技术领域
本发明涉及PVC人造皮革技术领域,具体涉及一种PVC发泡人造革及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯(PVC)人造皮革是一种以布或纸为基材的塑料涂层制品,可代替天然皮革。PVC人造皮革主要有涂刮法和压延法两种生产方式。压延法PVC发泡人造革的生产工艺流程为:开布-压延-发泡-表面处理-检查包装,基布处理后,将聚氯乙烯树脂、增塑剂及各种助剂配制成塑料,而后将该塑料加热成为熔体并送至压延机,按照所需厚度、宽度压延成膜后立即与基布贴合,然后进入发泡炉中进行发泡,使其具有能够适应各种不同产品、不同要求的柔软度,在出炉的同时进行表面处理。然而,压延法PVC发泡人造革的制造过程存在一定的局限和缺点,如开布用PU浆需要用有机溶剂(如甲苯、丁酮等)作稀释剂、表面处理用到油性表处剂,其同样也是用到有机溶剂做分散相用途;生产过程中的原材料均含有有机溶剂,容易存在挥发不充分导致成品残留较多有机溶剂,进而导致PVC发泡人造革成品释放有机挥发物较多的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处而提供一种PVC发泡人造革及其制备方法,本发明的PVC发泡人造革生产过程中车间污染少,且制备得到成品VOC含量低。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种PVC发泡人造革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)开布:通过开布机对基布进行上胶处理,在基布上涂覆PU浆糊层,烘干后,收卷备用;
(2)压延:通过压延法在步骤(1)得到的基布上铺设底层,以及在底层的远离基布的表面上铺设面层,形成基材;
(3)表面处理:在基材的面层上涂覆水性表面处理剂;
(4)发泡压纹:将表面处理后的基材送入发泡炉,在高温下发泡剂分解,底层产出气孔,形成发泡层,达到所需的成品厚度,发泡出炉同时进行压纹处理,使基材的面层形成纹理;
(5)烘烤处理:将发泡压纹后基材进行烘烤处理,得到所述PVC发泡人造革。
与现有的压延法PVC发泡人造革生产工艺相比,本发明将表面处理工序调至发泡工序前,利用发泡的高温能使部分VOC挥发,达到降低VOC的效果,减少车间污染,改善现场操作环境,具有较高的环保性能。
由于基材需要在高温度段停留较长时间,对表面处理剂的树脂耐热性能有高要求,要求其耐高温后表面无膜层开裂,无光泽度变化的情况。因此,本发明的水性PU类表面处理剂优选为异氰酸酯类水性聚氨酯表面处理剂,异氰酸酯类水性聚氨酯表面处理剂包含以下重量份的组分:亲水脂肪族聚异氰酸酯100份,游离异氰酸酯≤0.25份,具有良好的表面处理效果。
优选地,所述步骤(1)中,上胶处理所用的胶为水性PU胶水浆,水性PU胶水浆包括聚氨酯树脂、架桥剂和水,所述水性PU胶水浆中聚氨酯树脂和架桥剂的重量比为100:2-5。所述聚氨酯树脂优选为改性聚氨酯分散体。
本发明中的基布选用针织布,开布工序中选用水性PU胶水浆,该水性PU胶水浆以水作为稀释剂,以聚氨酯树脂为分散体,配合专用架桥剂,进一步优选聚氨酯树脂和架桥剂的配比,确保该水性PU胶水浆具有良好性能,改善现场操作环境。与现有的PU胶水浆相比,本发明的水性PU胶水浆不含甲苯、丁酮等溶剂,有助于减少车间环境的污染,改善现场操作环境。
由于本发明选用水性PU胶水浆,水的沸点较有机溶剂高,因此须对生产温度、速度摸索调整,避免高温导致基布的物理性能变化。优选地,所述步骤(1)中,烘干温度为130-160℃,烘干速度15-30m/min,这样可以能够彻底去除水性PU胶水浆中的水,使基布干燥彻底,且不会发生明显的物理变化,同时避免PU树脂提前发生反应,确保其在高温发泡阶段反应。
优选地,所述步骤(3)中,在基材的面层上涂覆水性表面处理剂,涂覆水性表面处理剂后的处理温度为120-135℃,速度为10-15m/min;所述步骤(4)中,发泡温度为130-220℃,发泡速度为10-15m/min,压纹成型温度为140℃-170℃,确保所形成的花纹在使用过程中不会散纹。
本发明调整发泡温度和发泡时间,在高温下发泡剂分解,底层产出气孔,形成发泡层,同时有效去除水性PU胶水浆以及表面处理剂中的溶剂,并且减少成品中VOC的残留。试验发现,与油性表面处理剂相比,选用水性表面处理剂进行表面处理,更有助于减少机台污染,且制备得到的成品的VOC更低。
优选地,所述面层包括以下重量份组分:PVC树脂100份、增塑剂80-110份、耐胺稳定剂0.2-1.2份、钙锌稳定剂1.5-3.5份、抗氧剂0.5-1.5份、抗紫外剂0.3-2.0份、ACR 0.3-1.5份和填充剂3-20份。
优选地,所述底层包括以下重量份组分:PVC树脂100份、增塑剂80-110份、耐胺稳定剂0.2-1.2份、钡锌稳定剂1.5-3.5份、ACR 0.3-1.5份、AC粉3-6份、三氧化二锑5-15份和填充剂20-60份,该底层发泡后能够具有良好的拉伸性能和耐磨性能。
优选地,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯,所述填充剂为碳酸钙。
优选地,根据PVC发泡人造革成品的实际需要,所述面层和/或底层还含有颜料。所述颜料包括钛白、铁黄、铁红、炭黑中的至少一种。
本发明还提供了根据上述方法制备得到的PVC发泡人造革。本发明制备的PVC发泡人造革成品VOC残留少,能够具有较高的环保性能,且其表面无膜层开裂,具有良好的光泽度。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明将表面处理工序调至发泡工序前,利用发泡高温将PU浆糊层和表面处理剂含有的溶剂充分挥发,减少车间污染,改善现场操作环境,同时有效降低成品中VOC含量。

实施例1
一种PVC发泡人造革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)开布:通过开布机对基布进行上胶处理,在基布上涂覆PU浆糊层,进行烘干处理,烘干温度为150℃,烘干速度20m/min,烘干后收卷备用;其中,上胶处理所用的胶为水性PU胶水浆,水性PU胶水浆包括改性聚氨酯分散体、架桥剂和水,所述水性PU胶水浆中改性聚氨酯分散体和架桥剂的重量比为100:3;
(2)压延:通过压延机采用压延法在步骤(1)得到的基布上铺设底层,以及在底层的远离基布的表面上铺设面层,形成基材;所述面层和底层的原料如表1所示:

(3)表面处理:在基材的面层上涂覆异氰酸酯类水性聚氨酯表面处理剂,异氰酸酯类水性聚氨酯表面处理剂包含以下重量份的组分:亲水脂肪族聚异氰酸酯100份,游离异氰酸酯≤0.25份,涂覆水性聚氨酯后的处理温度为120-135℃,速度为10-15m/min;

实施例2
一种PVC发泡人造革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)开布:通过开布机对基布进行上胶处理,在基布上涂覆PU浆糊层,进行烘干处理,烘干温度为130℃,烘干速度30m/min,烘干后收卷备用;其中,上胶处理所用的胶为水性PU胶水浆,水性PU胶水浆包括改性聚氨酯分散体、架桥剂和水,所述水性PU胶水浆中改性聚氨酯分散体和架桥剂的重量比为100:5;
(2)压延:通过压延机采用压延法在步骤(1)得到的基布上铺设底层,以及在底层的远离基布的表面上铺设面层,形成基材;所述面层和底层的原料如表2所示:

(3)表面处理:在基材的面层上涂覆异氰酸酯类水性聚氨酯表面处理剂,异氰酸酯类水性聚氨酯表面处理剂包含以下重量份的组分:亲水脂肪族聚异氰酸酯100份,游离异氰酸酯≤0.25份,涂覆水性聚氨酯后的处理温度为120-135℃,速度为10-15m/min;
(4)发泡压纹:将表面处理后的基材送入发泡炉,在高温下发泡剂分解,底层产出气孔,形成发泡层,达到所需的成品厚度,发泡出炉同时进行压纹处理,使基材的面层形成纹理,其中,发泡温度为130-220℃,发泡速度为10-15m/min,压纹成型170℃;
(5)烘烤处理:将发泡压纹后基材进行烘烤处理,检查合格后包装,得到所述PVC发泡人造革成品。
对比例1
一种PVC发泡人造革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)开布:通过开布机对基布进行上胶处理,在基布上涂覆PU浆糊层,进行烘干处理,烘干温度为150℃,烘干速度20m/min,烘干后收卷备用;其中,上胶处理所用的胶为水性PU胶水浆,水性PU胶水浆包括改性聚氨酯分散体、架桥剂和水,所述水性PU胶水浆中改性聚氨酯分散体和架桥剂的重量比为100:3;
(2)压延:通过压延机采用压延法在步骤(1)得到的基布上铺设底层,以及在底层的远离基布的表面上铺设面层,形成基材;所述面层和底层的原料如表4所示:

(3)表面处理:在基材的面层上涂覆常规的油性聚氨酯表面处理剂;
(4)发泡压纹:将基材送入发泡炉,在高温下发泡剂分解,底层产出气孔,形成发泡层,达到所需的成品厚度,发泡出炉同时进行压纹处理,使基材的面层形成纹理,其中,发泡温度为130-220℃,发泡速度为10-15m/min,压纹成型温度为140℃;
(5)表面处理:在基材的面层上涂覆常规的油性聚氨酯表面处理剂,涂覆油性聚氨酯表面处理剂后的处理温度为90-110℃,速度为15-25m/min;
(6)烘烤处理:将表面处理后基材进行烘烤处理,检查合格后包装,得到所述PVC发泡人造革成品。
根据表5测试条件,测定实施例1和对比例1制备得到的PVC发泡人造革成品VOC含量,结果如表6所示。

由表6结果可知,本发明上胶处理所用的胶为水性PU胶水浆,表面处理选用水性聚氨酯表面处理剂,并且将表面处理工序调至发泡工序前,利用发泡高温将PU浆糊层和表面处理剂含有的溶剂充分挥发,有效减少PVC发泡人造革成品中有机挥发物的释放,成品表面无膜层开裂,且保持良好的光泽度。对比例1选用油性聚氨酯表面处理剂,最终成品VOC含量较高,且对比例1在发泡前进行表面处理,由于经过高温发泡表面处理层会开裂,因此,油性表面处理在发泡工序后还需要再次表面处理,油性表面处理在发泡前处理目的是只是为了降低发泡后表面处理所用的处理剂的用量。
根据实施例1和对比例1的工艺进行人造革的生产,测定各生产工序中机台挥发性有机物VOC含量,结果如表7所示

与对比例1相比,实施例1选用水性聚氨酯表面处理剂,机台甲苯挥发量有所降低,与此同时,水性发泡后工序的机台甲苯挥发量明显低于水性前处理工序机台的甲苯挥发量,可见,发泡的高温能使部分VOC挥发,达到降低VOC的效果。
本发明开布-压延-表面处理-发泡的生产工艺,测定车间VOC含量,结果如表8所示。

采用本发明开布-压延-表面处理-发泡的生产工艺进行生产,有利于降低车间VOC含量,减少车间污染。
最后所应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种PVC发泡人造革的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)开布:通过开布机对基布进行上胶处理,在基布上涂覆PU浆糊层,烘干后,收卷备用;
(2)压延:通过压延法在步骤(1)得到的基布上铺设底层,以及在底层的远离基布的表面上铺设面层,形成基材;
(3)表面处理:在基材的面层上涂覆水性表面处理剂;
(4)发泡压纹:将表面处理后的基材送入发泡炉,在高温下发泡剂分解,底层产出气孔,形成发泡层,达到所需的成品厚度,发泡出炉同时进行压纹成型处理,使基材的面层形成纹理;
(5)烘烤处理:将发泡压纹后基材进行烘烤处理,得到所述PVC发泡人造革。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PVC发泡人造革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中,上胶处理所用的胶为水性PU胶水浆,水性PU胶水浆包括聚氨酯树脂、架桥剂和水,所述水性PU胶水浆中聚氨酯树脂和架桥剂的重量比为100: 2-5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的PVC发泡人造革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中,烘干温度为130-160℃,烘干速度15-30m/min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的PVC发泡人造革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,在基材的面层上涂覆水性表面处理剂,涂覆水性表面处理剂后的处理温度为120-135℃,速度为10-15m/min;所述步骤(4)中,发泡温度为130-220℃,发泡速度为10-15m/min,压纹成型温度为140℃-170℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的PVC发泡人造革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述面层包括以下重量份组分:PVC树脂100份、增塑剂80-110份、耐胺稳定剂0.2-1.2份、钙锌稳定剂1.5-3.5份、抗氧剂0.5-1.5份、抗紫外剂0.3-2.0份、ACR 0.3-1.5份和填充剂3-20份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的PVC发泡人造革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述底层包括以下重量份组分:PVC树脂100份、增塑剂80-110份、耐胺稳定剂0.2-1.2份、钡锌稳定剂1.5-3.5份、ACR 0.3-1.5份、AC粉3-6份、三氧化二锑5-15份和填充剂20-60份。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的PVC发泡人造革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯,所述填充剂为碳酸钙。
8.根据权利要求5或6所述的PVC发泡人造革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述面层和/或底层还含有颜料。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项方法制备得到的PVC发泡人造革。
