Abstract

本发明专利目的在于提供一种新型防爆压缩空气储存装置的结构。储气装置采用双层结构,内胆壁实际上将储气装置分隔成两个容器:内胆(主储气装置)和夹层,内胆和夹层通过气动截止阀联通。在正常储气状态,内胆壁两侧因气压均衡而不受力,而使内胆的安全裕度得到提高;当夹层的空气压力下降过快,内胆和夹层出现明显压差时,气动截止阀可部分切断气路,使所有储存的压缩空气可以安全的排出。本发明专利较其他防爆储气装置具有以下特点:其结构简单,便于实施,防爆效果显著。在储气装置出现泄漏的情况下,能控制泄漏速度,降低因泄漏而过快释放能量时可能造成的潜在危害。

Description

一种防爆空气储气装置
技术领域
本发明涉及压缩空气储存,具体涉及一种新型的防爆的压缩空气储存装置。
背景技术
储气装置属于压力容器类设备,如果因为种种原因(包括容器壁裂纹,气体因为温度上升而气压升高等),储气装置可能出现泄漏乃至爆炸,把泄漏产生的社会危害降到最低,才能使储气装置的得到进一步地普及和应用。
关于防爆的储气装置,中国实用新型专利CN 207584372 U提出了在储气罐体和外壳之间增加降温层,增加辅助冷却机构的方法,达到稳压防爆的目的。该设计采用了双层结构,只是为了冷却液能够循环。中国发明专利CN 105333300 A提出了一种储气罐内胆和储气罐及其制备方法,提出了用塑料内胆结构储气罐提高容器的耐酸碱腐蚀能力和耐压能力。该设计只提及增加安全裕度,而没有提及储气装置失效后的问题,比如:如何控制泄漏速度,如何降低可能产生的潜在危害问题。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种新型防爆压缩空气储存装置的结构,其结构简单,便于实施,防爆效果显著。在储气装置出现泄漏的情况下,能控制泄漏量,降低泄漏的危害。
本发明采用的技术方案为:储气装置采用双层结构,内胆壁实际上将储气装置分隔成两个容器:内胆(主储气装置)和夹层。其特点是:内胆壁和外壳之间由垫块隔开形成夹层,垫块同时起固定内胆的作用;夹层为一个联通的容器,垫块不能将夹层分隔成若干部分。夹层的容积小,在额定工况情况下,夹层所储存的能量即使全部释放也不能造成明显危害。
进一步,夹层引出两条气路:一路用于充气和放气,出口处接有关断阀;另一路通过气动截止阀与内胆联通。内胆引出一条气路,它穿过外壳,通过气动截止阀与夹层联通。其特点是:因为内胆和夹层是联通的,在储气状态下,内胆壁两侧的气体压力平衡,无论储气压力是多少,内胆都不受力。
进一步,内胆与夹层的气路经气动截止阀相互联通。其特点是,如果外壳因故破裂,导致夹层气体泄漏,气压下降。在内胆和夹层气压有明显压差的情况下,内胆储存的压缩空气可以作为动力源,驱动气动截止阀切断(部分切断)内胆与夹层间的气路。
进一步,气动截止阀在完全动作的情况下,内胆的排气通道仍处于不完全切断状态,确保内胆所储存的压缩空气可以一种缓慢无危害的方式全部释放。
与其他结构形式的防爆储气装置相比,本发明有如下优点:
1.结构简单,不需要通过增加壁厚或者添加辅助冷却循环系统来增加储气装置的安全裕度,而是通过夹层改变了内胆壁的受力情况,在不改变外壳的安全裕度的情况下,大大提高了内胆(主储气装置)的安全裕度。
2.采用气动截止阀检测内胆和夹层的气压变化,无须额外提供外部能源。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,选择高密度聚乙烯材料制作所述外壳1和所述内胆壁2。
选择塑料制作所述垫块8,所述外壳1和内胆壁2之间用所述垫块8隔开,形成所述夹层9。
所述内胆10引出所述内胆引出管3,所述夹层9引出所述夹层进排气管7和所述夹层引出管5。
所述内胆引出管3和所述夹层引出管5通过所述气动截止阀4相互连通。在正常工作状态下:所述外壳1受单侧压力,存在破裂的可能;所述内胆壁2由于两侧的气压平衡,而处于不受力状态,因此内胆壁安全裕度很高,内胆壁破裂的风险很低。
如果所述外壳1因故出现破裂,储存于所述夹层9中的压缩空气首先释放,由于所述夹层9的容积所限,能释放的能量以及可能造成的危害有限。
在所述夹层9快速失压的情况下,所述内胆10和所述夹层9产生较大的压差,直接驱动气动截止阀减小阀门的开度。使储存在内胆的压缩空气以缓慢无危害的方式全部释放掉。

Claims (4)

1.一种新型防爆空气储气装置,包括内胆(主储气装置)和夹层。所述内胆(10)和所述夹层(9)由内胆壁分隔开,并经由气动截止阀相互联通。其特征在于:所述夹层(9)为一个小容器,也用于存储压缩空气,在额定工况情况下,夹层所储存的压缩空气的能量即使全部释放也不能造成明显危害。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型防爆空气储气装置,其特征在于:所述内胆(10)为主储气装置,在所述夹层(9)完好无泄漏的情况下,所述内胆壁(2)因两侧气压平衡而不受力。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型防爆空气储气装置,其特征在于:当所述气动截止阀(4)两端的储气室气压均衡时,阀门不起作用;当所述夹层失压过快,造成阀门两端压差明显时,所述气动截止阀减小阀门开度,以减缓所述内胆(10)所储压缩气体的排出速度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型防爆空气储气装置,其特征在于:气动截止阀在所述外壳(1)外部,因此有一段连接内胆(2)的气管需要穿过夹层。
