Abstract
本发明涉及一种治疗泻泄的药物，其特征是它由中药黄莲、血余炭、苦矾、花椒等加西药甲硝唑制成的药物。其特点是：结合了中西药的优点，既不同于传统中药剂量大，显效慢，又避免了西药常见的副作用，不仅效果好，而且药效快，不仅治标而且治本，服用方便，疗效显著，治愈率高，远程复发率低；药物原料易得，成本低，患者容易接受，经临床试用，是目前治疗泻泄比较理想的药物。

本发明涉及一种治疗泻泄的药物。
肠炎在我国传统医学中归属于泻泄的范畴，在西医病理学中归类于炎症。目前，在我国人群中发病率较高，且病程长，难以彻底治愈，尤其是慢性肠炎、结肠炎，病程可长达十到二十年，患此病后，症状表现为腹痛、腹泄，每日可泻数次，甚至十数次，时间一长，会令患者食欲下降，体重锐减，浑身乏力，精神不振，患此病者身体素质明显下降，甚至可丧失劳动能力，如不慎产生并发症或炎症急性加重时需外科手术才能解决，且手术后远程复发率高，效果不太理想。患此病者体征大多表现为面黄肌瘦、纳差、营养不良。有一部分久治不愈的患者甚至对治疗丧失了信心，放弃治疗，听之任之，如此一来，对身心健康影响极大，也影响到正常的工作、学习和生活。对家庭和社会也造成了不良影响。目前用来治疗肠炎的药物大多为单纯的中药制剂或纯西药制剂，它们各有优势，同时也存在着弊端。如单纯采用中药进行治疗，虽疗效好，可治本，但治疗时间太长，用药剂量大，显效慢，患者会失去耐心，而单纯采用西药治疗，虽显效快，但复发率高，难以彻底根治。
本发明的目的是提供一种理论上以中医为主，西医为辅的中西医结合的药物，这种药物与现有技术相比可取其优势，去其弊端，最终达到标本兼制的目的。
本发明是一种以中药为主辅以西药甲硝唑而制成的中西医结合的药物，中药药物为：黄莲、血余炭、苦矾、花椒、乌梅、当归、青岱七味中药。各药物在配比中的含量为黄莲3份、血余炭1份、苦矾1份、花椒1份、乌梅1份、当归1份、青岱1份、甲硝唑1份。本发明药物制做方法是：黄莲：粉碎；血余炭：为头发放釜内焙烧成炭；苦矾：为药用明矾炼制成自絮状；花椒：粉碎；乌梅：去渣和核，焙干粉碎；当归：焙干粉碎；青岱：粉状；甲硝唑：形成粉末。上述各药物分别加工后过200目筛，按上述比例同时放入反应釜内彻底搅拌均匀，然后制成胶囊，每粒胶囊重0.5克。
本发明的各药物的药性及药理作用是：黄莲，苦寒，具有清热解毒、燥湿、止泻痢作用；血余炭，苦平，具有止血活血消瘀、止泻痢、收敛溃疡作用；苦矾，凉，具收敛、止泄作用，可治久泄久痢；花椒，温、具温胃散寒、止寒泻久痢作用；乌梅，酸温，具收敛、止泄作用；当归，性平，具活血、补血、滋补作用；青岱，寒，具清热解毒、治热毒泄痢作用；甲硝唑，具有杀虫抗菌、止泄、止慢性泻痢作用。
本发明的服用方法是：口服，每日三--四次，每次4--6粒，饭后服用，15天为一疗程；轻度患者服一疗程，重度患者服二至三疗程。
本发明与现有技术相比其积极效果是：既不同于传统中药制剂量大，显效慢，又避免了西药中常见的毒副作用，取中西医药之长，药品具有中药的制本作用，加入适量西药，使药效增快，经患者服用，普遍反映服用方便效果良好，无副作用。经对比试验，本发明的药物有效率97％，治愈率在90％以上，经多年随访调查，远程复发率极低；本发明药物原料易得，成本低，重症患者仅需百余元就可治愈顽疾，因此本发明的药物具有广阔的市场潜力。
