本发明公开了一种智能穿戴用涡流纺导电纱,包括纱线本体;所述纱线本体包括芯纱、绝缘包缠层和蚕丝纤维层;所述芯纱为碳纤维丝束;所述导电碳纤维丝包括基材碳丝、石墨烯涂层和纳米银镀层;所述基材碳丝为碳纤维丝;在所述基材碳丝表面涂覆石墨烯涂层;在所述石墨烯涂层表面镀附所述纳米银镀层;所述绝缘包缠层为芳纶纤维,所述芳纶纤维螺旋包缠在所述芯纱外;所述蚕丝纤维层为桑蚕丝,所述桑蚕丝螺旋包缠在所述绝缘包缠层外。本发明拉伸断裂强度高,可纺性好,电导率高,耐磨性好,综合性能优异,能够应用于智能穿戴纺织品,稳定性和安全性好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域,特别涉及一种智能穿戴用涡流纺导电纱。
背景技术
随着社会的不断进步,纺织技术和纺织设备不断发展,新型纱线也随之不断出现,而涡流纺纱线就是其中最受人瞩目的一种。涡流纺是目前纺纱系统中一项新技术,与传统环锭纺比较:具有纺纱流程短,生产效率高,质量在线监控、自动化智能化程度高等特点,还具有大幅度减少用工及减少纱线毛羽等优势。故用涡流纺纱线加工成针、棉织物,具有布面光洁、毛羽少,耐磨性好、抗起毛起球性佳,及色泽鲜艳、吸湿快干等优良性能。目前国内外对涡流纺技术的研究很多,但涉及涡流纺纱线性能的研究较少。
随着智能化的发展和普及,导电纤维作为智能纤维的典型代表之一,为众人所瞩目。导电纤维在传感器、服装等方面拥有极佳的应用前景。但是现有的导电纱的导电性能和可纺性不理想,质感偏硬,稳定性和耐久性差。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种智能穿戴用涡流纺导电纱,采用导电碳纤维丝为导电丝,在碳纤维丝表面涂覆石墨烯层,在石墨烯层表面涂覆纳米银镀层,解决了现有的导电纱存在导电性能和可纺性不理想,质感偏硬,稳定性和耐久性差的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种智能穿戴用涡流纺导电纱,包括纱线本体;所述纱线本体包括芯纱、绝缘包缠层和蚕丝纤维层;所述芯纱为碳纤维丝束;所述碳纤维丝束包含500-3000根导电碳纤维丝;所述导电碳纤维丝包括基材碳丝、石墨烯涂层和纳米银镀层;所述基材碳丝为碳纤维丝;在所述基材碳丝表面涂覆石墨烯涂层;在所述石墨烯涂层表面镀附所述纳米银镀层;所述绝缘包缠层为芳纶纤维,所述芳纶纤维螺旋包缠在所述芯纱外;所述蚕丝纤维层为桑蚕丝,所述桑蚕丝螺旋包缠在所述绝缘包缠层外。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述基材碳丝为0.02-0.05tex。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述石墨烯涂层的厚度为15-25μm。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述碳纤维丝束包含800-1200根所述导电碳纤维丝。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述桑蚕丝为44.4dtex。
通过上述技术方案,本发明技术方案的有益效果是:本发明采用超细的基材碳丝,在其表面叠加石墨烯涂层和纳米银镀层,制成导电丝,纤细柔软,具有良好的导电性能,石墨烯涂层表面具有沟槽,纳米银镀层填充石墨烯涂层的沟槽,进一步提高电导率,同时碳纤维丝束整体的强度高,柔韧性好,可纺性好;在碳纤维丝束外包覆芳纶纤维,能够实现良好的绝缘效果,并且芳纶纤维抗蠕动性能好,避免芯纱、绝缘包缠层和蚕丝纤维层之间出现层间滑移,提高纱线本体的稳定性,同时芳纶纤维具有优异的阻燃性能,提高纱线本体的安全性;蚕丝纤维层采用桑蚕丝,具有柔和亮丽的光泽,手感软滑,吸湿透气性好,能够大大提高纱线本体的纺织性能。

实施例
结合图1和图2,本发明公开了一种智能穿戴用涡流纺导电纱,包括纱线本体;纱线本体包括芯纱1、绝缘包缠层2和蚕丝纤维层3;芯纱1为碳纤维丝束;碳纤维丝束包含500-3000根导电碳纤维丝;优选的,碳纤维丝束包含800-1200根导电碳纤维丝。导电碳纤维丝包括基材碳丝4、石墨烯涂层5和纳米银镀层6;基材碳丝4为碳纤维丝;基材碳丝4为0.02-0.05tex。在基材碳丝4表面涂覆石墨烯涂层5;优选的,石墨烯涂层5的厚度为15-25μm。在石墨烯涂层5表面镀附纳米银镀层6;绝缘包缠层2为芳纶纤维,芳纶纤维螺旋包缠在芯纱1外;蚕丝纤维层3为桑蚕丝,桑蚕丝螺旋包缠在绝缘包缠层2外。优选的,桑蚕丝为44.4dtex。
为了保证本发明优异的导电性能,降低电阻率,石墨烯涂层5的厚度为15-25μm。纳米银镀层6的厚度为8-20μm。
通过上述具体实施例,本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用超细的基材碳丝4,在其表面叠加石墨烯涂层5和纳米银镀层6,制成导电丝,纤细柔软,具有良好的导电性能,石墨烯涂层5表面具有沟槽,纳米银镀层6填充石墨烯涂层5的沟槽,进一步提高电导率,同时碳纤维丝束整体的强度高,柔韧性好,可纺性好;在碳纤维丝束外包覆芳纶纤维,能够实现良好的绝缘效果,并且芳纶纤维抗蠕动性能好,避免芯纱1、绝缘包缠层2和蚕丝纤维层3之间出现层间滑移,提高纱线本体的稳定性,同时芳纶纤维具有优异的阻燃性能,提高纱线本体的安全性;蚕丝纤维层3采用桑蚕丝,具有柔和亮丽的光泽,手感软滑,吸湿透气性好,能够大大提高纱线本体的纺织性能。

1.一种智能穿戴用涡流纺导电纱,其特征在于,包括纱线本体;所述纱线本体包括芯纱、绝缘包缠层和蚕丝纤维层;所述芯纱为碳纤维丝束;所述碳纤维丝束包含500-3000根导电碳纤维丝;所述导电碳纤维丝包括基材碳丝、石墨烯涂层和纳米银镀层;所述基材碳丝为碳纤维丝;在所述基材碳丝表面涂覆石墨烯涂层;在所述石墨烯涂层表面镀附所述纳米银镀层;所述绝缘包缠层为芳纶纤维,所述芳纶纤维螺旋包缠在所述芯纱外;所述蚕丝纤维层为桑蚕丝,所述桑蚕丝螺旋包缠在所述绝缘包缠层外。
