Because a large amount of fourth-system collapsible non-collapsible loess exists in the region, the average occurrence thickness reaches 19m, the method is limited by the technical problems of weak foundation conditions and easily weathered rock types of the dumping yard, low counterweight of the dumping machine, cross influence of a belt conveyor and the like, and the self stability and the foundation strength of the dumping yard cannot support the safe, continuous and efficient dumping operation of the dumping machine all the time.
