本发明公开了耐候性和弹性兼优的可水分散的双组分聚脲涂料组合物及其制备方法和应用,所述组合物包括组分A和组分B制成,所述组分A包括聚天门冬氨酸树脂80~140份、端氨基甲氧基聚醚20~100份、脂肪族二异氰酸酯10~50份、防腐杀菌剂0.1~0.4份和去离子水165~375份;所述组分B包括聚己内脂多元醇70~100份,脂肪族多异氰酸酯0~15份,脂肪族二异氰酸酯15~70份、端氨基甲氧基聚醚10~50份。本发明的涂料组合物耐候性和弹性兼优且可水分散,本发明的涂料组合物成膜后的强度可在较大范围内变化,同时满足成膜物质的相容性、机械性能和耐介质性能的要求。

技术领域
本发明属于涂料制备的技术领域,具体涉及耐候性和弹性兼优的可水分散的双组分聚脲涂料组合物及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
随着涂料新型原材料的不断涌现,建筑、汽车、风力发电、军队装备以及重防腐等行业对涂料的弹性、强度、耐候性及耐化学介质性能的要求越来越高,聚脲体系反应快,反应具有节能和高效的特点,被广泛用于建筑防水、保温和防腐等领域。
然而,目前的聚脲体系都以溶剂型或无溶剂型双组分喷涂体系为主,随着人们环保意识以及环保法规的加强,环境友好的水性聚氨酯的研究、开发日益受到重视,国内水可分散的聚脲体系尚未见报道。水性聚脲涂料可以最大限度地保留原有聚脲涂料的优异特性,包括高固含量和室温下快速固化的性能以及涂膜本身的耐腐蚀、耐水解和高光泽、高韧性等物理化学性能。不仅如此,本发明水性聚脲涂料还具有良好、宽广的施工性能和施工窗口。
发明内容
发明目的:针对以上存在的问题,本发明提供耐候性和弹性兼优的可水分散的双组分聚脲涂料组合物及其制备方法和应用。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了耐候性和弹性兼优的可水分散的双组分聚脲涂料组合物,所述组合物包括组分A和组分B制成,所述组分A按重量份数包括聚天门冬氨酸树脂80~140份、端氨基甲氧基聚醚20~100份、脂肪族或脂环族二异氰酸酯10~50份、防腐杀菌剂0.1~0.4份及去离子水165~375份;所述组分B按重量份数包括聚己内脂多元醇70~100份,脂肪族多异氰酸酯0~15份和/或脂肪族二异氰酸酯15~70份、端氨基甲氧基聚醚10~50份。
其中,所述聚天门冬氨酸树脂分子量为150~3000,所述氨基甲氧基聚醚分子量为400~3000,所述聚己内脂多元醇分子量为150~3000。
其中,所述脂肪族或脂环族二异氰酸酯为1,6-六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)、3-异氰酸酯亚甲基-3,5,5-三甲基环己基二异氰酸酯(IPDI)或它们的异构体中的一种或几种。
其中,所述防腐杀菌剂为卡松防腐杀菌剂。
其中,所述脂肪族多异氰酸酯为HDI三聚体或IPDI三聚体中的一种或两种。
本发明内容还包括所述的耐候性和弹性兼优的可水分散的双组分聚脲涂料组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)组分A的制备:将聚天门冬氨酸树脂、氨基甲氧基聚醚在100~110℃通氮气抽真空脱水,一次性或分多批次加入脂肪族或脂环族二异氰酸酯,在30~90℃反应4~8小时制成,然后加入去离子水分散并加入防腐杀菌剂制得组分A;
2)组分B的制备:将聚己内酯多元醇、氨基甲氧基聚醚在100~110℃通氮气抽真空脱水,再将脂肪族多异氰酸酯、脂肪族或脂环族二异氰酸酯一次性投入,在30~90℃反应4~8小时制成组分B;
3)涂料组合物的制备:将组分A与钛白粉混合均匀后,在砂磨机研磨细度≤20μm,然后加入其它助剂搅拌均匀,再按比例加入组分B,并用去离子水调至施工粘度即制得涂料组合物。
其中,所述步骤1)中的氰酸酯基与氨基(-NH)的总当量比为0.3~0.8。
为了更好的控制组分A的均匀度,所述步骤1)中聚天门冬氨酸树脂可以分批次加入,具体地,所述组分A的制备具体包括:将部分聚天门冬氨酸树脂、端氨基甲氧基聚醚100~110℃通氮气抽真空脱水,一次性或分多批次加入脂肪族或脂环族二异氰酸酯,在30~90℃反应4~8小时制成,然后降温至40℃以下再将剩余的聚天门冬氨酸树脂投入,在不高于40℃反应1小时后缓慢升温至70℃反应3小时,然后加入防腐杀菌剂和去离子水,于70℃保温并搅拌均匀即得。
其中,所述步骤2)异氰酸酯基与羟基氨基总和的当量比为2~3。
其中,所述步骤3)异氰酸酯基与氨基当量比为0.8~1.4。

本发明的涂料组合物,可以在组分A中加入适当颜料、染料及填料制成所要求的色漆。为进一步提高涂料的相应性能也可以加入水性涂料常用的助剂,如流平剂、消泡剂、增稠剂、附着力促进剂、抗氧剂及紫外线吸收剂等。
本发明的涂料组合物可采用通常的水性涂料制造设备生产。使用本发明涂料组合物时可采用常规水性涂料的刷涂、喷涂及滚涂施工工具,且可以根据使用场合的不同可常温干燥和烘烤加速反应固化成膜的两种方法,如在60~120℃固化10到90分钟可以得到高强度、高弹性及高延伸率的平整光滑具有柔和光泽的耐候性和弹性兼优的涂层。
有益效果:相比于现有技术,本发明具备以下优点:在组合物组分A中引入了聚天门冬氨酸树脂,形成的涂层比聚氨酯涂层具有更高的力学性能,比如耐磨性、弹性和耐介质性能;在A组分和固化剂B组分中所采用的异氰酸酯均为不含苯环的脂肪族或脂环族二异氰酸酯以及它们的三聚体,这样确保本发明涂料组合物的优异耐候性;在固化剂B组分中引入了可提供弹性的和适合数量的二元聚己内脂二元醇,其种类也包括3或4官能的聚己内脂多元醇增加化学键交联密度来提高涂层的强度,使本发明的涂料组合物成膜后的强度可在较大范围内变化,同时满足成膜物质的相容性、机械性能和耐介质性能的要求;在A和B组分同时引进亲水非离子伯氨基甲氧基聚乙二醇,这样可以将组分A和固化剂组分B两组分水可分散,由于以水作为溶剂,消除了生产过程施工时的火灾危险性,改善了作业环境,在环保安全性上具有非常大的优势,而溶剂型涂料在生产过程中由于其含有有机溶剂中的挥发物质在生产、储存,以及运输过程中极易造成爆炸和火灾的发生。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施案例对本发明作进一步具体描述,但不局限于此。实施例中的数量均为重量份,所用原料规格,除另有说明外均为市售工业品。

2、合成工艺:按表2配比将聚天门冬氨酸树脂F420-1、端氨基甲氧基聚醚CAM2070投入带加热冷却装置、温度计、搅拌器及惰性气体导入管的干净反应器中,升温至在105℃通氮气抽真空脱水2小时,降温至40℃以下再将HDI二异氰酸酯或IPDI二异氰酸酯一次性投入,在不高于40℃反应1小时后缓慢升温至80℃反应6小时制成,然后降温至40℃以下再将聚天门冬氨酸树脂F420-2投入,在不高于40℃反应1小时后缓慢升温至70℃反应3小时,然后加入卡松防腐杀菌剂和去离子水,于70℃保温并搅拌均匀既得。

2、工艺
按表3配比,将组分A水分散体与金红石型钛白R902混合均匀后,在砂磨机研磨细度≤20μm,然后加入其它助剂搅拌均匀,再按比例加入组分B,并用去离子水调至施工粘度即制得本发明涂料组合物。
3、涂料性能检验
(1)样板按国家涂料检测标准制备;
(2)弹性膜的制备
为测定涂料的邵氏硬度、伸长率和拉伸抗张强度,在150×150×4mm3干净玻璃模具中导入上述配制好完成脱泡后的涂料120g左右,常温放置24至48小时后揭下,在80~120℃的温度下烘烤8小时,即制得弹性膜,并按国标检验方法进行测试。

四、本发明涂料组合物与离子型水性涂料的耐水性耐介质对比(采用本发明水性固化剂)

本发明涂料组合物可替代溶剂型的涂料,可用于汽车、高速动车、飞机等交通工具内外饰件、密封胶条等软质底材,也可用于风力发电叶片、沙尘地区的交通标志标牌、建筑物等需要耐候性耐磨性好的外部表面保护性涂装,可推广用于军用抢滩冲锋舟的弹性底涂防石划伤保护涂装、用于电磁窗口防雨蚀防护的弹性涂层。

Claims (10)

1.耐候性和弹性兼优的可水分散的双组分聚脲涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物包括组分A和组分B制成,所述组分A按重量份数包括聚天门冬氨酸树脂80~140份、端氨基甲氧基聚醚20~100份、脂肪族或脂环族二异氰酸酯10~50份、防腐杀菌剂0.1~0.4份及去离子水165~375份;所述组分B按重量份数包括聚己内脂多元醇70~100份,脂肪族多异氰酸酯0~15份和/或脂肪族二异氰酸酯15~70份、端氨基甲氧基聚醚10~50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐候性和弹性兼优的可水分散的双组分聚脲涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述聚天门冬氨酸树脂分子量为150~3000,所述端氨基甲氧基聚醚分子量为400~3000,所述聚己内脂多元醇分子量为150~3000。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐候性和弹性兼优的可水分散的双组分聚脲涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述脂肪族或脂环族二异氰酸酯为1,6-六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、3-异氰酸酯亚甲基-3,5,5-三甲基环己基二异氰酸酯或它们的异构体中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐候性和弹性兼优的可水分散的双组分聚脲涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述脂肪族多异氰酸酯为HDI三聚体或IPDI三聚体中的一种或两种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐候性和弹性兼优的可水分散的双组分聚脲涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述防腐杀菌剂为卡松防腐杀菌剂。
6.权利要求1~5任一项所述的耐候性和弹性兼优的可水分散的双组分聚脲涂料组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)组分A的制备:将聚天门冬氨酸树脂、端氨基甲氧基聚醚在100~110℃通氮气抽真空脱水,一次性或分多批次加入脂肪族或脂环族二异氰酸酯,在30~90℃反应4~8小时制成,然后加入去离子水分散并加入防腐杀菌剂制得组分A;
2)组分B的制备:将聚己内酯多元醇、端氨基甲氧基聚醚在100~110℃通氮气抽真空脱水,再将脂肪族多异氰酸酯和脂肪族二异氰酸酯一次性投入,在30~90℃反应4~8小时制成组分B;
3)涂料组合物的制备:将组分A与钛白粉混合均匀后,在砂磨机研磨细度≤20μm,然后加入其它助剂搅拌均匀,再按比例加入组分B,并用去离子水调至施工粘度即制得涂料组合物。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1)中的异氰酸酯基与氨基的当量比为0.3~0.8。
8.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2)异氰酸酯基与羟基氨基总和的当量比为2~3。
9.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3)异氰酸酯基与氨基的当量比为0.8~1.4。
10.权利要求1~5任一项所述的涂料组合物在软质底材涂覆或表面保护性涂装中的应用。
