Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical disinfection, in particular to a portable disinfection device for an anesthesia department.
Background
The anesthesia technology is very critical for patients to successfully receive surgical treatment under painless and safe conditions, however, due to the particularity of some instruments required for anesthesia, sometimes the instruments cannot be disinfected together with other medical instruments, so that the problem of inconvenience in disinfection of the anesthesia instruments is caused, most of the existing disinfection devices are single in disinfection mode, for example, the Chinese patent publication No. CN 200810096018.0 discloses a disinfection device which is too heavy, inconvenient to carry and transport, large capital investment in the disinfection field of hospitals, inconvenient to place disinfected instruments and incapable of well meeting the portable disinfection field of the anesthesia department, so that the development of a portable anesthesia disinfection device for the anesthesia department is urgently needed to overcome the defects, and a convenient and fast cleaning and disinfection mode is provided for the anesthesia operation.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a portable sterilization device for an anesthesia department, which realizes sterilization treatment of appliances and test tubes of the anesthesia department through a compact design, and realizes sterilization of the appliances and the test tubes of the anesthesia department conveniently and quickly by adopting an atomization sterilization device.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a portable anesthesia apparatus comprising: the automatic door opening device, the disinfectant storage box, the rotating plate, the rotating disc, the main body frame, the storage device, the test tube cleaning device, the disinfectant control device and the atomization disinfection device;
the automatic door opening device is arranged on the main body frame at the front end of the storage device;
storing device is used for depositing and treats the washing utensil, and tube cleaning device is used for depositing and treats the washing test tube, atomizing degassing unit realizes the washing to utensil and test tube with the cooperation of tube cleaning device blowout after atomizing antiseptic solution.

the test tube brush is provided with a second gear shaft, a bevel gear of the second gear shaft is meshed with a bevel gear of the first gear shaft, the bevel gear of the first gear shaft is meshed with the first gear, the second gear is meshed with the third gear, the second gear is fixedly installed on the second gear shaft, and the first gear is connected with a driving motor shaft.
Further, the sterilizing liquid control apparatus includes: the hydraulic support comprises a first support, a coupler, a second support, a hydraulic motor, a first connecting pipe, a control valve, a second connecting pipe, a third support, a filter, a third connecting pipe and a driving motor;
the driving motor is fixedly installed on the first support, the hydraulic motor is fixedly installed on the second support, the first connecting pipe is fixedly installed on the hydraulic motor, the filter is fixedly installed on the third support, the control valve is fixedly installed on the main body frame, the third connecting pipe and the second connecting pipe are arranged on the filter, and the third connecting pipe is fixedly installed on the atomization disinfection device.
Furthermore, a disinfectant storage box cover is arranged on the disinfectant storage box to prevent the disinfectant from being polluted.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the invention separates some instruments needed for anesthesia from test tubes used in the department of anesthesia for respective cleaning, ensures clean environment in the cleaning process, optimizes the structure, leads the structure to be compact, and leads the sterilized instruments to be stored in the partition of the rotating disc, thus being more convenient for use and storage;
(2) according to the invention, through special filtration of the disinfectant, the disinfectant is atomized and sprayed out through the atomizing device, and the high-efficiency and quick cleaning effect is achieved.

In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 6, the test tube washing apparatus includes: a test tube clamping device, a test tube brush 19 and a speed increasing device;

In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the disinfecting liquid control apparatus includes: a first bracket 101, a coupling 102, a second bracket 103, a hydraulic motor 104, a first connection pipe 105, a control valve 106, a second connection pipe 107, a third bracket 108, a filter 109, a third connection pipe 110, and a driving motor 111;
the driving motor 111 is fixedly arranged on the first bracket 101, the hydraulic motor 104 is fixedly arranged on the second bracket 103, the first connecting pipe 105 is fixedly arranged on the hydraulic motor 104, the filter 109 is fixedly arranged on the third bracket 108, the control valve 106 is fixedly arranged on the main body frame 7, the filter 109 is provided with a third connecting pipe 110 and a second connecting pipe 107, and the third connecting pipe 110 is fixedly arranged on the atomization sterilizing device 23; a disinfectant storage box cover 4 is arranged on the disinfectant storage box 3 to prevent the disinfectant from being polluted;
disinfectant is added in advance to the disinfectant storage tank 3, the disinfectant storage tank cover 4 is covered, the driving motor 111 drives the hydraulic motor 104, the disinfectant in the disinfectant storage tank 3 is pumped into the first connecting pipe 105 by the hydraulic motor 104, the disinfectant passes through the control valve 106 and then enters the filter 109 through the second connecting pipe 107, the control valve 106 adjusts pressure, the filter 109 filters impurities, the disinfectant enters the atomizing and disinfecting device 23 through the third connecting pipe 110, and the disinfectant is atomized and then sprayed into the first storage tank 21 and the second storage tank 22.
