Abstract
本发明是关于白雪花萃取物的用途,尤其是白雪花萃取物用于皮肤淡斑与改善皮肤皱纹的用途。本发明提供的白雪花萃取物,能有效减少皮肤紫外线色斑及棕色斑,并能有效改善皮肤皱纹,以减少皮肤表皮色斑及深层色斑,达到皮肤淡斑的功效。其中该白雪花萃取物是白雪花以水、醇、或醇水混合物的溶剂所萃取而得。
Description
技术领域
本发明是关于白雪花萃取物的用途,尤其是一种白雪花萃取物用于皮肤淡斑与改善皮肤皱纹的用途。
背景技术
皮肤色斑因不同形状及外观而有着不同的名称,皮肤色斑主要是因皮肤黑色素代谢不良并沉积在皮肤内所造成。其中紫外线色斑的产生是肌肤的大敌,其形成原因是因为阳光照射伤害。当皮肤照射到紫外线时,皮肤为了保护肌肤不受紫外线的伤害,肌肤表皮的基底层中的黑色素细胞就会受到刺激,而制造出麦拉宁色素,这些黑色素颗粒可以吸收紫外线以保护皮肤免受伤害,而导致肤色变黑。此时若新陈代谢旺盛,麦拉宁色素就会在表皮剥落时被排出来,一旦新陈代谢迟缓,或紫外线的伤害过大麦拉宁色素过于频繁产生的时候,麦拉宁色素就无法完全排出,直接沉淀形成肉眼可看到的紫外线色斑,为皮肤表皮色斑,严重时还有可能遍及整片皮肤。
皮肤深层色斑是指位于皮肤真皮部位的色素沉着,其一般分布在面部两颊,也有少数长在太阳穴上下,有点状和片状。皮肤深层色斑形成原因是因为皮肤表皮的正常代谢被破坏,使得皮肤的抵抗力大大被削弱,而当皮肤细胞丧失免疫功能后,人体便会分泌大量的黑色素来保护受损的细胞,且会在皮肤的深层形成色素沉着。
减少紫外线色斑的产生最常见的方法就是使用防晒产品,一般防晒产品可分为物理性及化学性。物理性防晒品可反射紫外线,优点是温和不刺激,缺点是质地较油,而过多的油脂会加重皮肤的负担,甚至导致痤疮的产生。化学性则可吸收紫外线将其转换成不伤害皮肤的物质,优点是清爽不油腻,缺点则是可能较刺激甚至引起过敏,而造成汗腺导管发炎。皮肤深层色斑是因为皮肤不健康所致,因此使用对皮肤较为刺激的祛斑产品,如含铅汞、氢醌、高浓度果酸等产品,以及进行光子嫩肤、雷射、采光等,会使得皮肤会受到很大的伤害,故想要彻底祛除皮肤深层色斑,目前仅能想办法恢复皮肤的健康,并没有有效的方法。因此,目前市面上缺乏一种无刺激性、且可有效减少紫外线色斑产生,并同时改善晒皮肤健康、且有效减少深层色斑的产品。
综合上面所述,为了改善皮肤因照射紫外线或受损而形成的色素沉着,开发一种无刺激性且能有效淡化皮肤表皮色斑及深层色斑,以使皮肤净透美白的医药组成物,着实有其必要性。
发明内容
缘此,本发明的一目的在于提供一种白雪花萃取物用于制备减少皮肤表皮色斑的组合物的用途,其中该白雪花萃取物是以一溶剂萃取一白雪花所获得,该溶剂为水、醇、或醇水混合物。
本发明的又一目的在提供一种白雪花萃取物用于制备减少皮肤深层色斑的组合物的用途,其中该白雪花萃取物是以一溶剂萃取一白雪花所获得,该溶剂为水、醇、或醇水混合物。
本发明的另一目的在提供一种白雪花萃取物用于制备改善皮肤皱纹的组合物的用途,其中该白雪花萃取物是以一溶剂萃取一白雪花所获得,该溶剂为水、醇、或醇水混合物。
在本发明的一实施例中,该溶剂与该白雪花的重量比为5-20:1-5;该萃取温度是50℃-100℃。
在本发明的又一实施例中,该皮肤表皮色斑是紫外线色斑。
在本发明的又一实施例中,该皮肤深层色斑是棕色斑。
在本发明的又一实施例中,该白雪花萃取物的浓度为至少2%(w/w)。
本发明的白雪花萃取物,能有效减少皮肤表皮色斑及深层色斑,并能有效减少皮肤皱纹,以减少皮肤紫外线色斑及棕色斑,达到皮肤淡斑美白的功效。因此,本发明的白雪花萃取物可用于制备皮肤美白及减少皱纹的组合物的用途,该组合物该组合物是一医药品、一食品或一保养品,可藉由口服、皮肤涂抹等方式给予一个体。
以下将进一步说明本发明的实施方式,下述所列举的实施例是用以阐明本发明,并非用以限定本发明的范围,任何熟习此技艺者,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可做些许更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围当视后附的申请专利范围所界定者为准。

具体实施方式
本文中所使用数值为近似值,所有实验数据皆表示在20%的范围内,较佳为在10%的范围内,最佳为在5%的范围内。
使用Excel软件进行统计分析。数据以平均值±标准偏差(SD)表示,个此之间的差异以学生t检验(student's t-test)分析。
白雪花(Plumbagozeylanica)为蓝雪科(Plumbaginaceae)蓝雪属(Plumbago)的多年生半蔓性亚灌木植物,又称白花丹、白花藤、乌面马,原产于印度、斯里兰卡,1645年由荷兰人引入台湾。白雪花茎多分枝、光滑无毛,高2-3公尺;叶互生呈矩圆状卵形,长4-10公分、宽1.5-5公分,具明显侧脉,叶根有毒;夏季开花,穗状花序顶生,长5-25公分,呈白色或白而略带蓝色;果期秋至冬间。白雪花具有祛风止痛、活血散瘀的功效。
如本文中所使用的,用语「白雪花萃取物」意为白雪花与溶剂以1-5:5-20(w/w)比例经一特定时间与温度萃取而得。

依据本发明,保养品亦可与一或多种选自于下列的已知活性的外用剂(externaluse agents)一起合并使用:美白剂(whitening agents)[诸如维生素A酸(tretinoin)、儿茶素(catechin)、曲酸、熊果苷以及维生素C]、保湿剂、抗发炎剂(anti-inflammatoryagents)、杀菌剂(bactericides)、紫外线吸收剂(ultraviolet absorbers)、植物萃取物(plant extracts)[诸如芦荟萃取物(aloe extract)]、皮肤营养剂(skin nutrients)、麻醉剂(anesthetics)、抗痘剂(anti-acne agents)、止痒剂(antipruritics)、止痛剂(analgesics)、抗皮肤炎剂(antidermatitis agents)、抗过角化剂(antihyperkeratolytic agents)、抗干皮肤剂(anti-dry skin agents)、抗汗剂(antipsoriatic agents)、抗老化剂(antiaging agents)、抗皱剂(antiwrinkle agents)、抗皮脂溢出剂(antiseborrheic agents)、伤口治疗剂(wound-healing agents)、皮质类固醇(corticosteroids)以及激素(hormones)。有关这些外用剂的选用与数量是落在熟习此项技术的人士的专业素养与例行技术范畴内。
依据本发明,食品产品可被当作食品添加物(food additive),藉由习知方法于原料制备时添加,或是于食品的制作过程中添加,而与任一种可食性材料配制成供人类与非人类动物摄食的食品产品。

本发明提供一种白雪花萃取物用于制备皮肤淡斑与改善皮肤皱纹的组合物的用途,本发明的白雪花萃取物是以一溶剂萃取一白雪花所获得,该溶剂为水、醇、或醇水混合物,其可用于减少皮肤表皮色斑、深层色斑及减少皮肤皱纹。
同时,本发明用于制备皮肤淡斑与改善皮肤皱纹的组合物,亦可包含一有效量的白雪花萃取物及一医药上可接受的载体,该组合物是一医药品、一食品或一保养品。
以下将详细说明本发明白雪花萃取物的详细萃取方法,与该白雪花萃取物于减少皮肤紫外线色斑的测试、减少皮肤棕色斑的测试、以及改善皮肤皱纹的测试,以证实该白雪花萃取物对于减少皮肤表皮色斑、减少深层色斑以及改善皱纹的效果。
实施例1本发明的白雪花萃取物的制备方法
在本发明一实施例中,将白雪花整株清洗,取洗净后的白雪花整株与水、醇、或醇水混合物的萃取溶剂,萃取溶剂较佳为水,以1-5:5-20的重量比混合,在溶剂中进行萃取0.5-3小时,以获得粗萃取物。萃取后冷却至室温,将该粗萃取物经由0.45-0.2微米的滤网过滤以获得滤液。最后,将该滤液于45-70℃进行减压浓缩喷雾干燥,得到本发明的白雪花萃取物。
实施例2本发明的白雪花萃取物于减少人体皮肤表皮色斑的功效
为证实本发明的白雪花萃取物于减少皮肤表皮色斑即紫外线色斑的功效,首先,制备添加2%(w/w)白雪花萃取物的2%白雪花精华液;以及不含白雪花萃取物的精华液作为对照组精华液,其中该精华液成分皆为水、馨鲜酮、己二醇、1,3-丁二醇、三仙胶、增稠剂以及三乙醇胺,本实施例的白雪花萃取物是以水进行萃取。接着,募集8位受试者,每位受试者于每日早晚清洗完脸部后,将控制组精华液、含本发明的白雪花萃取物精华液分别使用于左右半脸的肌肤,并以指腹稍加按摩促进吸收,于使用前与使用后8周后,以VISIA肌肤检测仪(CIS-VISIA.7 VISIA Complexion Analysis System,Canfield scientific,美国,序号V71214)进行全脸紫外线色斑检测,使用高解析单眼相机搭配三种光源(全光域波长、紫外光及偏光波域的光源),拍摄脸部肌肤并取得清晰图文件后,利用专业软件进行紫外线色斑数量分析。其中以使用前紫外线色斑数量为100%,相对于使用前所得出的百分比,为使用后的改善状况百分比。
本发明的白雪花萃取物于减少皮肤紫外线色斑的结果如图1所示。使用含本发明的白雪花萃取物的精华液后,比使用前减少了5%的皮肤紫外线色斑,未含本发明的白雪花萃取物的控制组仅降低1.5%,且受试者的改善比率高达87.5%。此结果显示本发明的白雪花萃取物能有效减少皮肤紫外线色斑,具有减少皮肤表皮色斑达到淡斑美白的效果。
实施例3本发明的白雪花萃取物于减少人体皮肤深层色斑的功效
为证实本发明的白雪花萃取物于减少皮肤深层色斑即棕色斑的功效,首先,制备添加2%(w/w)白雪花萃取物的2%白雪花精华液;以及不含白雪花萃取物的精华液作为对照组精华液,其中该精华液成分皆为水、馨鲜酮、己二醇、1,3-丁二醇、三仙胶、增稠剂以及三乙醇胺,本实施例的白雪花萃取物是以水进行萃取。接着,募集8位受试者,每位受试者于每日早晚清洗完脸部后,将控制组精华液、含本发明的白雪花萃取物精华液分别使用于左右半脸的肌肤,并以指腹稍加按摩促进吸收,于使用前与使用后8周后,以VISIA肌肤检测仪进行全脸棕色斑点检测,使用高解析单眼相机搭配三种光源(全光域波长、紫外光及偏光波域的光源),拍摄脸部肌肤并取得清晰图文件后,利用专业软件进行棕色斑点数量分析。以使用前棕色斑点数量为100%,相对于使用前所得出的百分比,为使用后的改善状况百分比。
本发明的白雪花萃取物于减少皮肤棕色斑的结果如图2所示。使用含本发明的白雪花萃取物的精华液后,比使用前减少了5.8%的皮肤棕色斑,未含本发明的白雪花萃取物的控制组反而增加3.9%的皮肤棕色斑。此结果显示本发明的白雪花萃取物能有效减少皮肤棕色斑,具有减少皮肤深层色斑达到淡斑美白的效果。
实施例4本发明的白雪花萃取物于改善人体皮肤皱纹的功效
为证实本发明的白雪花萃取物于改善皮肤皱纹的功效,首先,制备添加2%(w/w)白雪花萃取物的2%白雪花精华液;以及不含白雪花萃取物的精华液作为对照组精华液,其中该精华液成分皆为水、馨鲜酮、己二醇、1,3-丁二醇、三仙胶、增稠剂以及三乙醇胺,本实施例的白雪花萃取物是以水进行萃取。接着,募集8位受试者,每位受试者于每日早晚清洗完脸部后,将控制组精华液、含本发明的白雪花萃取物精华液分别使用于左右半脸的肌肤,并以指腹稍加按摩促进吸收,于使用前与使用后8周后,以VISIA肌肤检测仪进行皮肤纹路检测,使用高解析单眼相机搭配三种光源(全光域波长、紫外光及偏光波域的光源),拍摄脸部肌肤并取得清晰图文件后,利用专业软件进行纹路分析。
本发明的白雪花萃取物于减少皮肤皱纹的结果如图3所示。使用含本发明的白雪花萃取物的精华液后,比使用前减少了19.9%的皱纹深度,未含本发明的白雪花萃取物的控制组仅减少9%的皱纹深度。此结果显示本发明的白雪花萃取物能有效减少皮肤皱纹,具有维持皮肤光滑的效果。
综上所述,本发明的白雪花萃取物,能有效减少皮肤表皮色斑及深层色斑,并能有效减少皮肤皱纹,以减少皮肤紫外线色斑及棕色斑,达到皮肤淡斑美白的功效。因此,本发明的白雪花萃取物可用于制备皮肤淡斑与改善皮肤皱纹的组合物的用途,该组合物该组合物是一医药品、一食品或一保养品,可藉由口服、皮肤涂抹等方式给予一个体。
Claims (9)
1.一种白雪花萃取物用于制备减少皮肤表皮色斑的组合物的用途,其中该白雪花萃取物是以一溶剂萃取一白雪花所获得,该溶剂为水、醇、或醇水混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于,所述皮肤表皮色斑是紫外线色斑。
3.一种白雪花萃取物用于制备减少皮肤深层色斑的组合物的用途,其中该白雪花萃取物是以一溶剂萃取一白雪花所获得,该溶剂为水、醇、或醇水混合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用途,其特征在于,所述皮肤深层色斑是棕色斑。
5.一种白雪花萃取物用于制备改善皮肤皱纹的组合物的用途,其中该白雪花萃取物是以一溶剂萃取一白雪花所获得,该溶剂为水、醇、或醇水混合物。
6.根据权利要求1、3或5所述的用途,其特征在于,所述溶剂与该白雪花的重量比为5-20:1-5。
7.根据权利要求1、3或5所述的用途,其特征在于,所述萃取温度是50℃-100℃。
8.根据权利要求1、3或5所述的用途,其特征在于,所述白雪花萃取物的浓度为至少2%(w/w)。
9.根据权利要求1、3或5所述的用途,其特征在于,所述组合物是一医药品、一食品或一保养品。
