1) weighing 17g of pistachio nuts for later use;

The preparation method of the astragalus composition comprises the following steps:
1) weighing radix astragali, cortex Albizziae, caulis Polygoni Multiflori, radix Ophiopogonis, black tea and crystal sugar at above ratio;
2) mixing radix astragali, cortex Albizziae, caulis Polygoni Multiflori, radix Ophiopogonis and black tea, pulverizing, and sieving with 100 mesh sieve to obtain mixed raw materials;
3) adding water (the amount of the added water is 14 times of the weight of the mixed raw materials), decocting for 3 times, decocting for 2 hours each time, combining the extracting solutions, filtering the extracting solutions to remove water-insoluble substances, concentrating to obtain concentrated solutions, mixing the concentrated solutions with crystal sugar, and drying to obtain the astragalus composition.
Application test example
And (3) testing a sample: the bull heart fruit compositions having sleep improving effects prepared in examples 1 to 4, the bull heart fruit composition prepared in comparative example 1, and the astragalus composition prepared in comparative example 2.
1. Influence on sleep time of pentobarbital sodium-induced mice
Mice were randomly divided into 7 groups by weight, which were a model control group and a test group, respectively, and the test group included examples 1-4 groups and comparative examples 1-2 groups. Each group comprises 10 mice, the test group is used for feeding the tested object by stomach irrigation once a day, each time 20ml/kg body weight (the groups of examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-2 are administrated according to the dosage of 10mg/kg body weight and are prepared into the appropriate concentration with the administration volume of 20ml/kg body weight), the model control group is used for feeding distilled water with the same volume, each group of mice is injected with 44mg/kg pentobarbital sodium in the abdominal cavity after the administration for 9 days, the mice are immediately laid on the back to sleep after the positive reflex disappears, the time is recorded, and the mice automatically turn over and climb up to the sleep time after sleep.

Table 1 the results show that: compared with the comparative examples 1-2, the groups of examples 1-4 of the invention can obviously prolong the sleep time of mice, and have significant difference (P <0.01) compared with the model group.
2. Effect on subthreshold dose of sodium pentobarbital on inducing sleep in mice
Mice were randomly divided into 4 groups by weight, which were a model control group and a test group, respectively, and the test group included example 4 group and comparative example 1-2 group. Each group comprises 20 mice, the test group is used for intragastrically administering the test object once a day, each time 20ml/kg body weight (the example 4 and the comparative examples 1-2 are administered according to 10mg/kg body weight dose and are prepared into appropriate concentration with administration volume of 20ml/kg body weight), the model control group is used for administering distilled water with the same volume, 9 days are continued, after 9 days of administration, lh mice are injected with 35mg/kg pentobarbital sodium in the abdominal cavity, the number of animals which are subjected to eversion and positive reflection disappear within 15 minutes and are more than 1 minute is immediately observed, and the mice which are subjected to sleep are obtained after more than 1 minute. The results were statistically processed using the chi-square test.

Table 2 the results show: the group of example 4 can obviously promote the sleep of the mice compared with the group of comparative examples 1-2, and has a significant difference compared with the model group (P < 0.01).

The composition of the bull's heart with sleep improving effect according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 16-18 parts of fructus boehmeriae, 18-20 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 8-10 parts of cortex albiziae, 4-6 parts of caulis polygoni multiflori and 2-3 parts of radix ophiopogonis.

The composition of the bull's heart with the effect of improving sleep as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 17 parts of fructus boehmeriae, 19 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 9 parts of cortex albiziae, 5 parts of caulis polygoni multiflori and 3 parts of radix ophiopogonis.
4. The beef heart composition with the sleep-improving effect according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising 10 to 16 parts of tea leaves and 1 to 2 parts of rock candy.

6. A method for preparing the composition of cow's heart with sleep improving effect according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
1) weighing the common achyranthes fruit, the astragalus root, the silktree albizzia bark, the tuber fleeceflower stem, the dwarf lilyturf tuber, the tea and the rock candy according to the weight ratio for later use;
2) removing seeds in the bull heart fruits, mixing the bull heart fruits with the seeds removed with the astragalus membranaceus, the cortex albiziae, the caulis polygoni multiflori, the radix ophiopogonis and the tea leaves, mixing and crushing to obtain mixed raw materials;
3) adding water into the mixed raw materials, decocting to obtain an extracting solution, filtering the extracting solution, concentrating, mixing the concentrated solution with crystal sugar, and drying to obtain the cow-heart-fruit composition with the function of improving sleep.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the water is added in an amount of 13 to 15 times the weight of the mixed raw materials in the step 3).
8. The method according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the number of the decoction is 2 to 4 and the time for each decoction is 1 to 3 hours.
9. A health drink comprising the composition of the cow's heart with sleep improving effect according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
10. The health beverage according to claim 9, wherein the health beverage comprises but is not limited to a tea beverage, a fruit juice beverage or wine.
