本发明要解决的问题是提供一种符合国六标准的天然气后处理器总成,有效降低尾气中污染物的排放,满足国六标准。其主要包括封装单元,内部设有封装空腔,所述封装空腔的前端设有前载体、后端设有后载体,所述前载体和后载体均为蜂窝状载体,所述前载体的孔内涂覆有Pt、Pd、Rh贵金属涂层,所述后载体的孔内涂覆有Pt贵金属涂层;进气管总成,连通所述封装单元的前端;出气管总成,连通所述封装单元的后端。

一种符合国六标准的天然气后处理器总成
技术领域
本发明涉及天然气排气系统领域,具体涉及一种符合国六标准的天然气后处理器总成。
背景技术
随着机动车保有量的快速增长,我国大中城市的空气污染逐渐转变为煤烟和机动车排放为主的复合型污染,NOx成为很多城市最为突出的大气污染问题。机动车排放是城市大气中NOx的主要来源之一。而在机动车排放的NOx中,重型商用车的贡献日益突出,占60%以上。尽管重型商用车的保有量不高,但其单车排放很高,减少重型商用车的排放已成为机动车减排的重中之重。为了控制重型商用车的污染排放,我国已于2018年6月颁布GB 17691《重型柴油车污染物排放限值及测量方法(中国第六阶段)》,其中天然气车于2019年7月1日实施国六a排放标准。为使天然气车达到国六排放标准,需设计出满足环保法规要求的后处理器总成。
现有天然气后处理器总成主要存在以下几个方面问题:
一是后处理器总成不能满足国六排放标准要求;
二是后处理器总成内部结构设计不合理,载体入口气流分布不均匀,导致部分载体利用率低,影响NOx转化效率;
三是后处理器总成内部温度损失大,达不到污染物要求的反应温度(500℃),转化效率低,导致污染物超过排放限值。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种符合国六标准的天然气后处理器总成,有效降低尾气中污染物的排放,满足国六标准。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种符合国六标准的天然气后处理器总成,包括有,
封装单元,内部设有封装空腔,所述封装空腔的前端设有前载体、后端设有后载体,所述前载体和后载体均为蜂窝状载体,所述前载体的孔内涂覆有Pt、Pd、Rh贵金属涂层,所述后载体的孔内涂覆有Pt贵金属涂层;
进气管总成,连通所述封装单元的前端;
出气管总成,连通所述封装单元的后端。
进一步的,所述前载体内的Pt、Pd、Rh含量比例为(2.5~3.5):(6~7):1。
进一步的,所述进气管总成靠近封装单元的一段管道截面变小,所述进气管总成与封装单元的连接处为圆弧面过度。
进一步的,所述出气管总成的首端设有延伸至封装空腔内的穿孔管,所述穿孔管的管壁上设有若干个穿孔。
进一步的,所述封装单元、进气管总成、出气管总成的外壁上均设有保温壳,所述保温壳的外层为不锈钢壳体,内层为玻璃纤维保温棉。
进一步的,所述前载体为三元催化转化器,所述后载体为氨过滤器,所述前载体和后载体的孔目数为400目,Pt、Pd、Rh贵金属涂层厚度为35~45μm;封装单元的壳体由SUS441不锈钢板卷制、焊接、整形而成。
本发明与现有技术相比所取得的有益效果如下:
1、前载体涂覆Pt、Pd、Rh贵金属涂层,后载体涂覆Pt贵金属涂层,前载体将尾气中的CO、HC、NOx等有害气体通过氧化和还原作用分别转变为无害的CO2、N2、H2O,后载体将尾气中的NH3通过氧化反应转变为无害的N2,从而有效降低尾气中污染物的排放,满足国六排放法规要求;
2、所述进气管总成靠近封装单元的一段管道截面变小,所述进气管总成与封装单元的连接处为圆弧面过度,保证尾气在前载体入口面气流分布均匀,满足国六后处理器设计要求;
3、保温壳的外层为不锈钢壳体,内层为玻璃纤维保温棉,既能减小内部温度损失又能保证后处理器外侧强度;后处理器结构简单,便于加工生产,同时采用不锈钢板制作,可有效解决后处理器腐蚀问题,且无需表面处理。

下面结合附图对本发明进一步详细的说明。所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“首”、“尾”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
如图1-3所示,本发明提供一种符合国六标准的天然气后处理器总成,其主要包括封装单元1、进气管总成2和出气管总成3三大部分。封装单元1的壳体由SUS441不锈钢板卷制、焊接、整形而成,其内部形成直径为320.5mm的封装空腔,封装空腔的前端通过载体衬垫6安装有前载体4、后端安装有后载体5,所述前载体4和后载体5均为蜂窝状载体,所述前载体4的孔内涂覆有40μm厚的Pt、Pd、Rh贵金属涂层,Pt、Pd、Rh含量比例为3:6:1,所述后载体5的孔内涂覆有40μm厚的Pt贵金属涂层。本实施例中,前载体4为三元催化转化器,所述后载体5为氨过滤器,载体的孔目数为400目,每平方英寸有400个正方形的孔,孔边长为1.16mm。载体衬垫6的材质为多晶纤维,能够给前、后两载体提供足够的保持力。
封装单元1和前载体4、后载体5可以采用GBD自动化生产线封装,封装时,GBD自动化生产线测量前载体4和后载体5的外径以及载体衬垫6质量后,根据提前输入的GBD值计算出封装间隙,再将包裹载体衬垫6后的涂覆后的载体压装到封装单元1的壳体内,最后根据计算出的封装间隙对封装单元1的壳体进行缩径。如此,封装单元1封装完成,以上工序全部为自动化生产,保证封装单元1的机械性能及一致性,这是现有技术,在此不详细说明。
进气管总成2连通所述封装单元1的前端,进气管总成2靠近封装单元1的一段管道截面变小,其内径为117mm,所述进气管总成2与封装单元1的连接处为圆弧面过度,从而减小零部件结构对气流产生的阻力,减少涡流、湍流的产生,有利于气流的分布均匀。出气管总成3连通所述封装单元1的后端。出气管总成3的首端设有延伸至封装空腔内的穿孔管7,所述穿孔管7的管壁上设有若干个穿孔,一是用来排出后处理器内部产生的冷凝水,二是降低后处理器低频噪声。为了保温隔热效果,封装单元1、进气管总成2、出气管总成3的外壁上均设有保温壳8,所述保温壳8的外层为不锈钢壳体,内层为玻璃纤维保温棉,既能减小内部温度损失又能保证后处理器外侧强度。封装单元1和出气管总成3的外壁之间通过固定板进行连接,这样避免出气管总成3处于悬臂状态。
本发明具体工作原理如下:
尾气通过进气管总成2依次经过前载体4和后载体5的蜂窝孔,经过前载体4时,在Pt、Pd、Rh催化作用下,将尾气中的CO、HC、NOx等有害气体通过氧化和还原作用分别转变为无害的CO2、N2、H2O。具体反应式如下:

经过后载体5时,在Pt催化作用下,将尾气中的NH3通过氧化反应转变为无害的N2。具体反应式如下:
4NH3+3O2→2N2+6H2O。
从而经过前载体4和后载体5,从而有效降低尾气中污染物的排放,满足国六排放法规要求。

1.一种符合国六标准的天然气后处理器总成,其特征在于,包括有,
封装单元,内部设有封装空腔,所述封装空腔的前端设有前载体、后端设有后载体,所述前载体和后载体均为蜂窝状载体,所述前载体的孔内涂覆有Pt、Pd、Rh贵金属涂层,所述后载体的孔内涂覆有Pt贵金属涂层;
进气管总成,连通所述封装单元的前端;
出气管总成,连通所述封装单元的后端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的天然气后处理器总成,其特征在于,所述前载体内的Pt、Pd、Rh含量比例为(2.5~3.5):(6~7):1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的天然气后处理器总成,其特征在于,所述进气管总成靠近封装单元的一段管道截面变小,所述进气管总成与封装单元的连接处为圆弧面过度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的天然气后处理器总成,其特征在于,所述出气管总成的首端设有延伸至封装空腔内的穿孔管,所述穿孔管的管壁上设有若干个穿孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的天然气后处理器总成,其特征在于,所述封装单元、进气管总成、出气管总成的外壁上均设有保温壳,所述保温壳的外层为不锈钢壳体,内层为玻璃纤维保温棉。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的天然气后处理器总成,其特征在于,所述前载体为三元催化转化器,所述后载体为氨过滤器,所述前载体和后载体的孔目数为400目,Pt、Pd、Rh贵金属涂层厚度为35~45μm;封装单元的壳体由SUS441不锈钢板卷制、焊接、整形而成。
