Abstract
玉米芯夹心板。本发明涉及一种层状产品,尤其为一种两端面为薄木料片,中间夹层为立竖玉米芯的复合板,该复合板的两端面为单薄板、碎木薄片的板状组合物,中间夹层为密集立竖的玉米芯。单薄板之间以及与立竖玉米芯的两端面之间均涂有粘合剂,并经通电加压设备压制而成。该复合板节约木材显著,有一定的固架,有一定的承载能力,重量轻,造价低,具有弹性、隔音、导热系数小、外形平整、美观,视需要可制成不同厚度,可用于制作门板、床板、家具用板料。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种层状产品,尤其为一种两端面为薄板木料,中间夹层为立竖密集摆放玉米芯的复合板。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,对木质材料的需求量越来越大,导致木料为紧俏产品,价格随之上涨。所需要门板、床板以及做桌子、柜子等家俱用的木板料,有采用复合板作为木板代用料的。
三合板、五合板可作为制作家俱的板料,但需要棱柱、框架作为固架,用木料量大,造价高,且生产板料时投资大,其板料不能利用边角废料、承载能力差,板料易变形;刨花板可由碎木、刨花、锯末经加温加压而成但不足之处是重量大、受潮易变形、生产设备投资大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中上述不足之处而提供一种生产设备投资小、能利用废料、用玉米芯作夹层,能节约木材、具有一定固架一定承载能力、重量轻、有弹性、能隔音、导热系数小、表面光滑、美观的复合板及其制造方法。
本发明的任务是通过以下措施来完成的。
玉米芯夹心板为一种复合板,该复合板的两端面为单薄板、碎木薄片并用粘合剂粘合在一起的板状组合物,中间夹层为立竖密靠在一起的玉米芯段,玉米芯段与垂直的两端板状组合物之间用粘合剂粘合在一起,并经加压加温设备压制而成。具体的制造方法如下:
1 按需要的门板、床板、家俱用板的厚度及长、宽尺寸大小规格要求,在不同的设备上先分别制成相应的单薄板、碎木薄片、等长玉米芯段。
2 在复合板的相应层段相接处涂上粘合剂。
3 在设备上加压加温保温进行压制。
4 对已压制好的复合板四边进行修边(切边、涂粘合剂、镶边条)
5 在设备上对已压制好的复合板的两外端面进行砂光。

具体实施方式
玉米芯夹心板是一种复合板,该复合板的两端面为单薄板1,5,碎木薄片3并用粘合剂(脲醛树脂)粘合在一起的板状组合物,中间夹层为玉米芯7,等长玉米芯段的两端面与两端的板状组合物之间是垂直的,玉米芯7是密集摆放的,并用粘合剂粘合在一起。具体的制造方法是:
(1)按需要的门板、床板、家俱用板的厚度及长、宽尺寸大小规格要求,在旋板机设备上先制成相应的单薄板1,5,碎木薄片3,在立式或卧式的多片等距铣刀设备上,铣切成等长玉米芯段。
(2)在复合板的相应层、段相接处涂上粘合剂,即板面间单薄板1涂上粘合剂2后贴上碎木薄片3,再涂上粘合剂4,贴上单薄板5,再涂上粘合剂6,立竖密集摆上玉米芯7,同法搞好另一端的板状组合物,该板状组合物的一个面上涂上粘合剂9后,与立竖玉米芯7的另一端面相连粘合在一起。
(3)在设有中温(60℃-70℃)的设备上通电加压3小时。
(4)对已压制好的复合板四侧边进行修边(切边、涂粘合剂、镶木边条)。
(5)在设备上对已压制好的复合板的两外端面进行砂光。
上述涂粘合剂(脲醛树脂)的方法可采用机涂法,亦可采用手工涂法。
该复合板的中间夹层,因立竖玉米芯7的内外表面粗糙、中间有空隙,形成这种复合板与等厚的其它木板相比,具有弹性、隔音、导热系数小。从附图1中看出,这种复合板的木质层(板状组合物)厚度与玉米芯层的厚度相比是薄得多。在2cm厚的复合板中,木质层占复合板厚度的20%,玉米芯层占80%;在4cm的复合板中,木质层占复合板厚度的15.4%,而玉米芯层占复合板厚度的84.6%。在重量上 同样的长、宽、高结构尺寸,玉米芯夹心板的重量是刨花板重量的50%,以普通三开大立柜家俱为例:用三合板、棱木料制作,材料费需150元,人工时需30元,人工时费用与材料费之比为1∶5;若用玉米芯夹心板制作,材料费需50元,人工时需10元,人工时费用与材料费之比为1∶5。相应比起来,同一工人制作同样大的普通三开大立柜,用三合板、棱木料制作需150+30=180(元),而用玉米芯夹心板制作需50+10=60(元),也就是前者的费用是后者费用的三倍,前者人工时是后者人工时的三倍。
用玉米夹心板制作门板时,在门板的钉合页处,上暗锁处应采用一定厚度的小木板或板条,玉米芯段的厚度应高于小木板或板条厚度1-1.5mm,以保证该复合板加温、加压而成。这种小木板或板条与上下端面的板状组合物之间仍用粘合剂相粘合在一起。
玉米夹夹心板中所采用的玉米芯含水量为8-12%,玉米芯的价格20元/m3,玉米芯夹心板的价格700元/m3。用玉米芯夹心板制成的床板:长×宽×厚为2000×700×39,两端支撑,80kg体重的人站在门板中间,床板略有变形,人离开后,床板恢复原状(床板有弹性)。
本发明相比现有技术,具有如下优点:
1.该复合板能充分利用廉价的玉米芯作夹层,能利用边、角废木料,故而该复合板节省木材显著。
2.该复合板具有一定的固架,有一定的承载能力,重量轻.有弹性.能隔音.导热系数小.表面光滑.美观.不易变形,可用作门板.床板.家俱用板的板料。
3.该复合板制作工艺合理,易制造,所用的生产加工设备投资小。
Claims (1)
1.玉米芯夹心板,该玉米芯夹心板的两端面为单薄板、碎木薄片并用粘合剂粘合在一起的板状组合物,中间夹层为立竖密靠在一起的玉米芯段,玉米芯段与垂直的两端板状组合物之间用粘合剂粘合在一起,并经加压加温设备压制而成,具体的制造方法如下:
(1)按需要的门板、床板、家俱用板的厚度及长、宽尺寸大小规格要求,在不同的设备上先分别制成相应的单薄板、碎木薄片、等长玉米芯段;
(2)在复合板的相应层段相接处涂上粘合剂;
(3)在设备上加压加温保温进行压制;
(4) 对已压制好的复合板四边进行修边(切边、涂粘合剂、镶边条);
(5)在设备上对已压制好的复合板的两外端面进行砂光。
