The invention relates to a hanger, in particular to a tray hanger.
Background
For the electroplating processing of the tray workpiece, generally, the trays are manually placed vertically one by one and hung in a hanger, then are sequentially oxidized in corresponding electroplating oxidation ponds, and finally are subjected to air drying and other treatments to be plated with an oxide layer on the tray workpiece. In addition, after the electroplating process is completed, the material trays are manually detached from the hanger one by one, and then are collected, placed and stored.
Obviously, before and after electroplating, the charging tray is fixed and disassembled manually, so that the working efficiency is low; in addition, the vertical placement mode is adopted for fixing the tray workpieces, so that the occupied space is large, the space cannot be fully utilized on one hanger, and the production efficiency is reduced; after the electroplating processing is finished, the unified collection of the material trays is troublesome, and the material trays are inconvenient to carry and transfer.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a material tray hanger which is convenient for feeding, dismounting and collecting material trays, can adapt to material trays with different sizes and is beneficial to accelerating the production efficiency.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a charging tray hanger is characterized by comprising a fixed guide frame, a charging tray fixing component and a charging tray separation and collection mechanism; the charging tray fixing assembly comprises a plurality of vertically arranged moving frames, the moving frames are arranged on the same circumference at equal intervals by taking the center of a fixed guide frame as a circle center, the tops of the moving frames are connected with the fixed guide frame in a sliding mode, and the sliding direction of the moving frames is the radial direction; the fixed guide frame is provided with a transverse moving locking structure for locking or loosening the plurality of moving frames so as to limit the positions of the moving frames; the plurality of moving frames are respectively provided with a plurality of supporting fixed hooks for supporting the edges of the material tray, the plurality of supporting fixed hooks on each moving frame can be vertically connected to the moving frames in a sliding manner, and the supporting fixed hooks on each moving frame face one side of the center of the fixed guide frame; the material tray separating and collecting mechanism comprises a plurality of elastic ropes and a winding wheel, the winding wheel is rotatably arranged on a fixed guide frame, and a rotation locking structure for locking or loosening the winding wheel is arranged on the fixed guide frame; one end of each elastic rope is fixedly connected to the winding wheel, the other end of each elastic rope extends to each movable frame, the elastic ropes sequentially penetrate through the supporting fixed hooks on the movable frames and are fixedly connected with the bottoms of the movable frames, and the supporting fixed hooks are provided with avoidance holes for the elastic ropes to penetrate through; all the supporting fixed hooks on each moving frame are fixedly connected with the corresponding elastic ropes, and the elastic ropes with preset lengths are reserved between every two supporting fixed hooks and between the supporting fixed hook at the bottommost part and the bottom of the moving frame; the bottom that a plurality of support fixed hooks on every removal frame all is equipped with the interval piece, and this interval piece is with per two supporting part alternate segregation that support the fixed hook, and the distance between per two supporting part that support the fixed hook equals with the distance between per two charging tray edges when a plurality of charging tray superposes of treating processing together.
The working principle of the tray hanger is as follows:
firstly, stacking material trays (such as food steamers) provided with leakage holes together, and then placing the material trays in the middle of a plurality of movable racks; at the moment, a plurality of supporting and fixing hooks on each moving frame are also overlapped together and are positioned at the lower part of the moving frame; then, each moving frame is loosened through the transverse moving locking structure, and each moving frame is contracted by taking the center of the fixed guide frame as a circle center at the same time until the supporting parts of the supporting fixed hooks on the moving frame correspond to the edges of the stacked charging trays (the supporting parts of the supporting fixed hooks are positioned at the bottom of the edges of the charging trays), and because the distance between every two supporting fixed hooks is equal to the distance between every two edges of the charging trays when the charging trays to be processed are stacked together, when each moving frame is contracted to a certain degree, all the supporting fixed hooks correspond to the stacked charging trays one by one; then locking the position of each movable frame through a transverse moving locking structure, loosening the winding wheel through a rotating locking structure, and then starting to rotate the winding wheel to pull the elastic ropes on each movable frame upwards; in the process of winding each elastic rope by the winding wheel, when the first supporting fixed hook rises to a certain degree and the elastic rope with the preset length is straightened with the second supporting fixed hook, the second supporting fixed hook just begins to rise, and at the moment, because the elastic rope with the preset length is left between the two supporting fixed hooks, the material tray supported by the two supporting fixed hooks can be separated along with the elastic rope, so that the material tray can be fully contacted with the oxidizing solution in the oxidation pond during electroplating processing; and analogizing until all the supporting fixed hooks are completely separated, and when the elastic rope is completely straightened, all the stacked material trays are also completely separated and supported on the supporting fixed hooks of each moving frame, finally, the winding wheel is locked through the rotation locking structure, and the positions of the supporting fixed hooks are limited through the elastic rope, so that the material loading of the material trays is completed. At the moment, the whole hanging tool and the material tray which finishes feeding and fixing are transferred into an electroplating oxidation pond for oxidation processing; after the electroplating processing is finished, the winding wheel is loosened through the rotation locking structure, the winding wheel is rotated to loosen each elastic rope, each supporting fixing hook on each moving frame moves downwards until all the supporting fixing hooks are overlapped together, the material trays for completing the electroplating processing are also overlapped together at the moment, finally, each moving frame is loosened through the transverse moving locking structure, each moving frame is expanded to move transversely by taking the center of the fixing guide frame as the center of a circle, the supporting fixing hooks on the moving frame are separated from the edge of the material tray, the separation of the material tray is completed, and all the material trays which are overlapped together can be transferred and carried away.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the fixed guide frame includes a connecting member and a plurality of guide members, one end of each of the plurality of guide members is connected to the connecting member, and the other end of each of the plurality of guide members extends in a radial direction at equal intervals; all be equipped with the guide way on a plurality of guides, a plurality of tops of removing the frame all be equipped with the sliding block that the guide way matches, this sliding block one-to-one sets up in the guide way.
Preferably, the traverse locking structure comprises a fixing screw, an adjusting nut and a linkage assembly; one end of the fixed screw rod is connected with the bottom of the connecting piece, and the other end of the fixed screw rod extends downwards; the linkage assembly comprises a sliding sleeve and a plurality of linkage rods, the sliding sleeve is sleeved on the fixed screw in a sliding mode, one end of each linkage rod is rotatably connected with the sliding sleeve, and the other end of each linkage rod is rotatably connected with the tops of the plurality of moving frames; the adjusting nut is arranged on the fixing screw in a matching mode and used for adjusting the height position of the sliding sleeve.
Preferably, the connecting piece includes backup pad and spliced pole, the spliced pole sets up in the backup pad, a plurality of guides all with the backup pad is connected, the rolling wheel rotates to be connected on the spliced pole.
Preferably, the rolling wheel includes rotor and a plurality of winding spare, a plurality of winding spare all are "H" type and equidistant setting on the side of rotor, the rotor rotate the connection in on the spliced pole.
Preferably, the rotating block is provided with an avoidance cavity matched with the connecting column, and the top of the connecting column is arranged in the avoidance cavity; the rotary locking structure comprises a tooth surface and a clamping rod, wherein the tooth surface is arranged at the top of the connecting column, a locking threaded hole communicated with the avoiding cavity is formed in the top surface of the rotating block, and the clamping rod is arranged in the locking threaded hole in a matched mode.
According to a preferable scheme of the invention, each moving frame further comprises two guide rods, the tops of the two guide rods are connected with the sliding block, and all supporting fixed hooks on the moving frame are connected to the two guide rods in a sliding manner; be equipped with the transition hole on the sliding block, the stretch cord is followed the rolling wheel and is started, passes behind the transition hole, pass each support fixed hook in proper order again dodge the hole and with support fixed hook connected.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bottom of each of the support fixing hooks is provided with a receiving groove for receiving the elastic cord, and the receiving grooves are disposed at corresponding positions of the avoiding holes.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the number of the moving frame and the number of the guide members are three.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the hanging tool is convenient for feeding the material trays, and can quickly realize the fixation and separation of a plurality of material trays so as to facilitate the subsequent electroplating processing.
2. After the electroplating processing is finished, the collection and stacking of all the material discs can be finished only by loosening the winding wheel and the transverse moving frame, and the production efficiency is accelerated.
3. The material trays adapting to different sizes are realized by the transverse movement of the movable frame, the design is ingenious, and the adaptability is good.

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples and drawings, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the tray hanger of the present embodiment includes a fixed guide frame, a tray fixing assembly, and a tray separating and collecting mechanism; the charging tray fixing assembly comprises a plurality of vertically arranged moving frames, the moving frames are arranged on the same circumference at equal intervals by taking the center of a fixed guide frame as a circle center, the tops of the moving frames are connected with the fixed guide frame in a sliding mode, and the sliding direction of the moving frames is the radial direction; the fixed guide frame is provided with a transverse moving locking structure for locking or loosening the plurality of moving frames so as to limit the positions of the moving frames; the plurality of moving frames are respectively provided with a plurality of supporting fixed hooks 4 for supporting the edges of the material tray, the plurality of supporting fixed hooks 4 on each moving frame can be vertically and slidably connected to the moving frames, and the supporting fixed hooks 4 on each moving frame face to one side of the center of the fixed guide frame; the material tray separating and collecting mechanism comprises a plurality of elastic ropes 3 and a winding wheel, the winding wheel is rotatably arranged on a fixed guide frame, and a rotation locking structure for locking or loosening the winding wheel is arranged on the fixed guide frame; one end of each elastic rope 3 is fixedly connected to the winding wheel, the other end of each elastic rope extends to each movable frame, the elastic ropes sequentially penetrate through the supporting fixed hooks 4 on the movable frames and are fixedly connected with the bottoms of the movable frames, and the supporting fixed hooks 4 are provided with avoidance holes 20 for the elastic ropes 3 to penetrate through; all the supporting fixed hooks 4 on each moving frame are fixedly connected with the corresponding elastic ropes 3, and the elastic ropes 3 with preset lengths are reserved between every two supporting fixed hooks 4 and between the supporting fixed hook 4 at the bottommost part and the bottom of the moving frame; the bottom of a plurality of support fixed hooks 4 on every removal frame all is equipped with spacer 19, and this spacer 19 is every two support fixed hook 4's supporting part alternate segregation, and the distance between every two supporting part that support fixed hook 4 and a plurality of charging tray coincide every two charging tray edges when together apart from equal.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the fixed guide frame comprises a connecting piece and a plurality of guide pieces 1, wherein one ends of the guide pieces 1 are connected to the connecting piece, and the other ends of the guide pieces 1 extend along the radial direction at equal intervals; all be equipped with guide way 13 on a plurality of guides 1, a plurality of tops of removing the frame all be equipped with the sliding block 11 that guide way 13 matches, this sliding block 11 one-to-one sets up in guide way 13. The fixed guide frame is simple in structure and convenient to mount and slide with the movable frame.
Referring to fig. 3, the traverse locking structure includes a fixing screw 6, an adjusting nut 8, and a linkage assembly; one end of the fixed screw 6 is connected with the bottom of the connecting piece, and the other end of the fixed screw extends downwards; the linkage assembly comprises a sliding sleeve 9 sleeved on the fixed screw 6 and a plurality of linkage rods 5, one end of each linkage rod 5 is rotatably connected with the sliding sleeve 9, and the other end of each linkage rod 5 is rotatably connected with the tops of the plurality of movable frames; the adjusting nut 8 is arranged on the fixing screw rod 6 in a matching mode and used for adjusting the height position of the sliding sleeve 9. When the position of each removal frame needs to be adjusted, through rotating adjusting nut 8 adjusts the high position of sliding sleeve 9, sliding sleeve 9 when removing on vertical direction, through each removal frame is pulled to gangbar 5 to adjust the position of each removal frame simultaneously, realize that each removal frame enlarges simultaneously or reduces to it is fixed to adapt to not unidimensional charging tray.
Referring to fig. 3, the connecting member includes a supporting plate 14 and a connecting column 15, the connecting column 15 is disposed on the supporting plate 14, the plurality of guiding members 1 are all connected to the supporting plate 14, and the winding wheel is rotatably connected to the connecting column 15.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the winding wheel comprises a rotating block 17 and a plurality of winding pieces 16, the winding pieces 16 are all in an H shape and are arranged on the side surface of the rotating block 17 at equal intervals, and the rotating block 17 is rotatably connected to the connecting column 15. In this embodiment, a handle 7 is provided on one of the winding members 16 to facilitate manual rotation of the entire winding wheel, and a rotating motor may be provided to achieve rotation of the winding wheel driven by power.
Referring to fig. 4, the rotating block 17 is provided with an avoidance cavity 18 matched with the connecting column 15, and the top of the connecting column 15 is arranged in the avoidance cavity 18; the rotation locking structure comprises a tooth surface 24 arranged at the top of the connecting column 15 and a clamping rod 10, a locking threaded hole 25 communicated with the avoiding cavity 18 is formed in the top surface of the rotating block 17, and the clamping rod 10 is arranged in the locking threaded hole 25 in a matched mode. When the winding wheel needs to be loosened to loosen or wind the elastic rope 3, the clamping rod 10 is rotated to enable the bottom of the clamping rod 10 to be separated from the tooth surface 24, so that the rotating block 17 is not hindered from rotating, and the whole winding wheel is loosened; when the winding wheel needs to be locked, the clamping rod 10 is rotated to clamp the bottom of the clamping rod 10 on the tooth surface 24 of the connecting column 15, so that the rotating block 17 is prevented from rotating, and the winding wheel is locked.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, each moving frame further comprises two guide rods 2, the tops of the two guide rods 2 are connected with the sliding blocks 11, and all the supporting fixing hooks 4 on the moving frame are slidably connected with the two guide rods 2; be equipped with transition hole 12 on the sliding block 11, stretch cord 3 starts from the rolling wheel, passes behind transition hole 12, passes each support fixed hook 4 in proper order again and dodges hole 20 and be connected with support fixed hook 4. And the sliding block 11 is provided with a connecting installation groove which is used for being rotationally connected with the linkage rod 5 so as to be connected with the linkage rod 5 and facilitate installation.
Referring to fig. 5, the bottom of the supporting and fixing hook 4 is provided with a receiving groove 21 for receiving the elastic cord 3, and the receiving groove 21 is disposed at a corresponding position of the avoiding hole 20.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the moving frame and the guide 1 of the present embodiment are three.
Referring to fig. 6, the present embodiment further includes a lifting support mechanism disposed in the middle of the area surrounded by the plurality of moving frames; the lifting support mechanism comprises a support lifting plate 23 and a vertical driving mechanism 22 for driving the support lifting plate 23 to move vertically. During operation, place the charging tray support on the lifter plate 23, support the lifter plate 23 through the drive of vertical actuating mechanism 22 afterwards and rise to make the charging tray that is located on supporting the lifter plate 23 rise to the assigned position, generally let the edge of the charging tray that is located the top correspond with the supporting part that is located the top on moving the frame and supports fixed hook 4, carry out the fixed and separation of charging tray again afterwards. Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the working principle of the tray hanger of the present embodiment is as follows:
firstly, stacking material trays (such as food steamers) provided with leakage holes together, and then placing the material trays in the middle of a plurality of movable racks; at this time, the plurality of support fixing hooks 4 on each moving frame are also overlapped together and positioned at the lower part of the moving frame; then, each moving frame is loosened through the transverse moving locking structure, and each moving frame is contracted by taking the center of the fixed guide frame as a circle center at the same time until the supporting parts of the supporting fixed hooks 4 on the moving frame correspond to the edges of the stacked charging trays (the supporting parts of the supporting fixed hooks 4 are positioned at the bottom of the edges of the charging trays), and because the distance between every two supporting fixed hooks 4 is equal to the distance between every two edges of the charging trays when the charging trays to be processed are stacked together, when each moving frame is contracted to a certain degree, all the supporting fixed hooks 4 correspond to the stacked charging trays one by one; then locking the position of each movable frame through a transverse moving locking structure, loosening the winding wheel through a rotating locking structure, and then starting to rotate the winding wheel to pull the elastic ropes 3 on each movable frame upwards; in the process of winding each elastic rope 3 by the winding wheel, when the first supporting fixed hook 4 rises to a certain degree and the elastic rope 3 with the preset length is kept between the first supporting fixed hook 4 and the second supporting fixed hook 4 to be straightened, the second supporting fixed hook 4 begins to rise, and at the moment, because the elastic rope 3 with the preset length is kept between the two supporting fixed hooks 4, the material trays supported by the two supporting fixed hooks 4 can be separated along with the elastic rope, so that the material trays can be fully contacted with the oxidizing solution in the oxidation pond in the electroplating processing; and analogizing until all the supporting fixed hooks 4 are completely separated, and when the elastic rope 3 is completely straightened, all the stacked material trays are also completely separated and supported on the supporting fixed hooks 4 of each moving frame, finally, the winding wheel is locked through the rotation locking structure, the positions of the supporting fixed hooks 4 are limited through the elastic rope 3, and the material loading of the material trays is completed. At the moment, the whole hanging tool and the material tray which finishes feeding and fixing are transferred into an electroplating oxidation pond for oxidation processing; after the electroplating processing is finished, the winding wheel is loosened through the rotation locking structure, the winding wheel is rotated to loosen each elastic rope 3, each supporting fixed hook on each moving frame moves downwards until all the supporting fixed hooks are overlapped together, the material trays for completing the electroplating processing are also overlapped together at the moment, finally, each moving frame is loosened through the transverse moving locking structure, each moving frame is expanded to move transversely by taking the center of the fixed guide frame as the center of a circle, the supporting fixed hooks 4 on the moving frame are separated from the edge of the material tray, the separation of the material tray is completed, and all the material trays which are overlapped together can be transferred and carried away.
