Abstract
本发明的净味抑菌清洁剂,包括下述重量份的原料:乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.01‑0.2、表面活性剂0.5‑10.0、丙二醇0.1‑5.0、防腐抑菌剂0.01‑2.0、净味剂0.5‑10.0以及去离子水80‑100。本发明特别选用了气味较低的活性原料,结合净味剂的抗氧化作用和吸附作用,既实现产品本身的抑菌清洁作用,又保证产品的气味不刺鼻容易被消费者接受。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种净味抑菌清洁剂。
背景技术
许多化学原料均带有其特征气味,特别是芳香烃类,如苯氧乙醇具有一定的刺激气味。市面上较普遍的丙二醇也具有一定不易被接受的气味。常规的方法都是采用香精遮盖,然而,随着人们生活质量的提高,越来越追求天然、安全的产品,越来越多人能够接受无香精的日化产品和湿巾产品,特别是婴幼儿产品。然而在无香精遮盖的情况下,原材料的筛选至关重要,既要求气味低,又要求效果明显,价格不能太离谱。
发明内容
为克服上述缺陷,本发明提供一种新型的净味抑菌清洁剂。
为达到上述目的,本发明的净味抑菌清洁剂,包括下述重量份的原料::乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.01-0.2、表面活性剂0.5-10.0、丙二醇0.1-5.0、防腐抑菌剂0.01-2.0、净味剂0.5-10.0以及去离子水80-100。
进一步的,所述的表面活性剂为癸基糖苷和/或聚甘油酯。
进一步的,防腐抑菌剂:苄索氯铵、伞花烃和/或尼泊金酯类
进一步的,净味剂:茶多酚、维生素C、羟乙基纤维素、冷杉提取液和/或大豆乙基硫酸乙酯吗啉。
进一步的,所述的丙二醇选自环氧丙烷法生产出来的产品。
进一步的,净味剂中冷杉提取液与大豆乙基硫酸乙酯吗啉的用量比例为2:1
进一步的,所述的净味抑菌清洁剂中还具有与固香剂偶联的ZnO纳米线。
进一步的,所述的ZnO纳米线为采用直接物理蒸发法制备ZnO纳米线,所述的ZnO纳米线直径控制为10-50nm,长度为5-100um;在所述的ZnO纳米线上设置有一个以上的缺陷点;
所述的缺陷点的制备方法为:
81)将ZnO纳米线分散至预定浓度的氨基酸水溶液中浸泡,氨基酸的pI大于7;
82)将浸泡后ZnO纳米线取出干燥;
83)将干燥后的ZnO纳米线放入预定浓度HF中侵蚀预定时间;
84)侵蚀后清洗HF;
85)清洗后ZnO纳米线再次分散于pH大于pI的溶液中解吸。
进一步的,所述的与固香剂偶联偶联的方法为:
91)制备ZnO纳米线分散液
在含有甘油1-2份、羧甲基纤维素0.2-1份、聚丙烯酸钠1-2份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3-5份的水溶液分散体系中加入单烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联亲水改性剂1-2份,搅拌均匀后,缓慢加入10-30份的ZnO纳米线,制备成亲水型ZnO纳米线分散液;
92)制备香精自包裹微胶囊
将10-20份香精添加至含有C12-15链烷醇聚醚-12 1-5份、聚乙烯醇1-3份、羟甲基纤维素1-3份、羧甲基纤维素钠0.1-0.5份、果胶0.5-2份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1-2份、聚丙烯酸钠体系1-2份中形成香精自包裹微胶囊;
93)将制备香精自包裹微胶囊投入到制备ZnO纳米线分散液中充分混合。
进一步的,所述的香精为:香茅油、茶树油、柠檬桉叶油、艾叶油、薰衣草油、薄荷油中的一种或几种的组合
本发明特别选用了气味较低的活性原料,结合净味剂的抗氧化作用和吸附作用,既实现产品本身的抑菌清洁作用,又保证产品的气味不刺鼻容易被消费者接受。
本发明利用乙二胺四乙酸二钠广泛的配位性能,螯合溶液中的所有金属离子,提高茶多酚、维生素C的抗氧化性能,降低净味抑菌清洁剂在货架保质期内被氧化的风险,同时降低异味的产生。利用羟乙基纤维素高分子溶胀过程吸附一定的气味分子,进一步降低异味的产生。最终使净味抑菌清洁剂达到无味的趋势。
本发明特别添加冷杉提取液,可降低防腐抑菌剂的用量,达到同样的抑菌效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本发明的净味抑菌清洁剂,包括下述重量份的原料:
乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1、
聚甘油酯1
丙二醇(环氧丙烷法)2
苄索氯铵0.1
伞花烃1
净味剂:
维生素C10.5、羟乙基纤维素1、冷杉提取液0.1、大豆乙基硫酸乙酯吗啉0.5
去离子水90
实施例2
本发明的净味抑菌清洁剂,包括下述重量份的原料:
乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.15、
癸基糖苷5
丙二醇(环氧丙烷法)4
尼泊金酯1
净味剂:
茶多酚1、维生素C 0.5、羟乙基纤维素1、冷杉提取液0.1、大豆乙基硫酸乙酯吗啉0.5去离子水85
实施例3
在实施例1或2的基础上,还增加有固香清洁添加剂:其制作方法:
1)制备ZnO纳米线,采用直接物理蒸发法制备ZnO纳米线,直径控制为10-50nm,长度为5-100um,同时利用等离子刻蚀的方法在ZnO纳米线制造缺陷点以促进纳米线与偶联剂的互相作用。上述利用等离子刻蚀制造缺陷点方法为:
11)将ZnO纳米线分散至浓度为1%氨基酸水溶液中浸泡,氨基酸的pI大于7;
12)将浸泡后ZnO纳米线取出干燥;
13)利用等离子对干燥后的ZnO纳米线进行表面处理1-10秒;
14)表面处理后ZnO纳米线再次分散于pH大于pI的溶液中解吸。
2)制备添加剂
在含有1-2份甘油、0.2-1份羧甲基纤维素、1-2份聚丙烯酸钠、3-5份的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的水溶液分散体系中加入1-2份单烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联亲水改性剂,搅拌均匀后,缓慢加入10-30份的ZnO纳米线,制备成亲水型ZnO纳米线分散液。
3)制备香精自包裹微胶囊;
香精自包裹微胶囊的制作方法为:
将10-20份香精添加至含有C12-15链烷醇聚醚-12 1-5份、聚乙烯醇1-3份数、羟甲基纤维素1-3份、羧甲基纤维素钠0.1-0.5份、果胶0.5-2份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1-2份、聚丙烯酸钠体系1-2份中形成香精自包裹微胶囊;
4)将制备好的1-5份香精自包裹微胶囊加入至制备好的5-20份亲水型ZnO纳米线分散液中,借助单烷氧基型钛酸酯的偶联作用,使香精自包裹微胶囊通过单烷氧基型钛酸酯附着在ZnO纳米线表面的缺陷点上。
本实施例利用ZnO纳米线作为载体,利用单烷氧基型钛酸酯的桥梁作用形成外层固香剂,中间层为偶联剂,内层为ZnO纳米线的结构;将香精微胶囊负载在载体表面,从而实现长效固香的作用。纳米线为一维纳米材料,通过喷、涂、浸、泡、洗等方式喷涂在墙纸、面料、纸巾上等可与其纤维发生物理缠结而紧密结合,能够达到防止脱落的目的,同时纳米ZnO作为高效的抗菌材料,可以实现纤维抗菌减少异味的作用。可以通过喷涂等方式。
Claims (10)
1.一种净味抑菌清洁剂,其特征在于,所述的净味抑菌清洁剂包括下述重量份的原料:乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.01-0.2、表面活性剂0.5-10.0、丙二醇0.1-5.0、防腐抑菌剂0.01-2.0、净味剂0.5-10.0以及去离子水80-100。
2.如权利要求1所述的净味抑菌清洁剂,其特征在于,所述的表面活性剂为癸基糖苷和/或聚甘油酯。
3.如权利要求1所述的净味抑菌清洁剂,其特征在于,防腐抑菌剂:苄索氯铵、伞花烃和/或尼泊金酯类。
4.如权利要求1所述的净味抑菌清洁剂,其特征在于,净味剂:茶多酚、维生素C、羟乙基纤维素、冷杉提取液和/或大豆乙基硫酸乙酯吗啉。
5.如权利要求1所述的净味抑菌清洁剂,其特征在于,丙二醇选自环氧丙烷法生产出来的产品,无刺激性气味且气味低。
6.如权利要求1所述的净味抑菌清洁剂,其特征在于,净味剂中冷杉提取液与大豆乙基硫酸乙酯吗啉的用量比例为2:1。
7.如权利要求1所述的净味抑菌清洁剂,其特征在于,所述的净味抑菌清洁剂中还具有与固香剂偶联的ZnO纳米线。
8.如权利要求7所述的净味抑菌清洁剂,其特征在于,所述的ZnO纳米线为采用直接物理蒸发法制备ZnO纳米线,所述的ZnO纳米线直径控制为10-50nm,长度为5-100um;在所述的ZnO纳米线上设置有一个以上的缺陷点;
所述的缺陷点的制备方法为:
81)将ZnO纳米线分散至预定浓度的氨基酸水溶液中浸泡,氨基酸的pI大于7;
82)将浸泡后ZnO纳米线取出干燥;
83)将干燥后的ZnO纳米线放入预定浓度HF中侵蚀预定时间;
84)侵蚀后清洗HF;
85)清洗后ZnO纳米线再次分散于pH大于pI的溶液中解吸。
9.如权利要求8所述的净味抑菌清洁剂,其特征在于,所述的与固香剂偶联偶联的方法为:
91)制备ZnO纳米线分散液
在含有甘油1-2份、羧甲基纤维素0.2-1份、聚丙烯酸钠1-2份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3-5份的水溶液分散体系中加入单烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联亲水改性剂1-2份,搅拌均匀后,缓慢加入10-30份的ZnO纳米线,制备成亲水型ZnO纳米线分散液;
92)制备香精自包裹微胶囊
将10-20份香精添加至含有C12-15链烷醇聚醚-12 1-5份、聚乙烯醇1-3份、羟甲基纤维素1-3份、羧甲基纤维素钠0.1-0.5份、果胶0.5-2份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1-2份、聚丙烯酸钠体系1-2份中形成香精自包裹微胶囊;
93)将制备香精自包裹微胶囊投入到制备ZnO纳米线分散液中充分混合。
10.如权利要求9所述的净味抑菌清洁剂,其特征在于,所述的香精为:香茅油、茶树油、柠檬桉叶油、艾叶油、薰衣草油、薄荷油中的一种或几种的组合。
