The preparation method of the corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant artificial leather provided by the invention is simple to operate, and different layers of the prepared artificial leather are tightly attached, the surface layer is compact, and the prepared artificial leather has good solvent corrosion resistance and wear resistance.

1. The corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant artificial leather is characterized by comprising a surface layer, a coloring layer, a PVC bottom layer, an attaching layer and base cloth which are sequentially stacked;
the surface layer is prepared by coating solvent-resistant slurry;
the solvent-resistant slurry comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of solvent-resistant resin PLT-3930, 0.5 part of polyether siloxane copolymer, 0.5 part of dimethyl silicone oil, 0.5 part of polyether modified polysiloxane and 0.8 part of isocyanate curing agent;
the coloring layer is made of aqueous polyurethane slurry;
the PVC bottom layer is made of polyurethane slurry coating.

The corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant artificial leather according to claim 1, wherein the aqueous polyurethane slurry comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50 parts of KTKC-6161, 50 parts of DS-6830, 0.8 part of polyether siloxane copolymer, 0.8 part of dimethyl silicone oil, 0.5 part of polyether modified polysiloxane, 0.8 part of isocyanate curing agent and 5-8 parts of water-based pigment.

The corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant artificial leather according to claim 1, wherein the polyurethane slurry comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin, 80 parts of plasticizer, 20 parts of filler, 2 parts of stabilizer and 5-8 parts of pigment.
4. The corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant artificial leather according to claim 3, wherein the plasticizer is dioctyl phthalate, the filler is calcium bicarbonate, and the stabilizer is a barium-zinc heat stabilizer.

The artificial leather resistant to corrosion and abrasion according to claim 1, wherein the viscosity of the solvent-resistant slurry is 500cps, and the preparation method of the solvent-resistant slurry comprises: under the stirring condition of 400-700rmp, sequentially adding the polyether siloxane copolymer, the polyether modified polysiloxane, the isocyanate curing agent, the dimethyl silicone oil and the color paste into the solvent-resistant resin PLT-3930, and uniformly mixing to obtain the solvent-resistant slurry.
6. The method for preparing artificial leather with corrosion resistance and wear resistance according to any one of claims 1 to 5, which comprises the following steps:
step 1, coating the solvent-resistant slurry on PU release paper, and drying at 110-;
step 2, coating the waterborne polyurethane slurry on a surface layer, and drying at 110-;
step 3, coating the polyurethane slurry on the coloring layer, wherein the coating thickness is 0.25-0.4mm, and then drying and plasticizing at 185 ℃ to obtain a PVC bottom layer;
and 4, coating the polyurethane laminating slurry or the water-based laminating slurry on the PVC bottom layer to obtain a laminating layer, laminating the base cloth with the laminating layer, drying at the temperature of 125-150 ℃, and stripping the release paper after cooling to obtain the corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant artificial leather.
