Abstract
本发明公开了一种雾面PET离型纸的制备方法,首先采用速生松木通过配浆、抄造、成纸等步骤得到格拉辛原纸,然后在格拉辛原纸上下表面分别淋膜一层PET膜,然后对PET膜的一面涂布一层雾面剂,另一面涂布一层离型剂,即可得到雾面PET离型纸。本发明的雾面PET离型纸通过在雾面剂中加入二氧化锆、二氧化硅和紫外光吸收剂,不但对紫外线具有非常好的吸收效果,而且微米级的二氧化锆和二氧化硅对不同波长的紫外线有非常好的折射效果,故得到的雾面PET离型纸具有非常好的雾面效果。本发明制备得到的雾面PET离型纸,不但雾面效果好,而且卷曲后,离型面的离型剂不易转移到雾面上,不会造成局部流挂现象。

本发明涉及离型纸技术领域,尤其涉及一种雾面PET离型纸的制备方法。
背景技术
离型纸又称隔离纸、防粘纸,主要贴覆在胶带的表面用于保护胶带表面的胶粘剂层。传统的离型纸是由原纸、隔离层和防粘层组成。其制备工艺是在离型纸的底纸表面淋膜一层隔离剂(隔离剂主要是聚乙烯),然后在淋膜层的表面涂布一层防粘剂(防粘剂主要为硅油)得到离型纸。
传统的光面PET表面电晕后,电晕值不足,故对离型剂的吸附效果不是很好,且表面如果有刮伤,对外观影响非常大,故有必要研究一种雾面PET离型纸的制备方法。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种雾面PET离型纸的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种雾面PET离型纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、将速生松木不剥皮直接削片后进行亚硫酸盐法蒸煮制浆,经DQP三段全无氯漂白、洗涤后得到白度达78-86%的电子级浆料,采用打浆机在1.5-3%的浆浓下打浆至42-48°SR,浆料湿重6-9g;
B、配浆:将步骤A中制得的浆料加入10-15%的碳酸钙在配浆池中进行配浆;
C、抄造:采用白水冲浆稀释至浓度达0.8-1.0%后在长网纸机上进行抄造得到湿纸幅;
D、成纸:经压榨部、前烘干部、施胶、后烘干部、压光、卷取、分切制得格拉辛原纸;
E、将格拉辛原纸上下表面分别淋膜一层PET膜;
F、对PET膜进行电晕,然后在格拉辛原纸上表面涂布雾面剂,干燥;
G、在格拉辛原纸下表面涂布离型剂,再次干燥,即可得到雾面PET离型纸。
优选的,所述的步骤E中,所述的上下表面PET膜的厚度均为15-25μm。
优选的,所述的步骤F中,所述的电晕后的电晕值为32-35W/m2。
优选的,所述的步骤F中,所述的雾面剂,包括以下成分:酚醛环氧树脂、聚氨酯树脂、二氧化锆、二氧化硅、紫外光吸收剂、环甲基硅氧烷和乙酸乙酯。

一种雾面PET离型纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、将速生松木不剥皮直接削片后进行亚硫酸盐法蒸煮制浆,经DQP三段全无氯漂白、洗涤后得到白度达80.5%的电子级浆料,采用打浆机在2.0%的浆浓下打浆至43.5°SR,浆料湿重7.2g;
B、配浆:将步骤A中制得的浆料加入11.5%的碳酸钙在配浆池中进行配浆;
C、抄造:采用白水冲浆稀释至浓度达0.9%后在长网纸机上进行抄造得到湿纸幅;
D、成纸:经压榨部、前烘干部、施胶、后烘干部、压光、卷取、分切制得格拉辛原纸;
E、将格拉辛原纸上下表面分别淋膜一层PET膜;
F、对PET膜进行电晕,然后在格拉辛原纸上表面涂布雾面剂,87℃干燥3.5min;
G、在格拉辛原纸下表面涂布离型剂,125℃干燥120s,即可得到雾面PET离型纸。
所述的步骤E中,所述的上表面PET膜的厚度为22μm,下表面PET膜的厚度为18μm。
所述的步骤F中,所述的电晕后的电晕值为33W/m2。
所述的雾面剂,由以下重量百分比的成分组成:酚醛环氧树脂25%、聚氨酯树脂18%、二氧化锆0.8%、二氧化硅3.2%、UV-770紫外光吸收剂5%、环甲基硅氧烷1.8%和乙酸乙酯余量。

所述的雾面剂,由以下重量百分比的成分组成:酚醛环氧树脂28%、聚氨酯树脂15%、二氧化锆1%、二氧化硅2%、UV-770紫外光吸收剂6%、环甲基硅氧烷1%和乙酸乙酯余量。
所述的二氧化锆的粒径为1-10μm;
二氧化硅的粒径为20-50μm。
所述的离型剂,由以下重量百分比的成分组成:食品级甲基硅油8%、钯碳酸钙3%和棕榈油余量。
所述的雾面剂的涂布量为1.2g/m2;离型剂的涂布量为0.7g/m2。
对比例1
将实施例1中的二氧化锆和二氧化硅的粒径均调整为100-200nm,其余制备方法不变。
对比例2
将实施例1中的二氧化锆和二氧化硅的粒径均调整为80-120μm,其余制备方法不变。
以下对实施例1-3和对比例1-2的方法制备的雾面PET离型纸进行光泽度测试,具体对比测试数据如表1所示。

由以上测试数据可以知道,二氧化锆和二氧化硅的粒径对本发明制备的雾面PET离型纸光泽度的影响非常大。

Claims (10)
1.一种雾面PET离型纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、将速生松木不剥皮直接削片后进行亚硫酸盐法蒸煮制浆,经DQP三段全无氯漂白、洗涤后得到白度达78-86%的电子级浆料,采用打浆机在1.5-3%的浆浓下打浆至42-48°SR,浆料湿重6-9g;
B、配浆:将步骤A中制得的浆料加入10-15%的碳酸钙在配浆池中进行配浆;
C、抄造:采用白水冲浆稀释至浓度达0.8-1.0%后在长网纸机上进行抄造得到湿纸幅;
D、成纸:经压榨部、前烘干部、施胶、后烘干部、压光、卷取、分切制得格拉辛原纸;
E、将格拉辛原纸上下表面分别淋膜一层PET膜;
F、对PET膜进行电晕,然后在格拉辛原纸上表面涂布雾面剂,干燥;
G、在格拉辛原纸下表面涂布离型剂,再次干燥,即可得到雾面PET离型纸。
2.如权利要求1所述的雾面PET离型纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤E中,所述的上下表面PET膜的厚度均为15-25μm。
3.如权利要求1所述的雾面PET离型纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤F中,所述的电晕后的电晕值为 32-35W/m2。
4.如权利要求1所述的雾面PET离型纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤F中,所述的雾面剂,包括以下成分:酚醛环氧树脂、聚氨酯树脂、二氧化锆、二氧化硅、紫外光吸收剂、环甲基硅氧烷和乙酸乙酯。
5.如权利要求4所述的雾面PET离型纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的二氧化锆的粒径为1-10μm,二氧化硅的粒径为20-50μm。
6.如权利要求4所述的雾面PET离型纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的雾面剂,由以下重量百分比的成分组成:酚醛环氧树脂 20-28%、聚氨酯树脂 15-22%、二氧化锆 0.5-1%、二氧化硅 2-5%、紫外光吸收剂 3-6%、环甲基硅氧烷 1-3%和乙酸乙酯 余量。
7.如权利要求1所述的雾面PET离型纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤G中,所述的离型剂,包括以下成分:食品级甲基硅油、钯碳酸钙和棕榈油。
8.如权利要求7所述的雾面PET离型纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的离型剂,由以下重量百分比的成分组成:食品级甲基硅油 3-8%、钯碳酸钙 1-3%和棕榈油 余量。
9.如权利要求1所述的雾面PET离型纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的雾面剂的涂布量为1.2-1.5g/m2;离型剂的涂布量为0.5-0.7g/m2。
10.如权利要求1所述的雾面PET离型纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、将速生松木不剥皮直接削片后进行亚硫酸盐法蒸煮制浆,经DQP三段全无氯漂白、洗涤后得到白度达80.5%的电子级浆料,采用打浆机在2.0%的浆浓下打浆至43.5°SR,浆料湿重7.2g;
B、配浆:将步骤A中制得的浆料加入10-15%的碳酸钙在配浆池中进行配浆;
C、抄造:采用白水冲浆稀释至浓度达0.9%后在长网纸机上进行抄造得到湿纸幅;
D、成纸:经压榨部、前烘干部、施胶、后烘干部、压光、卷取、分切制得格拉辛原纸;
E、将格拉辛原纸上下表面分别淋膜一层PET膜;
F、对PET膜进行电晕,然后在格拉辛原纸上表面涂布雾面剂,87℃干燥3.5min;
G、在格拉辛原纸下表面涂布离型剂,125℃干燥120s,即可得到雾面PET离型纸;
所述的步骤E中,所述的上表面PET膜的厚度为22μm,下表面PET膜的厚度为18μm;
所述的步骤F中,所述的电晕后的电晕值为 33W/m2;
所述的雾面剂,由以下重量百分比的成分组成:酚醛环氧树脂 25%、聚氨酯树脂 18%、二氧化锆 0.8%、二氧化硅 3.2%、UV-770紫外光吸收剂 5%、环甲基硅氧烷 1.8%和乙酸乙酯余量;
所述的二氧化锆的粒径为1-10μm,二氧化硅的粒径为20-50μm;
所述的离型剂,由以下重量百分比的成分组成:食品级甲基硅油 6.5%、钯碳酸钙 2.5%和棕榈油 余量;
所述的雾面剂的涂布量为1.3g/m2;离型剂的涂布量为0.65g/m2。
