Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于TPU薄膜的流延挤出机,涉及TPU薄膜生产设备技术领域,包括机架,机架侧壁安装电机,电机连接大齿轮,大齿轮左右两侧安装小齿轮,小齿轮连接转动轴,转动轴连接转动杆,转动杆安装搅拌叶,搅拌箱顶壁安装进料口,搅拌箱底部安装出料口,出料口连接卸料阀,下料阀下方安装压膜辊,驱动电机通过第二皮带连接输送轮,输送轮上安装输送装置,大齿轮带动小齿轮转动,从而带动转动杆与搅拌叶转动,对原料进行混合搅拌,压片辊内置水腔,与水管、循环泵以及水箱连接,进行水冷却降温,让TPU薄膜的温度不宜过高,同时设置烘干机以及烘干管道对TPU薄膜烘干输送至复卷工序,生产更加的有效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及TPU薄膜生产设备技术领域,具体是一种用于TPU薄膜的流延挤出机。
背景技术
TPU薄膜具有卓越的张力、高拉力、强韧和耐老化的特性,是一种成熟的环保材料,目前,TPU薄膜已广泛应用于医疗卫生、电子电器、工业及体育等方面,其具有其它塑料材料无法比拟的强度高、韧性好、耐磨、耐寒等特性,同时具有高防水性透湿性、防风、防寒等许多优异的功能。其中TPU薄膜在生产过程中,需要用于TPU薄膜的流延挤出机,TPU薄膜在此工序中,对温度的升高和降低及其敏感,传统设备没有系统的升温和冷却装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于TPU薄膜的流延挤出机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种用于TPU薄膜的流延挤出机,包括机架,所述机架侧壁安装电机,所述电机与机架侧壁通过螺栓连接,所述电机输出端连接大齿轮,所述大齿轮左右两侧安装小齿轮,所述小齿轮连接转动轴,所述转动轴连接搅拌箱,所述转动轴穿过搅拌箱侧壁连接转动杆,所述转动杆安装搅拌叶,所述搅拌箱顶壁安装进料口,所述搅拌箱底部安装出料口,所述出料口连接卸料阀,所述下料阀下方安装压膜辊,所述驱动电机与机架侧壁通过螺栓连接,所述机架底部安装车轮杆,所述车轮杆连接万向轮, 所述驱动电机通过第二皮带连接输送轮,所述输送轮上安装输送装置,所述输送装置底部安转支撑腿,所述支撑腿与机架表面通过焊接方式连接。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述机架侧壁安装风机,所述风机与机架侧壁通过螺栓连接,所述风机连接风管,所述风管连接电阻箱,所述电阻箱通过风管连接搅拌箱内。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述压膜辊内置水腔,所述压膜辊连接水管,所述水管连接循环泵,所述循环泵连接水箱,所述水箱与机架表面通过焊接方式连接。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述车轮杆与万向轮间安装减震弹簧。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述输送装置上安装烘干机,所述烘干机底部安装烘干管道。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述烘干管道在输送装置前后两侧各安装一个。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:一种用于TPU薄膜的流延挤出机,与传统设备相比,通过电机带动大齿轮转动,大齿轮带动小齿轮转动,从而带动转动杆与搅拌叶转动,对原料进行混合搅拌,不需要人工对原料进行混合,搅拌后的原料通过卸料阀落下,驱动电机通过第一皮带带动压片辊转动,对原料进行压延成型,压片辊内置水腔,与水管、循环泵以及水箱连接,进行水冷却降温,让TPU薄膜的温度不宜过高,影响产品质量,成型后的TPU薄膜落至输送装置上,从左至右输送,同时设置烘干机以及烘干管道对TPU薄膜烘干输送至复卷工序,生产更加的有效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
实施例1
请参阅图1-2,一种用于TPU薄膜的流延挤出机,包括机架1,所述机架1侧壁安装电机3,所述电机3与机架1侧壁通过螺栓连接,所述电机3输出端连接大齿轮27,所述大齿轮27左右两侧安装小齿轮28,所述小齿轮28与大齿轮27同时啮合,所述小齿轮27连接转动轴29,所述转动轴29连接搅拌箱4,所述转动轴29穿过搅拌箱4侧壁连接转动杆17,所述转动杆17安装搅拌叶16,所述搅拌箱4顶壁安装进料口15,通过电机3带动大齿轮27,大齿轮27带动小齿轮28,小齿轮28带动转动杆17与搅拌叶16进行转动对原料进行混合搅拌,所述搅拌箱4底部安装出料口18,所述出料口18连接卸料阀5,所述下料阀5下方安装压膜辊6,所述压膜辊6通过第一皮带8连接驱动电机9,所述驱动电机9与机架1侧壁通过螺栓连接,为了便于移动,所述机架1底部安装车轮杆12,所述车轮杆12连接万向轮23。
进一步的,TPU薄膜原料在搅拌过程中需要对原料进行升温,本实施例中,所述机架1侧壁安装风机2,所述风机2与机架1侧壁通过螺栓连接,所述风机2连接风管13,所述风管13连接电阻箱14,所述电阻箱14通过风管13连接搅拌箱4内,通过电阻箱14将温度升高,风机2将风吹入搅拌箱4内。
进一步的,原料经压膜辊6压延时,温度升高,需要对其进行冷却,本实施例中,所述压膜辊6内置水腔,所述压膜辊6连接水管7,所述水管7连接循环泵24,所述循环泵24连接水箱25,所述水箱25与机架1表面通过焊接方式连接。
进一步的,为了防止在移动时路面颠簸造成部件损伤,本实施例中,所述车轮杆12与万向轮23间安装减震弹簧26。
实施例2
请参阅图1,在实施例1的基础上,经压膜辊6压延成型后的TPU薄膜需要输送到复卷工序,所述驱动电机9通过第二皮带10连接输送轮22,所述输送轮22上安装输送装置21,经压膜辊6压延成型后的TPU薄膜经输送装置21从左至右输送,所述输送装置21底部安转支撑腿11,所述支撑腿11与机架1表面通过焊接方式连接。
进一步的,经压膜辊6压延成型后的TPU薄膜需要进行烘干,本实施例中,所述输送装置21上安装烘干机19,所述烘干机19底部安装烘干管道20。
进一步的,为了烘干机19能充分将TPU薄膜烘干,本实施例中,所述烘干管道20安装两个,安装在输送装置21的前后端。
本发明的工作原理是:一种用于TPU薄膜的流延挤出机,将原料从进料口15中加入,通过电机3带动大齿轮27转动,大齿轮27带动小齿轮28转动,从而带动转动杆18与搅拌叶16转动,对原料进行混合搅拌,搅拌后的原料通过卸料阀5落下,驱动电机9通过第一皮带8带动压片辊6转动,对原料进行压延成型,压片辊6内置水腔,与水管7、循环泵24以及水箱25连接,进行水冷却降温,成型后的TPU薄膜落至输送装置21上,从左至右输送,同时设置烘干机19以及烘干管道20对TPU薄膜烘干输送至复卷工序。

1.一种用于TPU薄膜的流延挤出机,包括机架(1),其特征在于,所述机架(1)侧壁安装电机(3),所述电机(3)与机架(1)侧壁通过螺栓连接,所述电机(3)输出端连接大齿轮(27),所述大齿轮(27)左右两侧安装小齿轮(28),所述小齿轮(27)连接转动轴(29),所述转动轴(29)连接搅拌箱(4),所述转动轴(29)穿过搅拌箱(4)侧壁连接转动杆(17),所述转动杆(17)安装搅拌叶(16),所述搅拌箱(4)顶壁安装进料口(15),所述搅拌箱(4)底部安装出料口(18),所述出料口(18)连接卸料阀(5),所述下料阀(5)下方安装压膜辊(6),所述驱动电机(9)与机架(1)侧壁通过螺栓连接,所述机架(1)底部安装车轮杆(12),所述车轮杆(12)连接万向轮(23), 所述驱动电机(9)通过第二皮带(10)连接输送轮(22),所述输送轮(22)上安装输送装置(21),所述输送装置(21)底部安转支撑腿(11),所述支撑腿(11)与机架(1)表面通过焊接方式连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于TPU薄膜的流延挤出机,其特征在于,所述机架(1)侧壁安装风机(2),所述风机(2)与机架(1)侧壁通过螺栓连接,所述风机(2)连接风管(13),所述风管(13)连接电阻箱(14),所述电阻箱(14)通过风管(13)连接搅拌箱(4)内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于TPU薄膜的流延挤出机,其特征在于,所述压膜辊(6)内置水腔,所述压膜辊(6)连接水管(7),所述水管(7)连接循环泵(24),所述循环泵(24)连接水箱(25),所述水箱(25)与机架(1)表面通过焊接方式连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于TPU薄膜的流延挤出机,其特征在于,所述车轮杆(12)与万向轮(23)间安装减震弹簧(26)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于TPU薄膜的流延挤出机,其特征在于,所述输送装置(21)上安装烘干机(19),所述烘干机(19)底部安装烘干管道(20)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种用于TPU薄膜的流延挤出机,其特征在于,所述烘干管道(20)在输送装置(21)前后两侧各安装一个。
