Abstract
The invention discloses a deoiling plant laundry detergent which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-60 parts of soap base, 6-10 parts of oil tea powder, 6-10 parts of almond powder, 10-20 parts of sodium carbonate, 10-20 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 5-10 parts of active protease, 10-20 parts of emulsifier, 5-10 parts of lemon essence and 50-75 parts of deionized water. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the deoiling plant laundry detergent. The deoiling plant laundry detergent disclosed by the invention can effectively remove oil stains and is low in cost.

A preparation method of a deoiling plant laundry detergent is specifically implemented according to the following steps:
step 1, weighing raw materials of each component according to the weight part requirement;
step 2, sequentially adding the soap base, sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, an emulsifier and deionized water into a high-speed stirrer, and stirring and mixing to obtain a mixture I;

sequentially adding soap base, sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, an emulsifier and deionized water into a high-speed stirrer with the rotating speed of 100r/min, and stirring and mixing for 40min to obtain a mixture I; heating the mixture I at 50 deg.C, sequentially adding active protease and lemon essence into the mixture I, heating at low temperature for 10min, stopping heating, and slowly cooling to room temperature to obtain mixture II; and adding the oil tea powder and the almond powder into the mixture II in sequence, putting the mixture II into a low-speed stirrer with the rotating speed of 80r/min, uniformly stirring for 6min, and adding a defoaming agent until foams disappear to obtain the deoiling plant laundry detergent.

A deoiling plant laundry detergent is prepared by the following steps: according to the weight parts, 15 parts of polyethylene glycol, 6 parts of glutamic acid, 10 parts of lauryl alcohol, 10 parts of phenoxyethanol, 15 parts of ethanol, 10 parts of gel auxiliary agent, 18 parts of lemon essential oil and 65 parts of deionized water; weighing raw materials of each component according to the weight part requirement; sequentially adding soap base, sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, an emulsifier and deionized water into a high-speed stirrer with the rotating speed of 95r/min, and stirring and mixing for 30min to obtain a mixture I; heating the mixture I at 40 deg.C, sequentially adding active protease and lemon essence into the mixture I, heating at low temperature for 6min, stopping heating, and slowly cooling to room temperature to obtain mixture II; and adding the oil tea powder and the almond powder into the mixture II in sequence, putting the mixture II into a low-speed stirrer with the rotating speed of 70r/min, uniformly stirring for 10min, and adding a defoaming agent until foams disappear to obtain the deoiling plant laundry detergent.

A deoiling plant laundry detergent is prepared by the following steps: 50 parts of soap base, 7 parts of oil tea powder, 8 parts of almond powder, 16 parts of sodium carbonate, 18 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 7 parts of active protease, 16 parts of emulsifier, 7 parts of lemon essence and 68 parts of deionized water; weighing raw materials of each component according to the weight part requirement; sequentially adding soap base, sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, an emulsifier and deionized water into a high-speed stirrer with the rotating speed of 93r/min, and stirring and mixing for 36min to obtain a mixture I; heating the mixture I at 42 deg.C, sequentially adding active protease and lemon essence into the mixture I, heating at low temperature for 6min, stopping heating, and slowly cooling to room temperature to obtain mixture II; and adding the oil tea powder and the almond powder into the mixture II in sequence, putting the mixture II into a low-speed stirrer with the rotating speed of 65r/min, uniformly stirring for 7min, and adding a defoaming agent until foams disappear to obtain the deoiling plant laundry detergent.

A deoiling plant laundry detergent is prepared by the following steps: 58 parts of soap base, 9 parts of oil tea powder, 7 parts of almond powder, 11 parts of sodium carbonate, 11 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 6 parts of active protease, 12 parts of emulsifier, 6 parts of lemon essence and 73 parts of deionized water; weighing raw materials of each component according to the weight part requirement; sequentially adding soap base, sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, an emulsifier and deionized water into a high-speed stirrer with the rotating speed of 98r/min, and stirring and mixing for 20min to obtain a mixture I; heating the mixture I at 45 deg.C, sequentially adding active protease and lemon essence into the mixture I, heating at low temperature for 7min, stopping heating, and slowly cooling to room temperature to obtain mixture II; and adding the oil tea powder and the almond powder into the mixture II in sequence, putting the mixture II into a low-speed stirrer with the rotating speed of 75r/min, uniformly stirring for 7min, and adding a defoaming agent until foams disappear to obtain the deoiling plant laundry detergent.
