Abstract
本发明涉及氢气储藏运输设备,具体公开了一种氢气储罐,包括内层罐体和外层罐体,内层罐体设置在外层罐体内部,内层罐体和外层罐体之间设有冷却腔,冷却腔内填充有制冷剂,外层罐体上部设有压缩机、蓄电池和与压缩机相应的进气管,压缩机上设有散热装置,蓄电池上设有控制器,内层罐体上部设有凸出于外层罐体且与内层罐体内部相连通的排压管,排压管上设有排压阀和压力检测装置,压缩机、散热装置、排压阀和压力检测装置均与控制器电连接,压缩机、散热装置、排压阀、压力检测装置和控制器均与蓄电池电连接,外层罐体的下部设有支脚和与压缩机相应的进液管,使氢气储罐内部能维持的保持低温状态,确保了安全性高。

技术领域
本发明涉及氢气储藏运输设备,具体涉及了一种氢气储罐。
背景技术
现今的氢气储罐常常被用作储藏氢气或氢气储藏运输的主要设备,由于氢气储罐自身由于钢铁结构,常常因为液体氢气在运输途中受到机械摩擦,使氢气储罐内部无法保持低温状态,导致液体氢气会部分气化渗入至氢气储罐侧壁内,致使氢气储罐内部氢致开裂,严重时氢气储罐会爆炸,安全性低。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,我们提出了一种氢气储罐,其目的:氢气储罐内部能维持的保持低温状态,安全性高。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种氢气储罐,包括内层罐体和外层罐体,内层罐体设置在外层罐体内部,内层罐体和外层罐体之间设有冷却腔,冷却腔内填充有制冷剂;
外层罐体上部设有压缩机、蓄电池和与压缩机相应的进气管,压缩机上设有散热装置,蓄电池上设有控制器;
内层罐体上部设有凸出于外层罐体且与内层罐体内部相连通的排压管,排压管上设有排压阀和压力检测装置;
压缩机、散热装置、排压阀和压力检测装置均与控制器电连接,压缩机、散热装置、排压阀、压力检测装置和控制器均与蓄电池电连接;
外层罐体的下部设有支脚和与压缩机相应的进液管。
优选的,外层罐体的材质为保温隔热材料。
优选的,内层罐体两侧均设有大接管。
优选的,内层罐体两侧均设有封头接管。
优选的,制冷剂为四氟化碳。
优选的,大接管内设有过滤网。
优选的,封头接管上设有手动开关。
通过上述技术方案,本发明通过压缩机对该氢气储罐的内部进行持续的制冷,使氢气储罐内部能维持的保持低温状态,内层罐体上部设有凸出于外层罐体且与内层罐体内部相连通的排压管,排压管上设有排压阀和压力检测装置,当内层罐体内部压力过大时,能够自动排压,确保了该氢气储罐的安全性高。

下面结合示意图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示,一种氢气储罐,包括内层罐体1和外层罐体2,内层罐体1设置在外层罐体2内部,内层罐体1和外层罐体2之间设有冷却腔3,冷却腔3内填充有制冷剂,外层罐体2上部设有压缩机21、蓄电池22和与压缩机21相应的进气管25,压缩机21上设有散热装置23,蓄电池22上设有控制器24。
内层罐体1上部设有凸出于外层罐体2且与内层罐体1内部相连通的排压管11,排压管11上设有排压阀12和压力检测装置13。
压缩机21、散热装置23、排压阀12和压力检测装置13均与控制器24电连接,压缩机21、散热装置23、排压阀12、压力检测装置13和控制器24均与蓄电池22电连接。
外层罐体2的下部设有支脚26和与压缩机21相应的进液管27,通过压缩机21对该氢气储罐的内部进行持续的制冷,使氢气储罐内部能维持的保持低温状态,内层罐体上部设有凸出于外层罐体且与内层罐体内部相连通的排压管11,排压管上11设有排压阀12和压力检测装置13,当内层罐体内部压力过大时,能够自动排压,确保了该氢气储罐的安全性高。
外层罐体2的材质为保温隔热材料。
内层罐体1两侧均设有大接管14,大接管14内设有过滤网141,在填充液体氢气时,能过滤掉液体氢气内的杂质。
所述内层罐体1两侧均设有封头接管15,封头接管15上设有手动开关151。
制冷剂为四氟化碳,确保了制冷剂的温度性和散热能力。

1.一种氢气储罐,其特征在于,包括内层罐体(1)和外层罐体(2),内层罐体(1)设置在外层罐体(2)内部,内层罐体(1)和外层罐体(2)之间设有冷却腔(3),冷却腔(3)内填充有制冷剂;
外层罐体(2)上部设有压缩机(21)、蓄电池(22)和与压缩机(21)相应的进气管(25),压缩机(21)上设有散热装置(23),蓄电池(22)上设有控制器(24);
内层罐体(1)上部设有凸出于外层罐体(2)且与内层罐体(1)内部相连通的排压管(11),排压管(11)上设有排压阀(12)和压力检测装置(13);
压缩机(21)、散热装置(23)、排压阀(12)和压力检测装置(13)均与控制器(24)电连接,压缩机(21)、散热装置(23)、排压阀(12)、压力检测装置(13)和控制器(24)均与蓄电池(22)电连接;
外层罐体(2)的下部设有支脚(26)和与压缩机(21)相应的进液管(27)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种氢气储罐,其特征在于,外层罐体(2)的材质为保温隔热材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种氢气储罐,其特征在于,内层罐体(1)两侧均设有大接管(14)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种氢气储罐,其特征在于,内层罐体(1)两侧均设有封头接管(15)。
