。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的具体方案为:
一种粘接用聚氨酯胶水,由下列重量配比的原料制备制成:三氧化二钒10-15份、偶氮二酰胺15-20份、多异氰酸酯15-20份、环氧树脂20-40份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯5-10份、过氧化苯甲酰4-10份、二氟四氯乙烷15-22份、醋酸丁酯4-10份、苯甲酸钠10-20份、甲基纤维素2-8份、硬脂酸6-12份、过氯乙烯树脂15-20份、聚酯多元醇10-14份、端羟基硅油0.7-1.4份、亲水扩链剂2-4份、、助溶剂8-14份、扩链剂0.8-1.2份、扩链剂0.2-1.6份、三乙胺中和剂1.5-3份、水适量、水性附着力促进剂8-12份。
进一步,所述聚氨酯胶水制备方法包括以下几个步骤:将聚酯多元醇、三氧化二钒、偶氮二酰胺、环氧树脂在100-120℃条件下真空干燥1-2h,然后降温至60-70℃;加入多异氰酸酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、过氧化苯甲酰、二氟四氯乙烷、醋酸丁酯、苯甲酸钠、甲基纤维素、硬脂酸、过氯乙烯树脂、聚酯多元醇、端羟基硅油,滴加催化剂,升温至90-100℃,反应0.5-1h,加入亲水扩链剂、助溶剂、扩链剂、扩链剂、三乙胺中和剂、水性附着力促进剂,升温蒸出溶剂,获得聚氨酯胶水。
本发明的有益效果为:
其制备简单,聚酯比聚醚的强度要好,所得的聚氨酯胶水具有更好的粘接强度;胶水环保,污染物少,有很好的粘合效果,干燥快速,质量稳定。

实施例1:一种粘接用聚氨酯胶水,由下列重量配比的原料制备制成:三氧化二钒10份、偶氮二酰胺15份、多异氰酸酯15份、环氧树脂20份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯5份、过氧化苯甲酰4份、二氟四氯乙烷15份、醋酸丁酯4份、苯甲酸钠10份、甲基纤维素2份、硬脂酸6份、过氯乙烯树脂15份、聚酯多元醇10份、端羟基硅油0.7份、亲水扩链剂2份、、助溶剂8份、扩链剂0.8份、扩链剂0.2份、三乙胺中和剂1.5份、水适量、水性附着力促进剂8份。
所述聚氨酯胶水制备方法包括以下几个步骤:将聚酯多元醇、三氧化二钒、偶氮二酰胺、环氧树脂在100-120℃条件下真空干燥1-2h,然后降温至60-70℃;加入多异氰酸酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、过氧化苯甲酰、二氟四氯乙烷、醋酸丁酯、苯甲酸钠、甲基纤维素、硬脂酸、过氯乙烯树脂、聚酯多元醇、端羟基硅油,滴加催化剂,升温至90-100℃,反应0.5-1h,加入亲水扩链剂、助溶剂、扩链剂、扩链剂、三乙胺中和剂、水性附着力促进剂,升温蒸出溶剂,获得聚氨酯胶水。
实施例2:一种粘接用聚氨酯胶水,由下列重量配比的原料制备制成:三氧化二钒12.5份、偶氮二酰胺17.5份、多异氰酸酯17.5份、环氧树脂30份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯7.5份、过氧化苯甲酰7份、二氟四氯乙烷18.5份、醋酸丁酯7份、苯甲酸钠15份、甲基纤维素6份、硬脂酸8份、过氯乙烯树脂17.5份、聚酯多元醇12份、端羟基硅油1.05份、亲水扩链剂3份、、助溶剂11份、扩链剂1份、扩链剂0.9份、三乙胺中和剂2.25份、水适量、水性附着力促进剂10份。
所述聚氨酯胶水制备方法包括以下几个步骤:将聚酯多元醇、三氧化二钒、偶氮二酰胺、环氧树脂在100-120℃条件下真空干燥1-2h,然后降温至60-70℃;加入多异氰酸酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、过氧化苯甲酰、二氟四氯乙烷、醋酸丁酯、苯甲酸钠、甲基纤维素、硬脂酸、过氯乙烯树脂、聚酯多元醇、端羟基硅油,滴加催化剂,升温至90-100℃,反应0.5-1h,加入亲水扩链剂、助溶剂、扩链剂、扩链剂、三乙胺中和剂、水性附着力促进剂,升温蒸出溶剂,获得聚氨酯胶水。
实施例3:一种粘接用聚氨酯胶水,由下列重量配比的原料制备制成:三氧化二钒15份、偶氮二酰胺20份、多异氰酸酯20份、环氧树脂40份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯10份、过氧化苯甲酰10份、二氟四氯乙烷22份、醋酸丁酯10份、苯甲酸钠20份、甲基纤维素8份、硬脂酸12份、过氯乙烯树脂20份、聚酯多元醇14份、端羟基硅油1.4份、亲水扩链剂4份、、助溶剂14份、扩链剂1.2份、扩链剂1.6份、三乙胺中和剂3份、水适量、水性附着力促进剂12份。
所述聚氨酯胶水制备方法包括以下几个步骤:将聚酯多元醇、三氧化二钒、偶氮二酰胺、环氧树脂在100-120℃条件下真空干燥1-2h,然后降温至60-70℃;加入多异氰酸酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、过氧化苯甲酰、二氟四氯乙烷、醋酸丁酯、苯甲酸钠、甲基纤维素、硬脂酸、过氯乙烯树脂、聚酯多元醇、端羟基硅油,滴加催化剂,升温至90-100℃,反应0.5-1h,加入亲水扩链剂、助溶剂、扩链剂、扩链剂、三乙胺中和剂、水性附着力促进剂,升温蒸出溶剂,获得聚氨酯胶水。

1.一种粘接用聚氨酯胶水,其特征在于,由下列重量配比的原料制备制成:三氧化二钒10-15份、偶氮二酰胺15-20份、多异氰酸酯15-20份、环氧树脂20-40份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯5-10份、过氧化苯甲酰4-10份、二氟四氯乙烷15-22份、醋酸丁酯4-10份、苯甲酸钠10-20份、甲基纤维素2-8份、硬脂酸6-12份、过氯乙烯树脂15-20份、聚酯多元醇10-14份、端羟基硅油0.7-1.4份、亲水扩链剂2-4份、、助溶剂8-14份、扩链剂0.8-1.2份、扩链剂0.2-1.6份、三乙胺中和剂1.5-3份、水适量、水性附着力促进剂8-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种粘接用聚氨酯胶水,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯胶水制备方法包括以下几个步骤:将聚酯多元醇、三氧化二钒、偶氮二酰胺、环氧树脂在100-120℃条件下真空干燥1-2h,然后降温至60-70℃;加入多异氰酸酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、过氧化苯甲酰、二氟四氯乙烷、醋酸丁酯、苯甲酸钠、甲基纤维素、硬脂酸、过氯乙烯树脂、聚酯多元醇、端羟基硅油,滴加催化剂,升温至90-100℃,反应0.5-1h,加入亲水扩链剂、助溶剂、扩链剂、扩链剂、三乙胺中和剂、水性附着力促进剂,升温蒸出溶剂,获得聚氨酯胶水。
