The invention discloses a rotary-cut type ridge culture corn farmland stubble breaking and soil breaking integrated machine which comprises a rack, a left stubble breaking mechanism, a soil breaking and stubble breaking mechanism and a right stubble breaking mechanism, wherein the left stubble breaking mechanism is fixed below the left side of the rack, the right stubble breaking mechanism is fixed below the right side of the rack, and the soil breaking and stubble breaking mechanism is fixed below the rear part of the rack; the power input shaft drives the driving gear to rotate, the driving gear drives the driven gear to rotate, the driving gear and the driven gear realize that the left stubble breaking mechanism and the right stubble breaking mechanism break and transfer stubbles on the ridge through belt transmission, the soil breaking and stubble breaking mechanism carries out breaking operation on soil and stubbles in the furrows, finally, stubble removing and breaking of the ridge and soil breaking and stubble breaking of the furrows are realized, and a good farmland environment is provided for cultivation on the ridge next year; the left stubble breaking mechanism and the right stubble breaking mechanism adopt a conical structure, so that the operation resistance is reduced, and the stubbles are effectively conveyed to furrows.

Technical Field

Background
Ridge culture maize has retaining soil moisture conservation advantage, and the maize straw root stubble after the results stands upright on the ridge, and traditional farming technique is still field after smashing the root stubble of ridge, leads to the soil straw content of ridge department big, and it is slow to rot under low temperature environment, influences the seeding quality of next year. The ridge culture corn farmland is smashed and returned to the field in full, so that the power consumption is high, the straw roots and stubbles are spread at all positions of the farmland, and the diseases and insect pests are easy to grow in the next year. Therefore, a tillage machine which can transfer ridge stubbles into furrows and crush the ridge stubbles to return the ridge stubbles to the field is urgently needed.
In view of the above technical requirements, a new operating machine capable of breaking and transferring stubbles of ridge bases and breaking soil and stubbles of furrows is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a tractor traction device which can overcome the defects, buffer the mechanical vibration of a tractor in the horizontal advancing direction and the vertical direction of an agricultural implement and keep the agricultural implement in a horizontal operation state relative to the farmland ground.

The working process and principle of the invention are as follows: the power input shaft drives the driving gear to rotate, the driving gear drives the driven gear to rotate, the driving gear and the driven gear realize that the left stubble breaking mechanism and the right stubble breaking mechanism break and transfer stubbles on the ridge through belt transmission, the soil breaking and stubble breaking mechanism carries out breaking operation on soil and stubbles in the furrows, finally, stubble removing and breaking of the ridge and soil breaking and stubble breaking of the furrows are realized, and a good farmland environment is provided for cultivation on the ridge next year.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
