Abstract

本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体公开一种水性防火功能质感涂料及其制备方法。所述水性防火功能质感涂料通过对乳液、阻燃剂及助剂等进行选择,使涂料在具有防火性能的前提下,还具有较高的粘结力、耐水耐热性等。本发明防火功能质感涂料的制备方法通过控制原料的加入顺序和搅拌条件,使原料间的充分混合并避免不良反应的发生,制得的涂料贮存稳定好,涂层性能优异。

一种水性防火功能质感涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种水性防火功能质感涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
质感涂料是一种以乳液、助剂和砂料为主要成分的厚浆型涂料,兼具无机材料的外观及装饰性、耐候性以及树脂涂料的防水和柔韧性,广泛应用在建筑和装饰领域中。出于对涂料功能的要求,目前已有多种功能质感涂料,如隔热、自洁等。防火涂料是建筑功能涂料中重要的一个分支,开发防火功能质感涂料也就具有广阔的市场前景。
目前防火涂料中多选择采用防火乳液并添加阻燃剂来实现防火功能,但是质感涂料相对较为厚重,常用的防火乳液和阻燃剂添加到质感涂料体系中往往会降低涂层的性能,如附着性、抗裂性、耐水性和耐热性等。因此研究同时具有防火功能和优异的涂层性能的质感涂料具有重要意义。
发明内容
针对现有质感涂料不具有防火功能、防火涂料又不能满足质感涂料性能等问题,本发明提供一种防火功能质感涂料。
为达到上述发明目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种水性防火功能质感涂料,包括以下质量百分比的组分:

其中,所述弹性防火乳液为质量比1:1-2的弹性乳液和偏氯乳液的混合物。
本发明选择特定比例的弹性乳液和偏氯乳液作为涂料主体,偏氯乳液具有防火性能,同时还具有较好的韧性,满足质感涂料对质感的需求。但偏氯乳液在较高的使用温度(高于50℃)下容易产生蠕变现象,使涂层与基体的附着力下降,容易脱落,耐水耐热性能不够理想。纤维素虽然具有一定的提高附着力的功能,但在本发明的防火质感涂料体系中是远远不够的。本发明通过添加特定含量的木质纤维和八氯丙基笼型倍半硅氧烷,在体系中形成复杂的平面和空间网状结构,增强涂层的抗蠕变性能,提高对基材的附着力,同时八氯丙基笼型倍半硅氧烷还作为阻燃剂,增加了涂料中卤素的含量,进一步提高了防火性能。
可选地,所述弹性乳液为苯丙乳液、纯丙乳液、硅丙乳液和聚氨酯乳液中的至少一种。上述乳液具有较好的弹性,有利于提高涂料的质感。
可选地,所述纤维素为羟乙基纤维素、纤维素醚和羧甲基羟乙基纤维素中的至少一种。
可选地,所述填料为高岭土和重钙中的至少一种。
可选地,所述润湿剂的HLB值为12-15。
可选地,所述分散剂为聚羧酸钠盐。
可选地,所述木质纤维的长度小于1mm,直径1-50μm。
可选地,所述中和剂为2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇。
可选地,所述消泡剂为矿物油类、有机硅类、聚醚类消泡剂中的至少一种;和/或:
可选地,所述防腐杀菌剂为异噻唑啉酮类防腐杀菌剂。
可选地,所述彩砂为石英砂、钙砂和烧结砂中的至少一种;和/或:
可选地,所述增稠剂为非离子聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂。
上述可选组分在本发明涂料体系中有利于提高涂料的整体性能。
本发明通过对乳液、阻燃剂及助剂等进行选择,使涂料在具有防火性能的前提下,还具有较高的粘结力、耐水耐热性等。
本发明还提供上述水性防火功能质感涂料的制备方法,具体为:在400-600r/min搅拌下,依次将纤维素、分散剂、润湿剂和消泡剂加入去离子水中,搅拌1-2min,提高转速至700-900r/min,依次加入钛白粉和填料,再提高转速至1000-1200r/min,高速分散至细度≤55μm,然后在400-600r/min下加入木质纤维和阻燃剂,分散5-10min,再加入弹性防火乳液和防霉杀菌剂,搅拌2-3min后加入彩砂和增稠剂,搅拌10-15min即得。
通过控制原料的加入顺序和搅拌条件,使原料间的充分混合并避免不良反应的发生,制得的涂料贮存稳定好,涂层性能优异。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1-3
实施例1-3的原料质量百分比如下表所示:

其中,实施例1-3的弹性乳液分别为苯丙乳液、纯丙乳液和聚氨酯乳液;实施例1和2的填料为高岭土,实施例3的填料为重钙;实施例1-3的纤维素为羧甲基羟乙基纤维素,润湿剂为陶氏BD-109,分散剂为HT-5050,中和剂为2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇,消泡剂为诺普科SN1360,防腐杀菌剂为SIG复合防腐剂,增稠剂为SN-612。
实施例1-3防火功能质感涂料的制备方法为:在400-600r/min搅拌下,依次将纤维素、分散剂、润湿剂和消泡剂加入去离子水中,搅拌1-2min,提高转速至700-900r/min,依次加入钛白粉和填料,再提高转速至1000-1200r/min,高速分散至细度≤55μm,然后在400-600r/min下加入木质纤维和阻燃剂,分散5-10min,再加入弹性防火乳液和防霉杀菌剂,搅拌2-3min后加入彩砂和增稠剂,搅拌10-15min即得。
对比例1
用氯化石蜡代替实施例1中的八氯丙基笼型倍半硅氧烷,其余与实施例1相同。
为了更好的说明本发明实施例提供的防火功能质感涂料的特性,下面将实施例1-3和对比例1制备的涂料进行性能检测,检测标准包括JG/T24-2018《合成树脂乳液砂壁状建筑涂料》、GB24408—2009《建筑用外墙涂料中有害物质限量》、GB14907-2002《钢结构防火涂料》中的WCB型,结果如表1所示。

1.一种水性防火功能质感涂料,其特征在于,由以下质量百分比的组分组成:
弹性防火乳液12-15%,
纤维素0.3-0.4%,
钛白粉1.5-2%,
填料1.5-2%,
润湿剂0.2-0.3%,
分散剂0.5-0.6%,
木质纤维0.02-0.04%,
八氯丙基笼型倍半硅氧烷3-5%,
中和剂0.1-0.2%,
消泡剂0.2-0.4%,
防腐杀菌剂0.4-0.6%,
石英砂55-65%
增稠剂0.5-1% ,
去离子水余量;
其中,所述弹性防火乳液为质量比1:(1-2)的弹性乳液和偏氯乳液的混合物;
所述弹性乳液为苯丙乳液、纯丙乳液、硅丙乳液和聚氨酯乳液中的至少一种;
所述木质纤维的长度小于1mm,直径1-50μm。
2.如权利要求1所述的水性防火功能质感涂料,其特征在于,所述纤维素为羟乙基纤维素和羧甲基羟乙基纤维素中的至少一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的水性防火功能质感涂料,其特征在于,所述填料为高岭土和重钙中的至少一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的水性防火功能质感涂料,其特征在于,所述润湿剂的HLB值为12-15;
所述分散剂为聚羧酸钠盐。
5.如权利要求1所述的水性防火功能质感涂料,其特征在于,所述中和剂为2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇。
6.如权利要求1所述的水性防火功能质感涂料,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为矿物油类、有机硅类、聚醚类消泡剂中的至少一种;
所述防腐杀菌剂为异噻唑啉酮类防腐杀菌剂。
7.如权利要求1所述的水性防火功能质感涂料,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为非离子聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂。
