本发明公开了一种稳定性好的基布生产工艺,首先进行轻纺纱和纱桨处理,将一定的长度和宽度的经纱与纬纱通过至少一恒张力牵引装置进行恒张力牵引,将其牵引至含有水性环保树脂浆料的浆槽中进行浸润,浸泡30‑45min后经辊压去除余浆,而后烘干固化,待用,得到纱桨后的经纱与纬纱;其次进行织造,将得到得到纱桨后的经纱与纬纱放置在织机上相互交织成半成品基布后,将得到半成品基布进行退浆,而后利用轧车和一组有速差的加热辊筒对半成品基布进行双轴取向拉伸,得到半成品基布;本发明所述的一种稳定性好的基布生产工艺,通过增加浸泡处理,使得半成品基布在浸泡后稳定性更好,同时还使得基布具有耐潮能力强和具有很强的耐久性,具有良好的使用前景。

技术领域
本发明属于制备基布技术领域,特别涉及一种稳定性好的基布生产工艺。
背景技术
生活中,许多纺织物品在成品生产前都需要使用基布进行加工生产,不同物品的生产加工步骤不同,对基布的生产要求也不相同,而涂层织物中的基布需要具备稳定性和耐久性;
目前传统的基布在生产过程中生产的基布稳定性不佳,容易出现断丝的现象,同时基布的耐潮能力和耐久性不高,使得基布生产的物品使用寿命降低,给使用带来不便,为此,提出一种稳定性好的基布生产工艺。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种稳定性好的基布生产工艺,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种稳定性好的基布生产工艺,其特征在于,该基布生产工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤一、进行轻纺纱和纱桨处理,将一定的长度和宽度的经纱与纬纱通过至少一恒张力牵引装置进行恒张力牵引,将其牵引至含有水性环保树脂浆料的浆槽中进行浸润,浸泡30-45min后经辊压去除余浆,而后烘干固化,待用,得到纱桨后的经纱与纬纱。
步骤二、进行织造,将得到得到纱桨后的经纱与纬纱放置在织机上相互交织成半成品基布后,将得到半成品基布进行退浆,而后利用轧车和一组有速差的加热辊筒对半成品基布进行双轴取向拉伸,得到半成品基布;
步骤三,进行浸渍处理,首先对浸泡池内加入辅料,而后注入80-85%的水,再将辅料与水搅拌均匀后,将得到半成品基布放置在浸泡池内,浸泡时长为10-25min,得到稳定性好的半成品基布;
步骤四、进行定型处理,首先通过一定温度的烘房进行拉幅烘干定型,温度为50-120℃,而后进行压光、收卷以及涂胶处理,而后待其干燥后,即可完成稳定性好的基布生产工艺,最终得到稳定性好的基布。
优选的,步骤一中压辊后的基布的带液量控制至基布本身重量的200-350%。
优选的,步骤一中水性环保树脂浆料水性环保树脂浆料由以下重量份的组分制成:树脂橡胶50-70份,消泡剂5-10份,丙烯酸20-25份,防腐剂1-2份,去离子水50-80份。
优选的,所述丙烯酸酯类为丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯、丙烯酸-2-羟丙酯中的一种,所述防腐剂为苯甲酸或脱氢乙酸钠,所述消泡剂为乳化硅油消泡剂、高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物消泡剂中的一种。
优选的,步骤二中采用淀粉酶进行退浆处理,首先在酶液中反复退洗5-8次,而后在水槽中清洗3-6次。
优选的,步骤三中辅料中按照重量份数计的如下组份为:稳定剂10-20份、增白剂0.1-2份、乙醇15-35份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4-8份,丙烯酸0.5-1份,滑石粉6-13份,聚氨酯树脂2-3份,硫酸钡6-10份,而后混合均匀即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:该稳定性好的基布生产工艺,通过增加浸泡工序,通过稳定剂、增白剂、丙烯酸以及硫酸钡原料使得基布在浸泡后稳定性更好,而且在浸泡后耐潮能力强,还具有很强的耐久性,增加了使用基布生产物品的使用寿命。同时将经纱与纬纱放置在树脂浆料中浸泡,使得树脂浆料与经纱之间兼容性好,而且在后续经纱织造时不容易出现断丝的现象,使用方便,便于使用。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
生产时,首先进行轻纺纱和纱桨处理,将一定的长度和宽度的经纱与纬纱通过至少一恒张力牵引装置进行恒张力牵引,将其牵引至含有水性环保树脂浆料的浆槽中进行浸润,水性环保树脂浆料水性环保树脂浆料由以下重量份的组分制成:树脂橡胶50份,消泡剂5份,丙烯酸20份,防腐剂1份,去离子水50份,丙烯酸酯类为丙烯酸乙酯,防腐剂为苯甲酸,消泡剂为乳化硅油消泡剂,浸泡30-45min后经辊压去除余浆,压辊后的基布的带液量控制至基布本身重量的280%,而后烘干固化,待用,得到纱桨后的经纱与纬纱;进行织造,将得到得到纱桨后的经纱与纬纱放置在织机上相互交织成半成品基布后,将得到半成品基布进行退浆,采用淀粉酶进行退浆处理,首先在酶液中反复退洗8次,而后在水槽中清洗6次,而后利用轧车和一组有速差的加热辊筒对半成品基布进行双轴取向拉伸,得到半成品基布;其次进行浸渍处理,首先对浸泡池内加入辅料,而后注入80%的水,再将辅料与水搅拌均匀后,辅料中按照重量份数计的如下组份为:稳定剂10份、增白剂2份、乙醇15份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4份,丙烯酸1份,滑石粉6份,聚氨酯树脂2份,硫酸钡6份,而后混合均匀即可,将得到半成品基布放置在浸泡池内,浸泡时长为20min,得到稳定性好的半成品基布;最后进行定型处理,首先通过一定温度的烘房进行拉幅烘干定型,温度为100℃,而后进行压光、收卷以及涂胶处理,而后待其干燥后,即可完成稳定性好的基布生产工艺;
将制得基布两端分别夹在拉力机的上下夹具上,使基布露出上夹具的部分和露出下夹具的部分保持一致,被夹的基布保持垂直状态,设定拉力机的速度为180mm/min,启动拉力机的测试键,开始试验,当拉力机把基布完全撕开时,记录拉力机的最大力值,每个基布至少测试4次,取平均值作为最终结果,经计算,基布完全撕开时,拉力机的力值为196000N。
实施例2
生产时,首先进行轻纺纱和纱桨处理,将一定的长度和宽度的经纱与纬纱通过至少一恒张力牵引装置进行恒张力牵引,将其牵引至含有水性环保树脂浆料的浆槽中进行浸润,水性环保树脂浆料水性环保树脂浆料由以下重量份的组分制成:树脂橡胶70份,消泡剂8份,丙烯酸20份,防腐剂1份,去离子水50份,丙烯酸酯类丙烯酸-2-羟丙酯,防腐剂为脱氢乙酸钠,消泡剂为高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物消泡剂,浸泡45min后经辊压去除余浆,压辊后的基布的带液量控制至基布本身重量的300%,而后烘干固化,待用,得到纱桨后的经纱与纬纱;而后进行织造,将得到得到纱桨后的经纱与纬纱放置在织机上相互交织成半成品基布后,将得到半成品基布进行退浆,采用淀粉酶进行退浆处理,首先在酶液中反复退洗7次,而后在水槽中清洗5次,而后利用轧车和一组有速差的加热辊筒对半成品基布进行双轴取向拉伸,得到半成品基布;其次进行浸渍处理,首先对浸泡池内加入辅料,而后注入85%的水,再将辅料与水搅拌均匀后,辅料中按照重量份数计的如下组份为:稳定剂10份、增白剂1.5份、乙醇15份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4份,丙烯酸1份,滑石粉6份,聚氨酯树脂2份,硫酸钡8份,而后混合均匀即可,将得到半成品基布放置在浸泡池内,浸泡时长为20min,得到稳定性好的半成品基布;最后进行定型处理,首先通过一定温度的烘房进行拉幅烘干定型,温度为110℃,而后进行压光、收卷以及涂胶处理,而后待其干燥后,即可完成稳定性好的基布生产工艺;
将制得的基布两端分别夹在拉力机的上下夹具上,使基布露出上夹具的部分和露出下夹具的部分保持一致,被夹的基布保持垂直状态,设定拉力机的速度为195mm/min,启动拉力机的测试键,开始试验,当拉力机把基布完全撕开时,记录拉力机的最大力值,每个基布至少测试4次,取平均值作为最终结果,经计算,基布完全撕开时,拉力机的力值为196580N。

步骤二、进行织造,将得到得到纱桨后的经纱与纬纱放置在织机上相互交织成半成品基布后,将得到半成品基布进行退浆,而后利用轧车和一组有速差的加热辊筒对半成品基布进行双轴取向拉伸,得到半成品基布;
步骤三,进行浸渍处理,首先对浸泡池内加入辅料,而后注入80-85%的水,再将辅料与水搅拌均匀后,将得到半成品基布放置在浸泡池内,浸泡时长为10-25min,得到稳定性好的半成品基布;
步骤四、进行定型处理,首先通过一定温度的烘房进行拉幅烘干定型,温度为50-120℃,而后进行压光、收卷以及涂胶处理,而后待其干燥后,即可完成稳定性好的基布生产工艺,最终得到稳定性好的基布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种稳定性好的基布生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤一中压辊后的基布的带液量控制至基布本身重量的200-350%。

4.根据权利要求3所述的一种稳定性好的基布生产工艺,其特征在于:所述丙烯酸酯类为丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯、丙烯酸-2-羟丙酯中的一种,所述防腐剂为苯甲酸或脱氢乙酸钠,所述消泡剂为乳化硅油消泡剂、高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物消泡剂中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种稳定性好的基布生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤二中采用淀粉酶进行退浆处理,首先在酶液中反复退洗5-8次,而后在水槽中清洗3-6次。
