技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚醚砜薄膜,尤其涉及一种服装用聚醚砜薄膜。
背景技术
随着人们消费观念的改变以及生活品质的不断提高,人们对衣物等纺织品的功能要求日趋重视,人们日益追求同一纺织品尽可能地同时具备多种实用功能,以适应和改善生活环境、工作环境及自身的健康。面料作为服装的第一要素,扮演至关重要的作用。传统的面料上都设置有多种功能性涂层,但这些涂层会导致该面料的透气性能降低、穿着体验感差,因此,如何提供一种具有防水透气功能的面料成为本领域技术人员努力的方向。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种服装用聚醚砜薄膜,该服装用聚醚砜薄膜具有良好的水蒸气透过率,用于衣物面料中既能保证防水性,又能使皮肤表面汗液形成的水汽顺利透过面料排出,穿着体验好。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种服装用聚醚砜薄膜,包括以下重量份组分:
聚醚砜 60~80份,
酚酞型聚醚砜 20~30份,
聚偏氟乙烯 15~20份,
氧杂环戊烷 11~16份,
亚硫酰基 5~10份,
氮戊环酮 5~10份,
乙二醇 10~15份,
氯磺酸氯甲酯 2~8份,
氯化酰氯 0.2~2份,
四氯甲烷 10~15份,
脱乙酰甲壳素 0.1~1份,
对苯乙烯磺酸钠 1~5份,
2,2’-偶氮二(2-甲基丙腈) 0.05-1份。
上述技术方案中进一步改进的技术方案如下:
1. 上述方案中,所述聚醚砜与酚酞型聚醚砜的重量份比值为1:(0.3~0.4)。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明服装用聚醚砜薄膜,其聚醚砜薄膜的配方中以聚醚砜60~80份、酚酞型聚醚砜20~30份为基料,加入氯磺酸氯甲酯2~8份和氯化酰氯0.2~2份共混,提高了制得薄膜的水蒸气透过率,用于衣物面料中既能保证防水性,又能使皮肤表面汗液形成的水汽顺利透过面料排出,穿着体验好;又在配方体系中基于氯磺酸氯甲酯2~8份和氯化酰氯0.2~2份进一步添加了脱乙酰甲壳素0.1~1份,显著提高了薄膜的电磁屏蔽效果,完全满足电磁屏蔽和抗静电的要求,丰富了采用该薄膜的复合面料的应用前景。

上述服装用聚醚砜薄膜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1.将聚偏氟乙烯15~20份、氧杂环戊烷11~16份、亚硫酰基5~10份、氮戊环酮5~10份、乙二醇10~15份、脱乙酰甲壳素0.1~1份和对苯乙烯磺酸钠1~5份,加入反应釜、搅拌均匀;
S2.将氯磺酸氯甲酯2~8份和氯化酰氯0.2~2份,投入反应釜,高速分散15~40min;
S3.将聚醚砜60~80份、酚酞型聚醚砜20~30份、四氯甲烷10~15份和2,2’-偶氮二(2-甲基丙腈)0.05-1份加入反应釜中,加热熔融;
S4. 经薄膜吹塑机吹塑成型,即制得上述服装用聚醚砜薄膜。

各实施例和对比例制备的薄膜性能检测数据如下:

如表3所示,对比例1相对于实施例1-4缺少组分氯磺酸氯甲酯和氯化酰氯,由数据可知对比例1的水蒸气透过率远小于实施例1-4中的水蒸气透过率,即对比例1所制聚醚砜膜的透气性比实施例1-4中所制改性聚醚砜膜的透气性差;
如表3的评价结果所示,本发明各实施例中的聚醚砜膜各项参数均优于各对比例,其水蒸气透过率较高,用于衣物面料中既能保证防水性,又能使皮肤表面汗液形成的水汽顺利透过面料排出,使穿着体验更为舒适;且其屏蔽效能达38dB以上,完全满足电磁屏蔽和抗静电的要求,丰富了采用该薄膜的复合面料的应用前景。

乙二醇 10~15份,
氯磺酸氯甲酯 2~8份,
氯化酰氯 0.2~2份,
四氯甲烷 10~15份,
脱乙酰甲壳素 0.1~1份,
对苯乙烯磺酸钠 1~5份,
2,2’-偶氮二(2-甲基丙腈) 0.05-1份。
