本发明揭示了一种采用双长轴距电机的混动变速器,包括:输入轴,中间轴,设置在两轴之间的传动机构,用于接收所述中间轴传输来的动力的差速器,以及第一电机和第二电机,所述第一电机通过所述传动机构连接至所述差速器并将电动力传输至所述差速器,所述第二电机直连至所述差速器并将电动力传输至所述差速器,所述第一电机和第二电机采用具有相同轴距的高速高效长轴距电机。本发明通过两轴式设计,并将两个电机在轴向方向上设置在输入轴的第一端和第二端之间,第一电机在径向方向上尽可能紧邻输入轴,可以保证差速器位置与传统变速器位置近似,尽量避免整车副车架的空间更改,并确保差速器短半轴的长度以确保的球笼夹角的设计与配置。

技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力车辆技术领域,具体而言,尤其涉及一种采用双长轴距电机的混动变速器。
背景技术
目前,我国新能源汽车中混合动力汽车发展最为迅速。混合动力汽车是一种使用多种能量来源的车辆,通常是使用液体燃料的常规发动机和使用电能的电机驱动车辆。混合动力汽车可在多种模式下驱动,现阶段的混动变速器一般可以执行发动机单独驱动、电机单独驱动、发动机和电机同时驱动等操作模式。
现有技术中的一种混动变速器,是基于对现有变速器改动最小的前提下,通过在现有变速器上添加一个驱动电机来实现的。但这种形式的混动变速器存在如下问题,(1)由于差速器、输入轴等的位置限制,以及传动机构的布置不合理,导致增加的驱动电机与辅助电机采用两种不同的型号,一种为高速高效率电机,另一种为高扭矩低转速电机,这样导致整个变速器生产成本太高;(2)采用2根或2根以上的中间轴,再加上增加的驱动电机,会使整个变速器的外观轮廓变化较大,新增电机更靠近驾驶室,这样当车辆发生碰撞时,变速器会向驾驶室发生翻转,进而压迫转向管破坏转向系统,这将极大地降低整车安全性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种传动机构布置合理、安全性高的采用双长轴距电机的混动变速器。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种采用双长轴距电机的混动变速器,包括:
一输入轴,用于接收发动机动力;
一中间轴,与所述输入轴平行设置;
一传动机构,设置在所述输入轴与所述中间轴之间;
一差速器,用于接收所述中间轴传输来的动力;
第一电机和第二电机,
所述第一电机通过所述传动机构连接至所述差速器并将电动力传输至所述差速器,所述第二电机直连至所述差速器并将电动力传输至所述差速器,所述第一电机和第二电机采用具有相同轴距的高速高效长轴距电机。
优选的,所述高速高效长轴距电机的轴距与所述输入轴的轴长相当。
优选的,所述第一电机和第二电机的电机轴与所述输入轴平行,轴向方向上所述第一电机和第二电机设置在所述输入轴的两端之间,径向方向上所述第一电机紧邻所述输入轴。
优选的,所述第一电机至所述输入轴的距离小于所述差速器至所述输入轴的距离。
优选的,所述第一电机通过传动齿组连接至所述传动机构,所述第二电机通过传动齿组直连至所述差速器。
优选的,所述传动齿组为减速挡齿轮组,设置在短惰轮轴上。
优选的,还包括一个离合器,设置在所述输入轴与所述发动机之间,一侧与所述输入轴连接,另一侧与所述发动机的减震结构连接。
优选的,所述传动机构包括固定在所述输入轴上的主动齿轮、空套于所述中间轴上的从动齿轮,所述主动齿轮和从动齿轮啮合,所述中间轴上还设置有同步器及输出齿轮。
优选的,所述中间轴有且仅有一根,所述传动机构为四挡结构,低速挡从动齿轮之间有一同步器并设置在远离发动机一侧,高速挡齿轮之间有一同步器并设置在靠近发动机一侧。
本发明的有益效果主要体现在:
1、采用两个尺寸、规格相同的电机,使变速器的成本大大降低;
2、两轴式设计,并将两个电机在轴向方向上设置在输入轴的第一端和第二端之间,第一电机在径向方向上尽可能紧邻输入轴,可以保证差速器位置与传统变速器位置近似,尽量避免整车副车架的空间更改,并确保差速器短半轴的长度以确保的球笼夹角的设计与配置;
3、电机的特殊位置设置,还可以确保整个变速器的重心下移,当车辆发生碰撞时,即使变速器向驾驶室发生翻转,也不会压迫到转向管,极大地提高了整车安全性;
4、特殊的齿轮布置结构,确保电机有足够的空间设置来保证电机驱动的功率;
5、电机可以在纯EV模式下通过四个挡位参加驱动,解决本身的转速受限问题;通过两个电机协同工作可提供更大的纯EV驱动功率,并可减小电机单体功率进而降低空间要求和成本压力(电机成本随空间增加成线性增加);
6、纯EV工况下可以通过将离合器进行分离,将发动机与车轮进行屏蔽,可以将发动机的转动惯量由离合器屏蔽。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图所示的具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。但这些实施方式并不限于本发明,本领域的普通技术人员根据这些实施方式所做出的结构、方法、或功能上的变换均包含在本发明的保护范围内。
如图1所示,本发明优选实施例揭示了一种采用双长轴距电机的混动变速器,包括:设置在变速器壳体内可自转的输入轴1,包括相对的第一端和第二端,所述输入轴1的第一端连接发动机,用于接收发动机动力。与现有技术一样,所述发动机动力输送途径中会按需设置有减震盘或飞轮等减震结构8,提供惯量及稳定输出。
本发明中,变速器壳体内与所述输入轴1平行设置有一中间轴2,所述输入轴1与所述中间轴2之间设置有一个传动机构。所述传动机构包括固定在所述输入轴1上的主动齿轮、空套于所述中间轴2上的从动齿轮,所述主动齿轮和从动齿轮啮合,所述中间轴2上还设置有同步器21及输出齿轮22。本优选实施例中,所述中间轴2有且仅有一根,所述传动机构为四挡结构,低速挡从动齿轮之间有一同步器21并设置在远离发动机一侧,高速挡齿轮之间有一同步器21并设置在靠近发动机一侧。由于本发明轴系简单,机械结构排布方便。
所述输出齿轮22与差速器5的主齿轮啮合。所述差速器位于所述输入轴1的第一端,用于接收所述中间轴2传输来的动力。本发明中齿轮传动、以及同步器的选择与现有技术一致,在此不再赘述。所述中间轴2上还可设有驻车棘轮,也可设置在差速器4上,均处于本发明的保护范畴,不做具体限定。
所述输入轴1与所述发动机之间设置有离合器7,所述离合器7一侧与所述输入轴1连接,另一侧与所述发动机的减震结构8连接。
本发明中,还包括第一电机3和第二电机4,所述第一电机3通过所述传动机构连接至所述差速器5并将电动力传输至所述差速器5,所述第二电机4直连至所述差速器5并将电动力传输至所述差速器5。所述第一电机3通过传动齿组6连接至所述传动机构,所述第二电机4通过传动齿组6直连至所述差速器5。优选的,所述传动齿组6为减速挡齿轮组,设置在短惰轮轴9上。
所述第一电机3和第二电机4采用具有相同轴距的高速高效长轴距电机。优选的,所述高速高效长轴距电机的轴距与所述输入轴1的轴长相当。由于采用两个尺寸、规格相同的电机,使变速器的成本大大降低;而且由于在纯EV工况下,通过两个电机协同工作可提供更大的纯EV驱动功率,即可减小电机单体功率进而降低空间要求和成本压力,因为电机成本随空间增加成线性增加。
优选的,所述第一电机3和第二电机4的电机轴与所述输入轴1平行,轴向方向上所述第一电机3和第二电机4设置在所述输入轴1的两端之间,径向方向上所述第一电机3紧邻所述输入轴1。所述第一电机3至所述输入轴1的距离小于所述差速器5至所述输入轴1的距离。这样的结构可以保证差速器位置与传统变速器位置近似,尽量避免整车副车架的空间更改,并确保差速器短半轴的长度以确保的球笼夹角的设计与配置,并且保证了电机的有效空间和功率;还可以确保整个变速器的重心下移,当车辆发生碰撞时,即使变速器向驾驶室发生翻转,也不会压迫到转向管,极大地提高了整车安全性。
下面简述一下本发明的工作过程。车辆启动时,离合器处于分离状态,以第二电机进行电驱动,当然第一电机同样也能同时提供电驱动。驱动车辆至发动机可在高效经济区工作的车速时,第一电机预先启动发动机并使其在高效经济区车速中介入驱动,实现并联混动。本发明在混动过程中实现所述发动机和驱动电机上的功率相加。
本发明更紧凑,重量轻、体积小,有利于整车搭载。

Claims (10)
1.一种采用双长轴距电机的混动变速器,包括,
一输入轴(1),用于接收发动机动力;
一中间轴(2),与所述输入轴(1)平行设置;
一传动机构,设置在所述输入轴(1)与所述中间轴(2)之间;
一差速器(5),用于接收所述中间轴(2)传输来的动力;
其特征在于:还包括,
第一电机(3)和第二电机(4),
所述第一电机(3)通过所述传动机构连接至所述差速器(5)并将电动力传输至所述差速器(5),所述第二电机(4)直连至所述差速器(5)并将电动力传输至所述差速器(5),所述第一电机(3)和第二电机(4)采用具有相同轴距的高速高效长轴距电机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种采用双长轴距电机的混动变速器,其特征在于:所述高速高效长轴距电机的轴距与所述输入轴(1)的轴长相当。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种采用双长轴距电机的混动变速器,其特征在于:所述第一电机(3)和第二电机(4)的电机轴与所述输入轴(1)平行,轴向方向上所述第一电机(3)和第二电机(4)设置在所述输入轴(1)的两端之间,径向方向上所述第一电机(3)紧邻所述输入轴(1)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种采用双长轴距电机的混动变速器,其特征在于:所述第一电机(3)至所述输入轴(1)的距离小于所述差速器(5)至所述输入轴(1)的距离。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种采用双长轴距电机的混动变速器,其特征在于:所述第一电机(3)通过传动齿组(6)连接至所述传动机构,所述第二电机(4)通过传动齿组(6)直连至所述差速器(5)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种采用双长轴距电机的混动变速器,其特征在于:所述传动齿组(6)为减速挡齿轮组,设置在短惰轮轴(9)上。
7.根据权利要求1至6任一所述的一种采用双长轴距电机的混动变速器,其特征在于:还包括一个离合器(7),设置在所述输入轴(1)与所述发动机之间,一侧与所述输入轴(1)连接,另一侧与所述发动机的减震结构(8)连接。
8.根据权利要求1至6任一所述的一种采用双长轴距电机的混动变速器,其特征在于:所述传动机构包括固定在所述输入轴(1)上的主动齿轮、空套于所述中间轴(2)上的从动齿轮,所述主动齿轮和从动齿轮啮合,所述中间轴(2)上还设置有同步器(21)及输出齿轮(22)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种采用双长轴距电机的混动变速器,其特征在于:所述中间轴(2)有且仅有一根,所述传动机构为四挡结构,低速挡从动齿轮之间有一同步器(21)并设置在远离发动机一侧,高速挡齿轮之间有一同步器(21)并设置在靠近发动机一侧。
10.一种采用双长轴距电机的混动变速器,包括,
一输入轴(1),用于接收发动机动力;
一中间轴(2),与所述输入轴(1)平行设置;
一传动机构,设置在所述输入轴(1)与所述中间轴(2)之间;
一差速器(5),用于接收所述中间轴(2)传输来的动力;
一个离合器(7),设置在所述输入轴(1)与所述发动机之间,一侧与所述输入轴(1)连接,另一侧与所述发动机的减震结构(8)连接;
其特征在于:还包括,
第一电机(3)和第二电机(4),
所述第一电机(3)通过所述传动机构连接至所述差速器(5)并将电动力传输至所述差速器(5),所述第二电机(4)直连至所述差速器(5)并将电动力传输至所述差速器(5),所述第一电机(3)和第二电机(4)采用具有相同轴距的高速高效长轴距电机,所述第一电机(3)和第二电机(4)的电机轴与所述输入轴(1)平行,轴向方向上所述第一电机(3)和第二电机(4)设置在所述输入轴(1)的两端之间,径向方向上所述第一电机(3)紧邻所述输入轴(1),所述第一电机(3)通过传动齿组(6)连接至所述传动机构,所述第二电机(4)通过传动齿组(6)直连至所述差速器(5)。
