7. A method for preparing the water-based one-knife clothing leather as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) preparing water-based one-cut paste: weighing 100 parts of one-cut-pasted polyurethane resin, 0.3-0.7 part of defoaming agent, 3-10 parts of color paste, 0.5-1 part of hand feeling agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of flatting agent, 3-8 parts of curing agent and 0.5-2 parts of thickening agent, mixing and stirring uniformly, wherein all the components are water-based;
2) directly coating a knife of sizing agent prepared in the step 1) on release paper, and then drying with hot air until the solid content is 30-40% to obtain a semi-dry surface layer;
3) directly attaching the water-based bass to the semi-dry surface layer by using an attaching machine, and then performing hot air drying and cooling:
4) and stripping the release paper to obtain the water-based one-cut clothing leather.

The method for preparing aqueous one-knife clothing leather according to claim 7, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the coating thickness of the paste applied in the step 2) is 0.10-0.2 mm, and the hot air drying temperature in the step 2) is 90-130 ℃; the drying temperature of the hot air in the step 3) is 130-140 ℃.

The method for preparing aqueous one-knife clothing leather according to claim 7, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the hot air drying in the step 2) and the step 3) is carried out by blowing air from the upper side and the lower side of the release paper for heating; and in the step 2) and the step 3), the release paper is subjected to hot air drying in a horizontal movement state, wherein the horizontal movement speed is 10-25 m/min.
