背景技术
有一类人群会因产后、久病或大病初愈,由于气血虚弱、久坐少动、气滞血虚、气虚、阳气不足而寒从内生引起便秘。为使大便通畅,大多使用开塞露,果导片之类的消除痛苦,但很难达到患者想要的要求,多是“用则通,不用则不通”,不能解决日常“便秘”带来的痛苦。

针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种畅享膳食粥米营养包,其制品简单,可用于解决“便秘”给人体带来痛苦的需要,真正达到“大便通畅,享受生活”的目的,且更加健康。为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的具体方案为:
一种畅享膳食粥米营养包,由包装袋和包装袋内的营养粉组成,所述营养粉包括:山楂2g、火麻仁2g、杏仁1g、人参2g、蜂蜜2g、银耳2g、黑芝麻2g、桃仁1g、红茶3g,将上述组分洗净后经过采用冻干微粉破壁技术后,在经过搅拌机充分搅拌后装入包装袋内。
优选的,所述包装袋内氮气填充,更加方便保存,保质效果更好。

银耳用于:富含维生素、植物性胶质、硒等营养物质,有滋阴润燥、益气养肾、增强抵抗力、护肝的作用。
红茶用于:富含叶绿素、儿茶素、咖啡因等成分,能开胃消食,宽中下气,消积导滞。
黑麻仁用于:润肠、补肝益肾、乌发、强身体、抗衰老。
蜂蜜用于:润肠通便、润肤生肌、解毒、调补脾胃、缓急止痛。
杏仁用于:降气行痰、润燥通肠。
桃仁用于:破血散瘀,润燥滑肠。
本发明制作时,将各组成成分经过洗净,采用冻干微粉破壁技术经搅拌后混合即可,食用时,可直接加入适量的90℃开水冲泡饮用或者添加到任何食材中,用于辅助调理,本发明为功能性营养包,加入适量的主料(粥米或其它与之配伍的食材)即可用于调理气血虚弱、久坐少动、阳气不足、虚寒内生便秘之人。气滞、气虚、血虚、久坐不动易致胃的消化、传导功能失常,气血虚弱则津少不能滋润大肠,大肠传送无力,寒凝则津液不行,引起糟粕内停、不得下行而致便秘。故以上品调补脾胃、益肾生津、散瘀润燥、滑肠通便。
