Abstract

本发明公开了一种便于施工的TPO预铺反粘(丁基自粘)防水卷材,从上至下依次为隔离砂层、丁基胶层、TPO层、热熔胶层、隔离膜层,所述隔离砂层为防水卷材常用砂层,所述TPO层在一侧延申至卷材外形成焊接边,所述热熔胶层从卷材长度方向制成间隔设置的条状。本发明提供的卷材下表面不涂胶直接空铺在地面上在人员走动以及两幅卷材搭接施工的时候,容易使卷材发生约3‑5cm的错位。卷材下表面涂胶后与基面的粘接力可抵消人为因素造成的对卷材位置的影响。

技术领域
本发明属于防水卷材领域,特别是一种便于施工的TPO预铺反粘(丁基自粘)防水卷材。
背景技术
TPO在屋面卷材的分类中,属于高分子卷材。应用于屋面卷材的高分子材料又分成两类,一类是热固性材料,即弹性体橡胶材料,如EPDM;另一类是热塑性材料,如PVC、TPO等。所谓高分子材料,即组成材料的分子的质量很大,通常都是呈链状或网状的分子结构。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足之处,提供了一种结构新颖、使用方便的便于施工的TPO预铺反粘(丁基自粘)防水卷材。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种便于施工的TPO预铺反粘(丁基自粘)防水卷材,从上至下依次为隔离砂层、丁基胶层、TPO层、热熔胶层、隔离膜层,所述隔离砂层为防水卷材常用砂层,所述TPO层在一侧延申至卷材外形成焊接边,所述热熔胶层从卷材长度方向制成间隔设置的条状。
而且,所述丁基胶生产配方如下,重量份数:
丁基胶30-40、聚异丁烯8-10、硬脂酸0.1-0.5、环烷油9-11、抗氧剂0.1-0.5、石油树脂5-10、硅烷偶联剂0.1-0.5、二甘醇0.5-1、重钙40-45、白炭黑1-5。
而且,所述热熔胶的配方如下重量份数:
SIS D1113P 11-15、SIS 1188 30-35、环烷油20-23C5氢化树脂31-35偶联剂0.3-0.7防老剂0.1-0.5。
本发明的优点和有益效果如下:
1、本发明提供的防水卷材的热熔胶初粘性好,可以和基层处理剂处理过的基面很好粘接;
2、本发明提供的卷材下表面粘接好后,不容易发生错位,可以保证卷材施工时平整、美观,同时避免褶皱导致焊不牢出现窜水;
3、本发明提供的防水卷材用在屋面时,底部点粘,可以形成蒸汽通道,使卷材下表面的水汽沿通道排放,避免形成起鼓,破坏防水层。
4、本发明提供的卷材下表面不涂胶直接空铺在地面上在人员走动以及两幅卷材搭接施工的时候,容易使卷材发生约3-5cm的错位。卷材下表面涂胶后与基面的粘接力可抵消人为因素造成的对卷材位置的影响。
5、本发明提供的防水卷材下表面涂胶的卷材可以更好的阻止卷材在温度变化较大的情况下出现的卷材起鼓现象,对后期施工划线定位有辅助作用,减少划线定位后卷材伸缩带来的2-3cm的位置偏差。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种非沥青基卷材搭接边增强材料,从上至下依次为隔离砂层、丁基胶层、TPO层、热熔胶层、隔离膜层,所述隔离砂层为防水卷材常用砂层,本申请不做特殊限定,丁基胶层的配方见下表1,PET薄膜为市售,热熔胶层的配方见表2,隔离膜层为塑料膜。所述TPO层为乙丙橡胶与聚丙烯结合在一起的热塑性聚烯烃(TPO)合成树脂为基料,所述TPO层在一侧延申至卷材外形成焊接边,所述热熔胶层从卷材长度方向制成间隔设置的条状。

本卷材增强材料制备过程中采用的设备为:开炼机、捏合机;热熔胶挤出机
一、丁基胶和热熔胶的制备工艺流程
1.丁基胶
1.2橡胶开炼、捏合,采用现有技术的丁基胶制备方法制备即可。
2.热熔胶
2.1环烷油计量
2.2升温:升温超过170℃即可按照配方要求量加入SIS、SEBS,保持温度并搅拌(180±20)min。
2.3添加C5氢化树脂、偶联剂、防老剂,保持温度在(170±10)℃的条件下搅拌90min;出料。
本发明提供的防水卷材在施工应用:
TPO片材柔韧性好于HDPE片材,但由于卷材长度较大,预铺反粘(空铺)施工,所以存在不容易对齐,卷材容易跑偏,焊接时会出现死褶,只能割开焊接。

1.一种便于施工的TPO预铺反粘(丁基自粘)防水卷材,其特征在于:从上至下依次为隔离砂层、丁基胶层、TPO层、热熔胶层、隔离膜层,所述隔离砂层为防水卷材常用砂层,所述TPO层在一侧延申至卷材外形成焊接边,所述热熔胶层从卷材长度方向制成间隔设置的条状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便于施工的TPO预铺反粘(丁基自粘)防水卷材,其特征在于:所述丁基胶生产配方如下,重量份数:
丁基胶30-40、聚异丁烯8-10、硬脂酸0.1-0.5、环烷油9-11、抗氧剂0.1-0.5、石油树脂5-10、硅烷偶联剂0.1-0.5、二甘醇0.5-1、重钙40-45、白炭黑1-5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的便于施工的TPO预铺反粘(丁基自粘)防水卷材,其特征在于:所述热熔胶的配方如下重量份数:
