本发明公开了一种涡流纺花式纱线,包括纱线本体;纱线本体呈圈圈花式纱线结构;纱线本体包括芯纱、饰纱和固结纱;芯纱为复合并股丝;饰纱为羊绒;固结纱为细旦天丝纱线;复合并股丝为氨纶长丝和碳纤维长丝,氨纶长丝在一定张力下,碳纤维长丝螺旋缠绕在氨纶长丝外;芯纱在一定张力下,羊绒螺旋包缠在芯纱外;固结纱螺旋缠绕在芯纱和饰纱外。本发明手感柔软、富有弹性,保暖舒适,具有圈圈的花式纱线结构,同时导湿透气性好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及涡流纺织领域,特别涉及一种涡流纺花式纱线。
背景技术
随着社会的不断进步,纺织技术和纺织设备不断发展,新型纱线也随之不断出现,而涡流纺纱线就是其中最受人瞩目的一种。涡流纺是目前纺纱系统中一项新技术,与传统环锭纺比较:具有纺纱流程短,生产效率高,质量在线监控、自动化智能化程度高等特点,还具有大幅度减少用工及减少纱线毛羽等优势。故用涡流纺纱线加工成针、棉织物,具有布面光洁、毛羽少,耐磨性好、抗起毛起球性佳,及色泽鲜艳、吸湿快干等优良性能。目前国内外对涡流纺技术的研究很多,但涉及涡流纺纱线性能的研究较少。
近年来,纺织品市场织物品种丰富多彩,花式纱线及其织物一枝新秀,备受消费者的关注和喜爱,逐步成为一种时尚的流行趋势。花式纱线的品种多式多样,千变万化,对于丰富织物品种及用途、改善织物风格和服装视觉观感发挥着非常重要的作用。现有的花式虽然风格和花样多变,但是纱线弹力差,吸湿导湿性能差,综合性能不理想。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种涡流纺花式纱线,采用复合并股丝为芯纱,以羊绒为饰纱,以细旦天丝纱线为固结纱,解决了现有的纱线弹力差,吸湿导湿性能差,综合性能不理想的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种涡流纺花式纱线,包括纱线本体;所述纱线本体呈圈圈花式纱线结构;所述纱线本体包括芯纱、饰纱和固结纱;所述芯纱为复合并股丝;所述饰纱为羊绒;所述固结纱为细旦天丝纱线;所述复合并股丝为氨纶长丝和碳纤维长丝,所述氨纶长丝在一定张力下,所述碳纤维长丝螺旋缠绕在所述氨纶长丝外;所述芯纱在一定张力下,所述羊绒螺旋包缠在所述芯纱外;所述固结纱螺旋缠绕在所述芯纱和饰纱外。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述氨纶长丝为3.8tex。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述碳纤维长丝为2.2tex。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述固结纱为4.4tex。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述纱线本体为200-300圈/m。
通过上述技术方案,本发明技术方案的有益效果是:本发明采用涡流纺工艺,以复合并股丝为芯纱,以羊绒为包缠纤维,通过对复合并股丝预计一定张力,羊绒超喂,形成包芯纱结构,并与细旦天丝纱线为固结纱,然后在复合并股丝的弹力回复下,形成圈圈花式纱线结构。本发明以氨纶长丝和碳纤维长丝形成的复合并股丝为芯纱,具有良好的强度、保形性能和抗皱性能,弹性回复性好,能够使羊绒很好的包缠在芯纱外,结合强度和稳定性好,包缠效果好,而羊绒手感滑糯,光泽柔和,吸湿性好,保暖舒适性好;以细旦天丝为固结纱,能够改善羊绒的抗静电性能,并且具有真丝光泽,能够形成独特的闪光效应,同时细旦天丝具有柔软悬垂、触感独特、飘逸动感、透气透湿,防螨抗静电、弹性好、不易起皱等优点,能够有效改善纱线本体的表面质量。

实施例
结合图1,本发明公开了一种涡流纺花式纱线,包括纱线本体。纱线本体呈圈圈花式纱线结构。纱线本体包括芯纱1、饰纱2和固结纱3;芯纱1为复合并股丝。饰纱2为羊绒。固结纱3为细旦天丝纱线。复合并股丝为氨纶长丝和碳纤维长丝,氨纶长丝在一定张力下,碳纤维长丝螺旋缠绕在氨纶长丝外。优选的,氨纶长丝为3.8tex。碳纤维长丝为2.2tex。芯纱1在一定张力下,羊绒螺旋包缠在芯纱1外;在涡流纺纱过程中,芯纱与饰纱的超喂率控制在1.5:1。固结纱3螺旋缠绕在芯纱1和饰纱2外。优选的,固结纱3为4.4tex。纱线本体为200-300圈/m。
通过上述具体实施例,本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用涡流纺工艺,以复合并股丝为芯纱1,以羊绒为包缠纤维,通过对复合并股丝预计一定张力,羊绒超喂,形成包芯纱1结构,并与细旦天丝纱线为固结纱3,然后在复合并股丝的弹力回复下,形成圈圈花式纱线结构。本发明以氨纶长丝和碳纤维长丝形成的复合并股丝为芯纱1,具有良好的强度、保形性能和抗皱性能,弹性回复性好,能够使羊绒很好的包缠在芯纱1外,结合强度和稳定性好,包缠效果好,而羊绒手感滑糯,光泽柔和,吸湿性好,保暖舒适性好;以细旦天丝为固结纱3,能够改善羊绒的抗静电性能,并且具有真丝光泽,能够形成独特的闪光效应,同时细旦天丝具有柔软悬垂、触感独特、飘逸动感、透气透湿,防螨抗静电、弹性好、不易起皱等优点,能够有效改善纱线本体的表面质量。

1.一种涡流纺花式纱线,其特征在于,包括纱线本体;所述纱线本体呈圈圈花式纱线结构;所述纱线本体包括芯纱、饰纱和固结纱;所述芯纱为复合并股丝;所述饰纱为羊绒;所述固结纱为细旦天丝纱线;所述复合并股丝为氨纶长丝和碳纤维长丝,所述氨纶长丝在一定张力下,所述碳纤维长丝螺旋缠绕在所述氨纶长丝外;所述芯纱在一定张力下,所述羊绒螺旋包缠在所述芯纱外;所述固结纱螺旋缠绕在所述芯纱和饰纱外。

3.根据权利要求2所述的涡流纺花式纱线,其特征在于,所述碳纤维长丝为2.2tex。
