本发明提供了一种抗炎抗氧化抗皱稻糟精华液,包括以下质量百分比的组分:稻糟提取物50‑80%;去离子水30%‑50%;甘油2%‑5%;丁二醇2%‑5%;辛甘醇1%‑2%;Γ‑聚谷氨酸1%‑2%;大分子量透明质酸钠0.1%‑0.2%;小分子量透明质酸钠0.1%‑0.2%。本发明还提供了上述抗炎抗氧化抗皱稻糟精华液的制备方法。本发明应用超声波提取法提取稻糟,能够有效提取稻糟中的阿魏酸、多糖以及各种氨基酸类物质,活性成分损失小,提取效率高;本发明将稻糟提取物与大小分子量的透明质酸钠以及γ‑聚谷氨酸进行复配,使其具有抗炎抗氧化以及抗皱的复合功能,且质地温和,易吸收,无刺激,符合人们对化妆品安全有效性的要求,应用前景广阔。

本发明属于化妆品技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗炎抗氧化抗皱稻糟精华液及其制备方法。
背景技术
酒文化在中国历史悠久,酿酒产业是中国的几个主要产业之一,2018年白酒行业的产品销售收入为8122亿,由此可见白酒行业的产能之大。稻糟为酿酒行业的副产品,为酒糟的一种,但由于其含有30%-40%的粗纤维,之地粗糙,营养价值低,不适合作为饲料饲喂。因此,对稻糟的合理利用对于中国的可持续发展是十分有利的。
发明内容
为解决上述缺陷,本发明的目的是在于研发一种精华液,采用合理的提取方式,将稻糟作为其主要化妆品原料进行合理利用。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种抗炎抗氧化抗皱稻糟精华液,包括以下质量百分比的组分:
稻糟提取物50-80%;
去离子水30%-50%;
甘油2%-5%;
丁二醇2%-5%;
辛甘醇1%-2%;
Γ-聚谷氨酸1%-2%;
大分子量透明质酸钠0.1%-0.2%;
小分子量透明质酸钠0.1%-0.2%。
优选的,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:
稻糟提取物50%;
去离子水39.8%;
甘油2%;
丁二醇5%;
辛甘醇2%;
Γ-聚谷氨酸1%;
大分子量透明质酸钠0.1%;
小分子量透明质酸钠0.1%。
优选的,所述大分子量透明质酸钠分子量为140万,所述小分子量透明质酸钠为10万。
本发明还提供了一种制备上述抗炎抗氧化抗皱稻糟精华液的方法,所述的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:取发酵后的稻糟原料于烘箱中温度烘干,烘干温度为40℃-50℃,直至其含水量为0.5%-5%;
步骤二:取烘干后的稻糟原料,按固液比为1:15-20的比例用去离子水超声提取,超声温度为55-65℃,超声提取时间为25-35min,超声频率为35-45kHz;
步骤三:超声后依次用1μm滤纸板,0.45μm滤膜过滤,即得稻糟提取物;
步骤四:将各组分按质量比加入后,加热搅拌至透明均一溶液,加热温度为40℃-50℃,后冷却至室温,成品密封保存。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的制备方法应用超声波提取法提取稻糟,能够有效提取稻糟中的阿魏酸、多糖以及各种氨基酸类物质,活性成分损失小,提取效率高。在同一细胞系中研究阿魏酸对炎症蛋白的作用关系,结果阿魏酸可使该蛋白的产生量急剧减少,因此含有阿魏酸的稻糟精华液具有一定的抗炎功效;有研究表明阿魏酸能巧灭自由基,恢复生命体的正常机能,阿魏酸可使生命体产生自由基的酶受到抑制,在此基础上,还可使清除自由基的酶增加。同时阿魏酸能大大增强醒还原酶、谷化甘化转硫酶的活性,控制活性酪氨酸酶的比例。Zhouen等研究表明阿魏酸的抗氧化作用显著,对过氧化氨、超氧自由基、羟自由基、过氧化硝基等都有良好的清除效果,而本发明中稻糟精华液的清除DPPH自由基测试也表明本精华液具有良好的抗氧化效果;稻糟提取物中含有的植物多糖以及精华液中的γ-聚谷氨酸,结合大小分子量的透明质酸钠,使本精华液具有良好的保湿抗皱功效。且质地温和,易吸收,无刺激,符合人们对化妆品安全有效性的要求,应用前景广阔。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1:
本实施例1的具有抗炎抗氧化抗皱复合功效的精华液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:取发酵后的稻糟原料,烘箱40℃-50℃烘干至含水量为0.5%-5%;
步骤二:取烘干后的稻糟原料,按固液比为1:15-20的比例用去离子水60℃超声提取30min,超声频率为40kHz;
步骤三:超声后依次用1μm滤纸板,0.45μm滤膜过滤,即得稻糟提取物;
步骤四:将各组分按质量比加入后,40℃-50℃加热搅拌至透明均一溶液,冷却至室温,成品密封保存。
其中,本实施例1中的各组分质量比为:
稻糟提取物50%;去离子水39.8%;甘油2%;丁二醇5%;辛甘醇2%;Γ-聚谷氨酸1%;140万分子量透明质酸钠0.1%;10万分子量透明质酸钠0.1%。
关于实施例1中所得的稻糟精华液清除DPPH自由基测试
一、试剂准备
(1)3.943mgDPPH用95%乙醇定容至50mL;
(2)10mg左右Trolox用95%乙醇定容至100mL;
(3)稻糟精华液。
二、实验步骤
(1) UV校零,95%乙醇作为空白样。
(2)预实验(DPPH浓度选择)。
500μL DPPH+1000μL 95%乙醇震荡10s,静置10min,测吸光度值(520nm处吸光度值0.45-0.55,则可作为以下实验DPPH溶液)。
(3)Trolox的测定

C: (样品溶剂+95%乙醇 )/1000μL+DPPH 500μL;
CB: (样品溶剂+95%乙醇)/1000μL+95%乙醇500μL;
加入DPPH或95%乙醇后,震荡10s,静置10min。
(5)分别在520nm处测吸光度,制作表格,作图,得IC50值,
计算公式 :抑制率(%)=[1-(S-SB)/(C-CB)]*100。

稻糟提取物50-80%;
