Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗变形展柜玻璃的加工方法,包括以下步骤:将超白玻璃进行粗磨;将丙烯酸胶片和处理好的白玻璃切割成同样大小,胶片不能接触脏物和油腻;将切割好的白玻璃与丙烯酸胶片进行夹层合片并加热预压,使胶片软化排气,完成初步封边;将夹层玻璃装架后,进行高压热合;降温降压后,清理边部流胶并精磨抛光后,完成加工。本发明提供了一种抗变形展柜玻璃的加工方法,通过本发明的加工得到的玻璃与胶片之间具有更好的粘接力,且应用作展柜玻璃时,能降低雾度,提高透明度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及夹层玻璃领域,特别是指一种抗变形展柜玻璃的加工方法。
背景技术
目前,博物馆展柜大都采用夹层玻璃,即通过在两块玻璃之间夹进一层以聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(以下简称PVB)为主要成分的PVB中间膜。玻璃即使碎裂,碎片也会被粘在薄膜上,破碎的玻璃表面仍保持整洁光滑。这就有效防止了碎片扎伤和穿透坠落事件的发生,确保了人身和文物安全。同时夹层玻璃还具有极好的抗入侵能力。
但是目前玻璃市场上的夹层玻璃所使用的PVB中间膜普遍过于柔软,虽然将两片玻璃粘结在一起,但玻璃的硬度不是很强,在生产及安装后都会造成玻璃弯曲变形,因弯曲变形问题造成密闭性差,无法保证展柜内温湿度而造成对文物的侵蚀。对于需要严格控制微环境或者密闭性、透光性要求很高的展柜夹层玻璃,这种夹层玻璃无法很好的满足要求。
因此,加工制造出一种抗变形的展柜玻璃成为亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
通过本发明的加工方法制得的抗变形展柜玻璃,具有良好的抗变形,玻璃与胶片之间具有更好的粘接力,且应用作展柜玻璃时,能降低雾度,提高透明度。
本发明提供技术方案如下:
一种抗变形展柜玻璃的加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将超白玻璃进行粗磨;
步骤2:将步骤1的玻璃进行清洗风干,保证其表面无油污及其它附着物;
步骤3:将丙烯酸胶片和步骤2处理好的白玻璃切割成同样大小的,切割胶片的台面要保持整洁,胶片不能接触脏物和油腻;
步骤4:将步骤3的玻璃与步骤4的丙烯酸胶片进行夹层合片并加热预压,使胶片软化排气,完成初步封边;
步骤5:将步骤4的夹层玻璃装架后,进行高压热合;
步骤6:降温降压后,清理边部流胶并精磨抛光后,完成加工。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明提供了一种抗变形展柜玻璃的加工方法,通过本发明的加工得到的玻璃与胶片之间具有更好的粘接力,且应用作展柜玻璃时,能降低雾度,提高透明度。

一种抗变形展柜玻璃的加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将超白玻璃进行粗磨;
步骤2:将步骤1的玻璃进行清洗风干,保证其表面无油污及其它附着物;
步骤3:将丙烯酸胶片和步骤2处理好的白玻璃切割成同样大小的,切割胶片的台面要保持整洁,胶片不能接触脏物和油腻;
步骤4:将步骤3的玻璃与步骤4的丙烯酸胶片进行夹层合片并加热预压,使胶片软化排气,完成初步封边;
步骤5:将步骤4的夹层玻璃装架后,进行高压热合;
步骤6:降温降压后,清理边部流胶并精磨抛光后,完成加工。
具体实施例为:
步骤1中粗磨的尺寸误差控制在±0.1mm
步骤5中的温度60℃,压力1.2Mpa,时长10min。

1.一种抗变形展柜玻璃的加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将超白玻璃进行粗磨;
步骤2:将步骤1的玻璃进行清洗风干,保证其表面无油污及其它附着物;
步骤3:将丙烯酸胶片和步骤2处理好的白玻璃切割成同样大小的,切割胶片的台面要保持整洁,胶片不能接触脏物和油腻;
步骤4:将步骤3的玻璃与步骤4的丙烯酸胶片进行夹层合片并加热预压,使胶片软化排气,完成初步封边;
步骤5:将步骤4的夹层玻璃装架后,进行高压热合;
步骤6:降温降压后,清理边部流胶并精磨抛光后,完成加工。
