本发明公开了一种除空气中甲醛用滤芯的制备方法,具体按照以下步骤实施:S1、将硅烷偶联剂、酸化后的蜂窝状活性炭粉、乙醇混合,得到混合物A;S2、将混合物A过滤,将过滤物烧结后研磨得到混合物B;S3、向混合物B中依次添加沸石粉、石墨烯、碳酸钾得混合物C;S4、混合物C中依次加入钠水玻璃及二氧化锰,混合均匀得到混合物料;S5、将混合物料进行造粒,烧结,冷却至室温,即得。该制备方法简单易操作,制备得到的滤芯过滤效果好,使用寿命长、除甲醛效率高、性质稳定。

技术领域
本发明属于空气净化技术领域,具体涉及一种除空气中甲醛用滤芯的制备方法。
背景技术
室内甲醛污染越来越引起人们的重视,市面上具有除甲醛的空气过滤滤芯有很多,但是大多数家庭使用空气净化器后空气中甲醛含量变化不大;原因主要有:1、使用环境气温升高,甲醛挥发速度加快;2、添了新家具等新的甲醛污染源。所以需要一种性能稳定,除甲醛效率更高的滤芯。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种除空气中甲醛用滤芯的制备方法,制备方法简单易操作,制备得到的滤芯过滤效果好,除甲醛效率高,性质稳定。
本发明所采用的技术方案是,一种除空气中甲醛用滤芯的制备方法,具体按照以下步骤实施:
S1、将硅烷偶联剂、酸化后的蜂窝状活性炭粉、乙醇混合,得到混合物A;
S2、将混合物A过滤,将过滤物烧结后研磨得到混合物B;
S3、向混合物B中依次添加沸石粉、石墨烯、碳酸钾得混合物C;
S4、混合物C中依次加入钠水玻璃及二氧化锰,混合均匀得到混合物料;
S5、将混合物料进行造粒,烧结,冷却至室温,即得。
本发明的特点还在于,
S3中,混合物B、沸石粉、石墨烯、碳酸钾的重量比为80-90:20-30:10-20:1-5。
S4中,钠水玻璃、二氧化锰、混合物C的重量比为3-5:2-4:100。
S2中,烧结温度为260-380℃。
S2中,烧结时间为0.5-1小时。
S5中,烧结温度为350-450℃,烧结时间为2-4小时。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明的制备方法简单易操作,制备得到的滤芯过滤效果好,使用寿命长、除甲醛效率高、性质稳定。

S2、将混合物A过滤,将过滤物烧结后研磨得到混合物B;
S3、向混合物B中依次添加沸石粉、石墨烯、碳酸钾得混合物C;
S4、混合物C中依次加入钠水玻璃及二氧化锰,混合均匀得到混合物料;
S5、将混合物料进行造粒,烧结,冷却至室温,即得。
S2中,烧结温度为260-380℃。

S4中,钠水玻璃、二氧化锰、混合物C的重量比为5:4:100。
S5中,烧结温度为450℃,烧结时间为4小时。

S1、将硅烷偶联剂、酸化后的蜂窝状活性炭粉、乙醇混合,得到混合物A;
S2、将混合物A过滤,将过滤物烧结后研磨得到混合物B;
S3、向混合物B中依次添加沸石粉、石墨烯、碳酸钾得混合物C;
S4、混合物C中依次加入钠水玻璃及二氧化锰,混合均匀得到混合物料;
S5、将混合物料进行造粒,烧结,冷却至室温,即得。
S2中,烧结温度为300℃。
S2中,烧结时间为0.6小时。
S3中,混合物B、沸石粉、石墨烯、碳酸钾的重量比为85:20-30:15:3。
S4中,钠水玻璃、二氧化锰、混合物C的重量比为4:3:100。
S5中,烧结温度为360℃,烧结时间为3小时。

1.一种除空气中甲醛用滤芯的制备方法,其特征在于,具体按照以下步骤实施:
S1、将硅烷偶联剂、酸化后的蜂窝状活性炭粉、乙醇混合,得到混合物A;
S2、将混合物A过滤,将过滤物烧结后研磨得到混合物B;
S3、向混合物B中依次添加沸石粉、石墨烯、碳酸钾得混合物C;
S4、混合物C中依次加入钠水玻璃及二氧化锰,混合均匀得到混合物料;
S5、将混合物料进行造粒,烧结,冷却至室温,即得。
