Further, after the stickers 11 in the paper cassette 41 are gradually removed, the thickness of the stickers 11 stacked together becomes smaller, so that in order to ensure that the suction cup 43 can accurately suck the stickers 11, the control unit can be programmed according to the thickness of the stickers 11, and the suction cup 43 can accurately suck the stickers 11 by ensuring the rising height of the paper cassette 41 every time.

As shown in fig. 1 and 4, two parallel second guide posts 461 are disposed on the right frame 5 of the paper cassette 41 in the left-right direction, a slider 462 is slidably mounted on the second guide posts 461, a left side of the slider 462 is mounted with a left-right suspension arm 463 by bolting or welding, a suction cup 43 is mounted on the left end of the suspension arm 463, and a pull rod 464 is disposed between the end of the suspension arm 463 and the top of the slider 462.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the suction cup driving mechanism 46 further includes a cylinder or a push rod motor disposed at the right side of the slider 462, and a telescopic end of the cylinder or the push rod motor faces to the left and is connected to the slider 462 to drive the slider 462 to reciprocate.

As shown in fig. 2, a push-folding mechanism 34 is arranged on a first side of a sticker 11, an eraser 1 is clamped by a clamping mechanism 33, a lifting mechanism 31 moves downward, a movable end of the push-folding mechanism 34 is horizontally pushed out from the outer side of the first end of the sticker 11 against the bottom of the eraser 1, a glue coating head 341 is arranged at the movable end of the push-folding mechanism 34, the glue coating head 341 can coat glue on the inner side of the second end of the sticker 11, the push-folding mechanism 34 comprises a first driving mechanism 343 arranged on a frame 5, the first driving mechanism 343 is arranged on the rear side of a recessed portion 32, the first driving mechanism 343 adopts an air cylinder or a push rod motor, the telescopic end of the first driving mechanism is forward, a first push block 342 is arranged at the movable end of the first driving mechanism 343, the first push block 342 is in a cuboid shape, the plane of the top surface of the first push block is not higher than the bottom surface of the eraser 1, and the sticker 11 on the rear, the end face, close to the eraser 1, of the first push block 342 is parallel to the side face of the eraser 1, the end portion, close to the eraser 1, of the first push block 342 is chamfered, the glue coating head 341 is installed at the end portion of the first push block 342, the glue coating head 341 is connected with an external glue injection device, when the glue coating head 341 runs to the rear side face of the front-side sticker 11, the glue injection device works, glue is injected into the glue coating head 341, then glue is coated on the rear side face of the front-side sticker 11, the glue coating head 341 is located in the middle of the front end of the first push block 342, and the external glue injection device is in the prior art.
As shown in fig. 2, a push-out mechanism 35 is disposed above the push-folding mechanism 34, the push-out direction of the push-out mechanism 35 is parallel to the moving direction of the push-folding mechanism 34, the push-out mechanism 35 includes a second driving mechanism 351 disposed on the frame 5, the second driving mechanism 351 employs an air cylinder or a push rod motor, the telescopic end of the second driving mechanism 351 is forward, a second push block 352 is disposed at the moving end of the second driving mechanism 351, the end surface of the second push block 352 is parallel to the side surface of the eraser 1, and the second push block 352 can push the eraser 1 into the push-out channel 36.
As shown in FIG. 2, a push-out channel 36 is arranged on the side of the eraser 1 opposite to the push-out mechanism 35, the cross section of the push-out channel 36 is rectangular matched with the eraser 1, and the opening of the push-out channel 36 close to the concave part 32 is chamfered. The horizontal plane of the bottom surface of the push-out channel 36 is located below the bottom surface of the eraser 1, the bottom of the push-out channel 36 is provided with a heating device 361, and the heating device 361 can adopt heating wires or heating rods and the like, and can heat the bottom of the push-out channel 36 to accelerate the solidification of glue. The eraser 1 is pushed into the pushing-out channel 36 by the pushing-out mechanism 35, and the second end of the sticker 11 is folded to the bottom of the eraser 1.
As shown in figures 2 and 4, the push-out channel 36 is arranged along the front-back direction, as the eraser 1 is gradually pushed into the push-out channel 36 from the back to the front, the eraser 1 can slide out from the front end of the push-out channel 36, and a material containing basket 6 is arranged below the front end of the push-out channel 36 and used for collecting the paper-wrapped eraser 1.
The control unit in the embodiment adopts a PLC, the PLC is the prior art, and a person skilled in the art programs the PLC according to actual requirements, so that the control function in the embodiment can be realized. The first pushing mechanism 22, the lifting mechanism 31, the clamping mechanism 33, the pushing and folding mechanism 34, the pushing mechanism 35, the suction cup 43, the fourth driving mechanism 44 and the suction cup driving mechanism 46 are all controlled by a control unit.
The working principle is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1-4, in an actual application of the eraser packaging machine of the present invention, the first pushing mechanism 22 pushes the eraser 1 on the feeding platform 21 to the top of the movable end of the lifting mechanism 31 along the length direction of the eraser 1, the suction cup driving mechanism 46 drives the suction cup 43 to move to a position right above the paper storage box 41, the fourth driving mechanism 44 drives the paper storage box 41 to rise until the suction cup 43 can suck the uppermost sticker 11, then the paper storage box 41 descends, then the suction cup driving mechanism 46 drives the suction cup 43 to move to a position above the sticker placement table 45 and place the sticker 11 on the sticker placement table 45, then the suction cup 43 retracts to a position above the paper storage box 41, when the lifting mechanism 31 drives the eraser 1 to rise, the eraser 1 holds up the sticker 11, i.e. the state shown in fig. 6, the eraser 1 and the sticker 11 enter the recess 32, and both ends of the sticker 11 bend downward, i.e. the state shown in fig. 7, the clamping mechanism 33 clamps the eraser 1 from two sides of the eraser 1 in the length direction, the lifting mechanism 31 is reset downwards, the movable end of the push-fold mechanism 34 is horizontally pushed out from the outer side of the first end of the sticker 11 and attached to the bottom of the eraser 1, namely, in the state shown in fig. 8, the glue coating head 341 extends to the inner side of the second end of the sticker 11 and coats glue on the inner side of the second end of the sticker 11, then the push-out mechanism 35 pushes the eraser 1 into the push-out channel 36, the second end of the sticker 11 is folded to the bottom of the eraser 1, namely, in the state shown in fig. 9, the automatic paper wrapping operation of the eraser can be realized, namely, in the state shown in fig. 5, compared with the prior art, the automatic paper wrapping operation can be completed without the operation of personnel, the.
