Abstract
An aluminum alloy square bar roller conveying and sorting machine comprises a roller conveyor (1), a deflector rod mechanism (2) arranged in the roller conveyor, and a portal frame type blocking mechanism arranged at the rear end of the roller conveyor; the blocking mechanism comprises a portal frame (31), an air cylinder (32) arranged at the top of the portal frame, upright posts (33) arranged at two sides in the portal frame and a sliding plate (34) with two ends sleeved on the upright posts, wherein a push rod of the air cylinder downwards penetrates through a cross beam of the portal frame to be connected with the sliding plate; the deflector rod mechanism is an annular conveying chain mechanism which is vertical to the roller conveyor in the conveying direction and provided with a deflector tooth (22) on a conveying chain (21), when the conveying chain rotates, the deflector tooth is higher than the roller surface of the roller conveyor, and a notch (12) for arranging the bearing mechanism (4) is formed in the position, corresponding to the deflector tooth mechanism, on the side wall of the roller conveyor. The automatic sorting machine can automatically sort qualified aluminum alloy square bars and unqualified aluminum alloy square bars, and is time-saving, labor-saving, safe and efficient.

The invention belongs to the technical field of aluminum alloy square bar sorting and conveying equipment.
Background
The aluminum alloy square bars are products with longer length and heavier weight, and in the actual production, the aluminum alloy square bars with qualified and unqualified surfaces need to be distinguished and the unqualified bars are sorted out in the process of conveying the aluminum alloy bars. In the prior art, the aluminum alloy square rod conveying line is manually monitored, and when unqualified rods are found, the unqualified rods are manually taken down from the conveying line, so that time and labor are wasted, and a great safety risk is caused.

The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides a roller conveying and sorting machine for aluminum alloy square bars, which can automatically sort qualified aluminum alloy square bars and unqualified aluminum alloy square bars, is time-saving, labor-saving, safe and efficient.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
an aluminum alloy square bar roller conveying and sorting machine comprises a roller conveyor, two groups of deflector rod mechanisms arranged in the roller conveyor and a portal frame type blocking mechanism arranged at the rear end of the roller conveyor; the blocking mechanism comprises a portal frame, an air cylinder arranged in the middle of the top of the portal frame, upright rods arranged on two sides in the portal frame and a sliding plate with two ends sleeved on the upright rods and capable of sliding up and down, and a push rod of the air cylinder penetrates through a portal frame beam downwards and is connected with the top of the sliding plate; the shifting rod mechanism is an annular conveying chain mechanism which has a conveying direction perpendicular to that of the roller conveyor and is provided with shifting teeth on a conveying chain, the conveying chain mechanism is arranged below a roller of the roller conveyor and is driven by a shifting rod motor, when the conveying chain rotates, the shifting teeth are higher than the surface of the roller conveyor, and notches for arranging the bearing mechanisms are formed in the side walls of the roller conveyor corresponding to the shifting tooth mechanism; and the air cylinder, the deflector rod motor and the main motor of the roller conveyor are all connected with a control system.
Furthermore, the annular conveying chain mechanism comprises two shafts which are parallel to each other and consistent with the conveying direction of the roller conveyor, chain wheels which are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the shafts, two parallel annular conveying chains which are respectively sleeved on the two chain wheels at the front end and the two chain wheels at the rear end, parallel shifting teeth which are respectively arranged on the two conveying chains, a driven belt wheel which is arranged on an extension section of one shaft, a driving belt wheel which is arranged on an output shaft of a shifting rod motor, and a conveying belt which is connected with the driving belt wheel and the driven belt wheel.
According to the invention, the unqualified aluminum alloy square bars and the qualified aluminum alloy square bars on the roller conveying line are automatically conveyed along the conveying direction of the roller conveyor and the side surface of the roller conveyor respectively through the control system, so that the unqualified aluminum alloy square bars and the qualified aluminum alloy square bars are sorted and conveyed. The invention has simple and reliable structure, safety and high efficiency.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1-3, an aluminum alloy square bar roller conveying separator comprises a roller conveyor 1, two groups of deflector rod mechanisms 2 arranged in the roller conveyor, and a portal frame type blocking mechanism arranged at the rear end of the roller conveyor. The blocking mechanism is shown in fig. 4, and comprises a portal frame 31, an air cylinder 32 installed in the middle of the top of the portal frame, upright rods 33 installed on two sides in the portal frame, and a sliding plate 34 with two ends sleeved on the upright rods and capable of sliding up and down, wherein a push rod of the air cylinder 32 downwards penetrates through a cross beam of the portal frame to be connected with the top of the sliding plate 34, and the sliding plate is driven by the air cylinder to slide up and down. The roller conveyor is a device in the prior art, and the upright columns on two sides of the portal frame are arranged on the side walls on two sides of the roller conveyor. The driving lever mechanism 2 is an annular conveying chain mechanism which is vertical to the roller conveyor in the conveying direction and provided with a driving gear 22 on a conveying chain 21, the conveying chain mechanism is arranged below a roller 11 of the roller conveyor and driven by a driving lever motor 23, when the conveying chain rotates, the driving gear is higher than the roller surface of the roller conveyor, and a notch 12 for arranging the bearing mechanism 4 is formed in the side wall of the roller conveyor corresponding to the driving gear mechanism. The cylinder 32, the deflector rod motor 23 and the main motor 13 of the roller conveyor are all connected with a control system.
As shown in fig. 5, the endless transmission chain mechanism includes two shafts 28 parallel to each other and consistent with the conveying direction of the roller conveyor, chain wheels 24 respectively installed at the front end and the rear end of the shafts, two parallel endless transmission chains 21 respectively sleeved on the two chain wheels at the front end and the two chain wheels at the rear end, parallel shifting teeth 22 respectively installed on the two transmission chains, a driven pulley 25 installed on an extended section of one shaft, a driving pulley 26 installed on an output shaft of the shifting rod motor 23, and a conveyor belt 27 connecting the driving pulley and the driven pulley.
The working process of the invention is as follows: the main motor 13 of the roller conveyor 1 is started through the control system, the conveying roller of the roller conveyor runs to drive the aluminum alloy square rod 5 arranged on the conveying roller to move forwards, when the aluminum alloy square rod on the roller conveying line is found to be an unqualified rod through observation, the control system is operated, the air cylinder 32 is started, the push rod of the control air cylinder retracts, the sliding plate 34 is driven to lift upwards, a channel in the portal frame is opened, and the unqualified rod of the aluminum alloy falls into a waste material box arranged at the rear end of the roller conveyor through the portal frame 31. When the aluminum alloy square rods on the roller conveying line are qualified rods, the air cylinder push rod is pushed out to push the sliding plate down to prevent the aluminum alloy rods from moving forwards, the shifting rod motor 23 is started to drive the conveying chain mechanism to act, and the shifting teeth 22 are used for shifting the qualified aluminum alloy rods out of the bearing mechanism 4 and continuously conveying the qualified aluminum alloy rods to subsequent equipment.
The invention can also set the working process as follows by adjusting the control system: when the aluminum alloy square bars on the roller conveyor line are qualified bars, the control system starts the air cylinder 32 to control the push rod of the air cylinder to retract, the sliding plate 34 is driven to lift up, a channel in the portal frame is opened, and the qualified aluminum alloy bars enter equipment arranged at the rear end of the roller conveyor through the portal frame 31. When the aluminum alloy square rods on the roller conveying line are unqualified rods, the air cylinder push rod is pushed out to push down the sliding plate, the unqualified rods are prevented from moving forwards, the deflector rod motor 23 is started to drive the conveying chain mechanism to move, and the deflector teeth 22 are used for deflecting the unqualified rods out of the bearing mechanism 4 and conveying the unqualified rods to a waste bin.
According to the invention, a camera or a video camera connected with the control system can be arranged above the roller conveyor to capture the image of the aluminum alloy square bar, whether the aluminum alloy square bar is qualified is judged through the image, information is transmitted to the control system, the action of the blocking mechanism and the deflector rod mechanism is controlled, and the automatic control of the whole process of identifying and sorting the aluminum alloy square bar is realized.

The aluminum alloy square bar roller conveying and sorting machine is characterized by comprising a roller conveyor (1), two groups of deflector rod mechanisms (2) arranged in the roller conveyor and a portal frame type blocking mechanism arranged at the rear end of the roller conveyor; the blocking mechanism comprises a portal frame (31), an air cylinder (32) arranged in the middle of the top of the portal frame, upright rods (33) arranged on two sides in the portal frame and a sliding plate (34) with two ends sleeved on the upright rods and capable of sliding up and down, and a push rod of the air cylinder (32) downwards penetrates through a portal frame beam to be connected with the top of the sliding plate (34); the shifting rod mechanism (2) is an annular conveying chain mechanism, the conveying direction of the annular conveying chain mechanism is perpendicular to that of the roller conveyor, shifting teeth (22) are arranged on a conveying chain (21), the conveying chain mechanism is arranged below a roller (11) of the roller conveyor and is driven by a shifting rod motor (23), when the conveying chain rotates, the shifting teeth are higher than the surface of the roller conveyor, and notches (12) for arranging the bearing mechanisms (4) are formed in the side walls of the roller conveyor corresponding to the shifting tooth mechanism; and the air cylinder (32), the deflector rod motor (23) and a main motor (13) of the roller conveyor are all connected with a control system.

The aluminum alloy square bar roller conveying separator as recited in claim 1, wherein the endless conveyor chain mechanism comprises two shafts (28) parallel to each other and aligned with the conveying direction of the roller conveyor, chain wheels (24) respectively mounted at the front end and the rear end of the shafts, two parallel endless conveyor chains (21) respectively sleeved on the two chain wheels at the front end and the two chain wheels at the rear end, parallel shift teeth (22) respectively arranged on the two conveyor chains, a driven pulley (25) mounted on an extended section of one shaft, a driving pulley (26) mounted on an output shaft of the shift lever motor (23), and a conveyor belt (27) connecting the driving pulley and the driven pulley.
