技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力车辆技术领域,具体而言,尤其涉及一种辅助电机后置式混动变速器。
背景技术
目前,我国新能源汽车中混合动力汽车发展最为迅速。混合动力汽车是一种使用多种能量来源的车辆,通常是使用液体燃料的常规发动机和使用电能的电机驱动车辆。混合动力汽车可在多种模式下驱动,现阶段的混动变速器一般可以执行发动机单独驱动、电机单独驱动、发动机和电机同时驱动等操作模式。
现有技术中的一种混动变速器,是基于对现有变速器改动最小的前提下,通过在现有变速器上添加一个驱动电机来实现的。但这种形式的混动变速器存在一个致命缺陷,由于差速器、输入轴等的位置限制,增加的驱动电机会使整个变速器的外观轮廓变化较大,新增电机更靠近驾驶室。当车辆发生碰撞时,变速器会向驾驶室发生翻转,进而压迫转向管破坏转向系统,这将极大地降低整车安全性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种在不改变差速器位置的辅助电机后置式混动变速器。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种辅助电机后置式混动变速器,包括,
一输入轴,包括相对的第一端和第二端,所述第一端用于接收发动机动力;
一中间轴,与所述输入轴平行设置;
一离合器,空套设置于所述输入轴上并位于其第一端处;
一空心轴,连接在所述离合器上,并空套设置于所述输入轴上,当离合器闭合时,发动机动力传输住所述空心轴;
一设置在所述空心轴与所述中间轴之间的传动机构,所述传动机构包括同步器及传动齿轮;
一差速器,用于接收所述中间轴传输来的动力;
一辅助电机,通过所述输入轴与所述发动机直接连接,并设置在所述输入轴的所述第二端;
一驱动电机,通过传动齿组将电动力传输至所述差速器,所述驱动电机的电机轴与所述输入轴平行,轴向方向上所述驱动电机设置在所述输入轴的第一端和第二端之间,径向方向上紧邻所述输入轴。
优选的,所述驱动电机至所述输入轴的距离小于所述差速器至所述输入轴的距离。
优选的,所述差速器位于所述输入轴的第一端。
优选的,所述传动机构包括固定在所述空心轴上的主动齿轮、空套于所述中间轴上的从动齿轮,所述主动齿轮和从动齿轮啮合,所述中间轴上设置有同步器及输出齿轮。
优选的,所述中间轴有且仅有一根,所述传动机构为两挡结构,所述从动齿轮均设置在所述输入轴的同一侧。
优选的,所述驱动电机的传动齿组设置在短惰轮轴上并直连到所述差速器。
优选的,所述辅助电机为短轴距扁平电机。

本发明的有益效果主要体现在:
1、将辅助电机设置在输入轴的第二端(即后置),并将驱动电机在轴向方向上设置在输入轴的第一端和第二端之间,在径向方向上紧邻输入轴,可以保证差速器位置与传统变速器位置近似,尽量避免整车副车架的空间更改,并确保差速器短半轴的长度以确保的球笼夹角的设计与配置,另外通过将齿轮布置在靠近发动机段确保驱动电机有足够的空间保证驱动电机的有效空间尽以保证高速电机的空间和功率;
2、驱动电机的特殊位置设置,还可以确保整个变速器的重心下移,当车辆发生碰撞时,即使变速器向驾驶室发生翻转,也不会压迫到转向管,极大地提高了整车安全性;
3、辅助电机通过输入轴与所述发动机的减震单元直接连接,则辅助电机可以完成发动机的启停功能;在发动机工作时通过驱动发电功能将发动机调整到高效工作区,提高燃油效率进而降低排放;辅助电机直连到发动机,通过辅助电机的转子提供转动惯量进而减小常规飞轮质量。

如图1所示,本发明优选实施例揭示了一种辅助电机后置式混动变速器,包括:包括设置在变速器壳体内可自转的输入轴1,包括相对的第一端和第二端,所述输入轴1的第一端连接发动机,用于接收发动机动力。与现有技术一样,所述发动机动力输送途径中会按需设置有减震盘10或飞轮等,提供惯量及稳定输出。
本发明中,变速器壳体内与所述输入轴1平行设置有一中间轴2,一离合器3空套设置于所述输入轴1上并位于其第一端处,一空心轴4连接在所述离合器3上,并空套设置于所述输入轴1上,当离合器闭合时,发动机动力传输住所述空心轴4(具体后文详述)。所述空心轴4与所述中间轴2之间存在有传动机构。所述传动机构包括固定在所述空心轴4上的主动齿轮、空套于所述中间轴2上的从动齿轮,所述主动齿轮和从动齿轮啮合,所述中间轴2上设置有同步器21及输出齿轮22。所述输出齿轮22与差速器5的主齿轮啮合。所述差速器位于所述输入轴1的第一端。所述差速器5用于接收所述中间轴2的动力并传输至车轮。本发明中齿轮传动、以及同步器的选择与现有技术一致,在此不再赘述。
本发明中,所述中间轴2有且仅有一根,所述传动机构为两挡结构,所述从动齿轮均设置在所述输入轴1的同一侧。因此,本发明中发动机动力传输一共只有2个挡位。所述中间轴2上还可设有驻车棘轮,也可设置在差速器4上,均处于本发明的保护范畴,不做具体限定。
本发明中,还包括一个辅助电机7和一个驱动电机8。所述辅助电机7通过所述输入轴1与所述发动机直接连接,并设置在所述输入轴1的所述第二端;所述驱动电机8通过传动齿组6将电动力传输至所述差速器5,所述驱动电机8的电机轴与所述输入轴1平行,轴向方向上所述驱动电机8设置在所述输入轴1的第一端和第二端之间,径向方向上紧邻所述输入轴1。
将辅助电机设置在输入轴的第二端(即后置),并将驱动电机在轴向方向上设置在输入轴的第一端和第二端之间,在径向方向上尽可能地紧邻输入轴,具体的,可以使所述驱动电机8至所述输入轴1的距离小于所述差速器5至所述输入轴1的距离。这样的结构可以保证差速器位置与传统变速器位置近似,尽量避免整车副车架的空间更改,并确保差速器短半轴的长度以确保的球笼夹角的设计与配置,另外通过将齿轮布置在靠近发动机段确保驱动电机有足够的空间保证驱动电机的有效空间尽以保证高速电机的空间和功率;驱动电机的特殊位置设置,还可以确保整个变速器的重心下移,当车辆发生碰撞时,即使变速器向驾驶室发生翻转,也不会压迫到转向管,极大地提高了整车安全性。
本发明中,所述辅助电机7为短轴距扁平电机,所述驱动电机8为高效长轴距电机。这样设计一是可以满足完成发动机的启停功能;在发动机工作时通过驱动发电功能将发动机调整到高效工作区,提高燃油效率进而降低排放;辅助电机直连到发动机,通过辅助电机的转子提供转动惯量进而减小常规飞轮质量;另一是大大提高的驱动电机8的功率完全满足了电驱动的要求。所述驱动电机8的传动齿组6设置在短惰轮轴9上并直连到所述差速器5。
下面简述一下本发明的工作过程。车辆启动时,离合器处于分离状态,以驱动电机进行驱动,驱动车辆至发动机可在高效经济区工作的车速时,辅助电机预先启动发动机并使其在高效经济区车速中介入驱动,实现并联混动。本发明在混动过程中实现所述发动机和驱动电机上的功率相加。又因为功率是衡量汽车最高速度的物理量,功率越大的汽车的最高速度也越大,其爬坡性能以及加速性能也愈好。
本发明更紧凑,重量轻、体积小,有利于整车搭载。

Claims (8)

1.辅助电机后置式混动变速器,包括,
一输入轴(1),包括相对的第一端和第二端,所述第一端用于接收发动机动力;
一中间轴(2),与所述输入轴(1)平行设置;
一离合器(3),空套设置于所述输入轴(1)上并位于其第一端处;
一空心轴(4),连接在所述离合器(3)上,并空套设置于所述输入轴(1)上,当离合器闭合时,发动机动力传输住所述空心轴(4);
一设置在所述空心轴(4)与所述中间轴(2)之间的传动机构,所述传动机构包括同步器及传动齿轮;
一差速器(5),用于接收所述中间轴(2)传输来的动力;
其特征在于:还包括,
一辅助电机(7),通过所述输入轴(1)与所述发动机直接连接,并设置在所述输入轴(1)的所述第二端;
一驱动电机(8),通过传动齿组(6)将电动力传输至所述差速器(5),所述驱动电机(8)的电机轴与所述输入轴(1)平行,轴向方向上所述驱动电机(8)设置在所述输入轴(1)的第一端和第二端之间,径向方向上紧邻所述输入轴(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的辅助电机后置式混动变速器,其特征在于:所述驱动电机(8)至所述输入轴(1)的距离小于所述差速器(5)至所述输入轴(1)的距离。
3.根据权利要求1所述的辅助电机后置式混动变速器,其特征在于:所述差速器位于所述输入轴(1)的第一端。
4.根据权利要求1所述的辅助电机后置式混动变速器,其特征在于:所述传动机构包括固定在所述空心轴(4)上的主动齿轮、空套于所述中间轴(2)上的从动齿轮,所述主动齿轮和从动齿轮啮合,所述中间轴(2)上设置有同步器(21)及输出齿轮(22)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的辅助电机后置式混动变速器,其特征在于:所述中间轴(2)有且仅有一根,所述传动机构为两挡结构,所述从动齿轮均设置在所述输入轴(1)的同一侧。
6.根据权利要求1所述的辅助电机后置式混动变速器,其特征在于:所述驱动电机(8)的传动齿组(6)设置在短惰轮轴(9)上并直连到所述差速器(5)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的辅助电机后置式混动变速器,其特征在于:所述辅助电机(7)为短轴距扁平电机。
8.根据权利要求1所述的辅助电机后置式混动变速器,其特征在于:所述驱动电机(8)为高效长轴距电机。
