So when needs disinfect to medical instrument, place different kinds of medical instrument in the blank that fixed filter 31 and portable filter 32 of difference are constituteed, just conveniently wash the disinfection from this, convenient management and placing when needs wash in to disinfect box 1, draw out portable filter 32 and wash, consequently make things convenient for people to wash in to disinfect box 1.
