The card 6 enters a friction transmission area between the driving wheel assembly of the first card rubbing wheel assembly 53 and the card rubbing wheels of the driven wheel assembly, the card 6 is clamped between the two card rubbing wheels, and the card 6 is driven to move towards the second card rubbing wheel assembly 54 along with the rotation of the driving wheel assembly, and meanwhile, the card rubbing wheels of the driven wheel assembly also rotate along with the movement of the card 6. After passing through the friction conveying zone, the card 6 is conveyed to the card carriage 57 area of the card pusher assembly.
Then, the front end of the card 6 (i.e. the end facing the second bayonet 52 along the conveying direction of the card 6) passes through the second position sensor 5802 and sends a second signal to the pushing motor of the card pushing assembly, the pushing motor drives a belt to rotate, and the belt drives the card carrying table 57 to move towards the second card rubbing wheel set 54, so that the card 6 is completely placed on the card carrying table 57. Along with the movement of the card carrying platform 57, the front end of the card 6 passes through the third position sensor 5803 again, and at this time, the card carrying platform 57 continues to drive the card 6 thereon to move towards the second card rubbing wheel set 54.
When the front end of the card 6 enters a friction transmission area between the driving wheel assembly and the card rubbing wheel of the driven wheel assembly of the second card rubbing wheel assembly 54, the second card rubbing wheel assembly 54 transmits the card 6 out of the second bayonet 52. In this process, when the rear end of the card 6 (i.e., the end facing the first card slot 51 along the conveying direction of the card 6) leaves the third position sensor 5803, a third signal is sent to the pushing motor of the card pushing assembly, the pushing motor is controlled to rotate reversely, the pushing motor drives the belt to rotate reversely, and the belt drives the card carrying table 57 to move to the initial position in the direction of the first card rubbing wheel set 53, so as to prepare for conveying the next card.
In a preferred embodiment, a fourth position sensor 5804 may be added to the card advancing mechanism 5, where the fourth position sensor 5804 is disposed at the second bayonet 52, and is used to detect that the card 6 is sent out of the channel. After the card 6 is sent out of the channel, a fourth signal can be sent to prompt the user that the card 6 is output, and the prompt information can be displayed on the display interface of the client, can be prompted by voice, or can be both; at the same time, the information of the database is updated.
Second system embodiment:
as shown in fig. 6A to 6C, in this embodiment, two ends of the card carrying platform 57 are respectively provided with a spring, wherein one end close to the first bayonet 51 is a first spring 5701, and one end close to the second bayonet 52 is a second spring 5702. The first bayonet 51 is fixedly provided with a first pressing piece 5703 for pressing down a first elastic piece 5701 at one end of the card carrying table 57, and the second bayonet 52 is fixedly provided with a second pressing piece 5704 for pressing down a second elastic piece 5702 at the other end of the card carrying table 57.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, both ends of the card carrying platform 57 are provided with concave grooves, a rotating member is disposed on a side of the concave grooves away from the card carrying platform 57, and the first elastic sheet 5701 and the second elastic sheet 5702 are disposed in the concave grooves at both ends of the card carrying platform 57.
The first spring 5701 and the second spring 5702 have the same structure. Taking the second spring 5702 as an example, the second spring 5702 includes an elastic member 2204 and a blocking member. The stop includes a vertical push plate 2201 and a connecting plate 2202 that connects to the top of the vertical push plate 2201, the other end of the connecting plate 2202 being connected to a rotating member 2203. The resilient member 2204 is located between the web 2202 and the bottom of the lower recess. When the connecting plate 2202 is not pressed down by the second pressing piece 5704, a height difference is formed between the connecting plate 2202 and the card carrying table 57.
The card 6 is conveyed by the card propelling mechanism:
the card 6 is conveyed to the first bayonet 51, the first spring plate 5701 is conveyed to the lower part of the pressing piece 5703 of the first bayonet 51, and the pressing piece 5703 presses the first spring plate 5701 to be flush with the surface of the card carrying table 57; the blank card 6 is sent between the driving wheel and the driven wheel of the first card rubbing wheel set, and is sent to a card bearing area of the card bearing platform 57 through the first card rubbing wheel set, the card bearing platform 57 moves towards the second card rubbing wheel set, the first elastic sheet 5701 is reset under the elastic action after leaving the pressing sheet 5703 of the first bayonet 51, and the reset first elastic sheet 5701 pushes the card to move along with the card bearing platform 57 towards the second card rubbing wheel set; the second spring plate 5702 moves below the pressing plate 5704 of the second bayonet 52, the pressing plate 5704 presses the second spring plate 5702 to be flush with the surface of the card bearing platform 57, and meanwhile, the blank card moves between the driving wheel and the driven wheel of the second card rubbing wheel set, and is sent out from the card bearing area of the card bearing platform 57 to the card issuing port through the second card rubbing wheel set.
The spring plates are arranged in the embodiment, so that the card moves along with the movement of the card bearing table between the spring plates at the two ends of the card bearing table, and the situation that the card is blocked in the transmission process and cannot move synchronously along with the card bearing table is avoided.
In summary, the card issuing method and system provided by the invention can realize automatic card issuing according to the personal information of the user, simplify the card issuing program and improve the efficiency of business processing; by verifying the entered personal information and the card information, the risk management of the card is enhanced. Meanwhile, the invention adopts automatic control management, the card moving efficiency is high in the extracting process, the personnel cost and the probability of human error are greatly reduced, and the invention can continuously work.

Claims (9)

1. A method of dispensing a card, comprising:
collecting personal information required by the card issuing of a user;
carrying out identity information verification on personal information networking, and if the input personal information finds out matched data in the information stored in the database, passing the verification; otherwise, prompting the identity verification failure information, and exiting the card issuing flow;
if the identity information passes the verification, searching the storage position of the corresponding card in the card sending box, and if the card is found, transmitting the card to the next position; otherwise, prompting card issuing failure information and exiting the card issuing flow;
carrying out card identification processing on the searched card, and judging whether the information of the current card is consistent with personal information input by a user; if the information is not matched with the personal information, the card is returned to the card sending box until the information of the card transmitted is matched with the personal information input by the user; if the card is matched with the card, the card is conveyed to a card issuing port through a card propelling mechanism, the card is output, and the card issuing is automatically completed;
wherein, card advancing mechanism includes:
the card comprises a first bayonet and a second bayonet, wherein a passage for the card to enter and exit is formed between the first bayonet and the second bayonet; a first card rubbing wheel set is arranged at the first bayonet, and a second card rubbing wheel set is arranged at the second bayonet; the first card rubbing wheel assembly and the second card rubbing wheel assembly both comprise a driving wheel assembly and a driven wheel assembly; a card rubbing wheel for friction conveying of the cards is fixedly arranged on the transmission shafts of each driving wheel assembly and each driven wheel assembly, and a gap for the cards to pass through is reserved between the card rubbing wheel of each driving wheel assembly and the card rubbing wheel of each driven wheel assembly;
the card pushing assembly is positioned between the first card rubbing wheel assembly and the second card rubbing wheel assembly and comprises a card bearing table, and the card bearing table reciprocates in a channel for the entrance and exit of a card under the drive of a pushing motor;
the first bayonet and the second bayonet are respectively provided with a pressing sheet, and the two ends of the card bearing table are respectively provided with a first elastic sheet and a second elastic sheet; the first elastic sheet is sent to the lower part of a pressing sheet of the first bayonet, and the pressing sheet presses the first elastic sheet to be level with the surface of the card bearing table; the blank card is sent to between the driving wheel and the driven wheel of the first card rubbing wheel set, and is sent to a card bearing area of the card bearing table through the first card rubbing wheel set, the card bearing table moves towards the second card rubbing wheel set, the first elastic sheet is reset under the elastic action after leaving the pressing sheet of the first bayonet, and the reset first elastic sheet pushes the card to move along with the card bearing table towards the second card rubbing wheel set; the second elastic sheet moves to the lower part of the pressing sheet of the second bayonet, the pressing sheet presses the second elastic sheet to be flush with the surface of the card bearing table, meanwhile, the blank card moves between the driving wheel and the driven wheel of the second card rubbing wheel set, and is sent out from the card bearing area of the card bearing table to the card issuing port through the second card rubbing wheel set.

A method of dispensing a card as defined in claim 1, wherein: when the acquired personal information of the user does not find out the matched data in the information stored in the database, the information of the identity verification failure is displayed on a display interface of the client side, so that the user can check whether the information is input incorrectly or not according to the information.
3. A method of dispensing a card as defined in claim 1, wherein: when no matched card is found in the card issuing box, the card issuing failure information is displayed on a display interface of the client side, and a user can check whether the information is input incorrectly or not according to the information.
4. A method of dispensing a card as defined in claim 1, wherein: the personal information comprises one or any combination of fingerprint information, identification card number information, name information, mobile phone number and photo information.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising: after the card is transmitted to the card issuing port, acquiring the non-operation time length of a user, and judging whether the non-operation time length is higher than a set timeout threshold; and if the non-operation time length is higher than the timeout threshold, the card is transmitted to an out-of-order card library for storage.
6. The card dispensing method of claim 1, wherein the card advancing mechanism further comprises:
the first position sensor is arranged at the first bayonet and used for detecting that the card enters the channel and generating a first signal, and the first signal controls the card rubbing wheels of the first card rubbing wheel set and the second card rubbing wheel set to rotate so as to convey the card to the card bearing table;
the second position sensor is arranged at one end, close to the first bayonet, of the middle part of the channel, and the third position sensor is arranged at one end, close to the second bayonet, of the middle part of the channel; wherein,,
when one of the second position sensor and the third position sensor detects a card, a second signal is sent to a propelling motor of the card pushing assembly, the propelling motor drives a belt to rotate, and the belt drives a card bearing table to move towards a second card rubbing wheel set;
when the second position sensor and the third position sensor do not detect the card, a third signal is sent to a propelling motor of the card pushing assembly, the propelling motor is controlled to reversely rotate, the propelling motor drives a belt to reversely rotate, and the belt drives a card bearing table to move to an initial position in the direction of the first card rubbing wheel set.
7. A method of dispensing a card as defined in claim 6, wherein: the card pushing mechanism further comprises a fourth position sensor, wherein the fourth position sensor is arranged at the second bayonet and used for detecting that a card is sent out of the channel.
8. A card issuing system, comprising:
the information input unit is used for acquiring personal information required by the card issuing of the user;
the identity verification unit is used for carrying out identity information verification on the input personal information networking;
the card searching unit is used for searching the storage position of the corresponding card in the card issuing box according to the personal information of the user;
the card identification unit is used for judging whether the information of the card searched by the card sending box is consistent with the personal information input by the user;
the card pushing mechanism is used for transmitting the card to the card issuing port and outputting the card to the user under the condition that the information of the card is consistent with the personal information input by the user;
wherein, card advancing mechanism includes:

The card issuing system according to claim 8, wherein: the card issuing device further comprises a timing unit, wherein the timing unit is used for detecting whether the non-operation duration of the user is higher than a set timeout threshold or reaches a set warning threshold after the card is transmitted to the card issuing port.
